Unfortunately, the pool was very small and already pretty crowded around noon, so there wasn't much opportunity to relax in it. On top of that, there was a constant high pitched ringing or buzzing noise near the pool, possibly from the pool equipment. It was surprisingly loud and definitely took away from what was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I asked one of the employees behind the bar where the towels were since it was my first time visiting. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she scoffed and rolled her eyes as if I should have already known. It was such an unnecessary interaction and really changed the tone of our visit. After that, we decided to pack up and leave rather than stay and enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a much more relaxing atmosphere, friendlier service, and an experience that felt worth the cost.

Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration.
