Came in for a pedicure during the week. Made an appointment the day of and was able to get in easily. No wait once we arrived. The chairs are very comfortable and the manicurists are very accommodating. Hanging purses for you, getting you set up, etc. It was a nice pedicure with no problems. My only complaint would be it was a little too fast. Other than that it was very relaxing and she did a great job. If you pay with cash you get a $1 discount. I would go back since it's close to my office and easy to get in and out on a week day. read more

I first started seeing Erika, c/s skills just ok. Then had an injury to my hand which involved 8 sutures to 1 finger. My appt . after getting sutures out I asked her to be careful with my hand. WOW she was anything but careful. I then decided for my next fill to see James. I have been going to him since Sept.I liked the c/s he gave... until today. Asked him the price for pink and white.. I said no to the price..he then paused and quoted a price 15.00 cheaper. I said yes and thanked him twice. I asked him to file my nails alittle shorter...he grabbed the nail clippers clipped my nails and THRU the clippers. When I went to check out I was told the $ amount I had NOT agreed to! So I have total mix feelings for this place I remember my friend showed me this place however I went with her one time to get her acrylics removed instead of sliding a tip under to pop it off or soak them, they were ripping them off with nail clippers. My friend looked like she was about to cry. So I never went back, I would always go to passion nails but one day they were busy and I needed a quick fill so I figure I would try this place forgetting Jenny works there (that used to be at passion). She is the best she instantly remembered me from like 6 months ago and gave me a hug and took me to her chair before the receptionist even got to me.! I do continue to go here. They let me do walk ins. However last time I went I got the gel on my acrylics and it was chipping the next day so I went the day after and I forget the lady's name but instead of half assings n just fixing the chipped ones she took off all the polish and redid all of them free of charge. I have been coming to Indulgence for quite a few years now. I love the elegant decor (chandeliers!), they offer water/tea/heating pads, and friendly service. They always do a great job, and at a reasonable price. The past couple years I've always gotten a shellac manicure, but I wanted something different as my nails were breaking too often. I thought I wanted silk wraps with a shellac manicure over them. THANKFULLY Erika and Robin talked with me about what I wanted and why. It turned out acrylic with shellac would not only suite my needs better, but would be MUCH cheaper!!! They could have very easily just placated me, and taken my money. I love Indulgence Nails! I have never walked out of there not liking how my nails turned out. The owner, Erica is amazing and the whole salon has excellent customer service. They are very accomodating and are kid friendly (toys available for your little one to play with while they wait). The staff is also great at giving little girls mani's and pedi's. My 5 yr old loves it! I highly recommend this nail salon. It is also one of the nicest (appearance/decor) salon's I have been to. ;-) P.S. Your best bet is to make an appointment. Let me start by saying a few things.. I have had my nails on for 37 yrs. 25 of that I did my own. I broke my neck 6 yrs ago walked around with it a month before the Dr. knew. (So Im not a pain wimp) We've owned 3 successful businesses. THAT SAID...I Wont be going back to Indulgence DS. (They should be expecting this review seeings I sat inthe chair 2.5 hours...NO LIE!) THE STORY IN A NUT SHELL.. The guy a newbie(NOT JAMES.. love James! And I Dont Mind Newbies.. they have to start somewhere BUT...) He Burnt the Crap out of my nailbeds with the speed of the dremel. No apologies blamed it on the lousey work of basically the owner for leaving air pockets in my nails...(and she did on one for sure. I had asked her to fix last time and she didnt) And he also cut cuticals to crap. All while acting like it was me for being too sensitive. (Hence me mentioning my neck break) NOT ONCE did the owner come ask how I was doing.. she just left me there wondering if I was going to have fingertips left. There was acrylic all over my hands it was a mess. After he Destroyed what could have been a reg. Long fill he proceeded to tell me I needed a whole new set.. WHICH I DID NOT! not until after he got to them. Surely I wouldnt be charged for this at the price of a New Set I Thought! WRONG! $78 and 2 and a half hours later I was released. Never once did the owner say a word. Bad Business. Off to Shiloh Nails we go.. thats 5 of us. You just lost my mom and daughters that all go there too. P.s. its not nice to upcharge at the end of a manicure either. Let me know that it will be more, up front. To do it after the fact is crap. This was second time. It wont happen a third. I went in with my granddaughter to get a pedicure and her a regular manicure. They were moderately busy but was told they could work us in. I informed the girl who was going to seat me I am a diabetic and wanted to make sure the tub had been sterilized? I look in the tub with appeared to be clean but just before I sat down I glanced at the side of the chair. It was filthy. I wiped my finger across it and it came away brown and with a dust ball. If you aren't keeping your whole salon clean I cannot afford to trust the cleanliness of your tub or anything else. Visibly dirty. Gross. read more

This place is overall mediocre... but there is one guy that does my nails that is so mean and yells at me. One time I was listening to music with my earbuds and he kept asking me what shape I want. I kept telling him but he didn't understand me, so he ripped my earbuds out of my freakin ears and raised his voice at me. He is always so rude and I try to give this place a chance but it just isn't the best. And also the acrylics I get are always so thick, he puts on like 5 pounds of acrylic and nail polish lol. So Bummed! I have enjoyed going to Indulgenc ein the past, but now I don't think I'll ever go back. I have gone there for probably 3 years, and generally made appointments. However, I got some unexpected free time with a girlfriend this past weekend, and we thought we'd drop in. I could totally understand if there isn't time, it was a whim, just let me know and we'd be on our way & back another day. I'd rather you didn't complain and talk sh** in the back room, un-knowingly in front of my friend, for me coming in for a long fill with no appt. If there wasn't time, the girl at the front shouldn't have said there was, or put me on the schedule! So rude, I was very disappointed. Also, the wax jub I got was sub-par. She made a note to point out to me before-hand that my eyebrows were messed up, so I would know it wasn't her that messed them up. Funny thing? She had done them 3-4 weeks prior, and they hadn't been touched since. read more

