They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.

David, the tech, was very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Including that the city had to be called out to shut off the water valve at the street since it was rusted closed. Thankfully that didn't add to the price at all. I'm not really familiar with how plumbing is supposed to work today, but I certainly am not a fan of everyone charging a fee just to show up and look at your problem to give you a price. I think that practice is BS. But it seems like everyone is doing that now. Would I use them again? Sure. They got the job done quickly.

He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. Did not have a good experience. Someone was sent to do a small job spigot job and he could not…read morecomplete it. The guy did not arrive with a company vehicle and of course, did not have what he needed to really do anything. He recommended installing a spigot that would stick out of an exterior wall by 5" rather than trying to fix it correctly. There was even a point when he tried to sell the incorrect fix. I've been a maintenance & construction manager for a large facility for a very long time and if one of my team tried to pull this off, I would have been embarrassed. Any one of our team could have knocked this out in 15 minutes. I even tried to help him figure it out and encouraged the guy that the fix was possible, but I think he was intimidated by the job and just wanted to leave. The job should have been an easy one. I was trying to save some time for other projects by calling in a local company, but I ended up wasting more time than necessary. P.S. I couldn't find the "plumber's" name on the state license look up. Pretty sure an apprentice was sent to do a journeyman's job, by himself. Very weak delivery!
