I asked for Option 1, 60 mins body and foot which is $50, and was told to get this other one i usually get (with $10 price increase) because they couldn't do the $50 one for 3 people at the same time. My sister and I were shown to our rooms where our masseuses started. My mum waited for 15 minutes for her masseuse to even show and start. My sisters masseuse started to walk on her back. She immediately told them no as she has back issues in which case she just pushed and pressed on her back, no real massage was done. We were very disappointed and let down. When leaving I handed all the cash I had left for tips and the lady started yelling and demanding $20 per person for tip. $20 on a $60 dollar massage is 33 % tip.
