NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. After Derek's repair, the car was free of all vibrations and my drive quality returned to the way it was when I left the dealership upon purchase. There are very few technicians that would offer this level of precision and service, or spend the time needed to complete the service with his relentless level of perfection. First of all, the mechanics are all SO friendly. I left my car for the inspection in the afternoon and picked it up in the evening (there were a few other cars ahead of me for inspection as well, so they estimated a 2-hour time frame for my car). I had my new license plates in the front seat of my car along with my registration sticker, all of which I was going to attach later that evening once I got my car back. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mechanic installed both license plates and properly adhered the stickers to my window. I was so relieved! I wasn't thrilled to have to unscrew the old plates and screw on the new ones, so I was so happy they did it for me. During inspection, the mechanic noted one small issue with my car, so he gave me an estimate for the service they would do to it. I'm absolutely going to bring my car to Lambros for this, and for any future motor vehicle related thing.