Went in to get a pedicure on a Friday after work. It took forever to get a chair (most were empty), and then I finally got seated. The gal didn't cut my toenails (which needed to be cut before filed) and only filed then down (which they are still long). She didn't quit understand what I was saying when I said I wanted them shorter, so I let it go. I picked the OPI Infinite Shine polish and was told it was $2 extra because it lasted longer and was better for your nails. I didn't care about that, as I just liked the color. I got told by 3 people. If I say OK once, don't tell me again. During the pedicure, the rude guy (which I personally hate when guys do nails - they are harsher and give no fucks) made the gal go clean and he applied the polish. Which, don't even get me started on why his lazy ass couldn't clean instead so she could finish the pedicure. Anyway, he half as-sly applied the polish (not letting the coats dry in between the base coat and color and top coat -which is how this polish needs to be applied - I own it and that is what the directions say on the box). Then he took me over to the air dryer and left me there until they closed (20 mins) until another gal came to me and said "I think you were dry a while ago". Am I supposed to walk out? I haven't paid....it would he nice if someone came and got me and said you are done, it is this much...FINISH YOUR FUCKING SERVICE AND TRANSACTION. Now, on Wednesday of the next week, my nail polish is chipping (glad I paid an extra $2). NEVER GOING BACK. read more

It was not very busy inside and no one was waiting. They told me to sit and wait. Five minutes later they informed me that i would have to come back at 4, almost an hour later!!! I used to love coming her to get my nails done, they were always great! But this last Saturday when I came in to get them done, they weren't so great. Not only were the ladies who did mine and my friends nails coughing and sneezing like crazy, our nails didn't turn out very good either. The cuts were uneven and the polish was sloppy. ***Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you!***. I am a regular pedicure goer and i just moved into the area and am trying to find a new place. My sister and I made an appointment, when we got there we were in the pedicure chair for a good 20 mins without any contact. To the point where the water was now cold. There were 4 people working and 3 people that kept coming and going from a back room, but not helping anyone. No one acknowledged that we were still there, so we dried our own feet and walked out. I moved to the area about a year ago and never found a place I liked until I went to indulgence. The staff here is very friendly, and the stations are very clean. They go above and beyond for an extremely reasonable price. Calming music, candles and well decorated rooms add to the ambiance. My complaint with other nail salons is that they always rush through everything. At indulgence they spend an hour on their spa manicures and pedicures, feels more like a massage than a pedicure.I recommend them to everyone. read more

I have been here before and have had a good experience. So when I wanted to take my mom to get her nails and toes done for the holiday, I thought it would be a safe place to have a good time. We had an appointment, and were seat quickly. I had a woman named Erica, from the begining she was in a hurry. I have been getting my nails for a while now so I know the usual routine, so when she started gluing my tips on my nails with out triming my nails. I ask her to trim them. It went down hill from there. She became very unfriendly, and just wanted me gone. This is the same experience my mother received, she said that the woman who did her nails, acted as if she was mad and did not speaking to her the entire time. I have had good expericenes, but this was not how you treat people. I understand if your busy with the holidays, but don't expect people to come back if you treat him this way. read more

I've gone to a lot of places over the years, and Indulgence is by far one of my favorites at this price point. Yvonne truly does an amazing job! My shellac manis are perfect every time which says a lot because I am very particular. They offer a lot of colors to chose from including new ones fairly regularly, which is awesome for girls like me who get their nails does routinely. Robin, the receptionist, is also a doll; she's very good at her job and always does her best to squeeze me in last minute. Overall, they do a great job! read more

Ok, so I was a loyal customer for three years, never had a problem, was always pretty happy with the mani/pedi I would get every two weeks. I was so happy in fact that I way over tipped the owner Erica each time averaging a 50% tip. As time went on I started to notice that the service and attention I received was diminishing. I felt Erica's stress as she micro managed her employees giving the rest of the customers who were being attended to by other employees the attention that I used to and still should be receiving. Still I was a loyal every two week customer and continued to tip excessively each visit leaving me feeling unappreciated and dispensable. Two final blows in service finally made me say to myself "enough", I am going elsewhere. #1-the last four times I had a manicure with Erica, she would put the two coats of nail color on and then send me to the nail dryer with the verbal promise of returning to apply the clear coat. Each time literally forgetting about me, the first time I left without the protective clear coat and just applied it myself at home. Somehow I didn't love the idea of paying for a relaxing service whereupon I had to finish the job myself. The next two times I was able to flag her down and she admitted with a flippant chuckle she had quite literally forgotten about me, great! The fourth and last time she disappeared, I waited to flag her down but she seemed to have left the shop entirely, so I asked one of the other technicians for the clear coat and begrudgingly she had me stand by the front door as she haphazardly applied it with a less than accommodating attitude. Side note,.,.i have picked up on the fact that the other employees seem to be stressed and quite unhappy for the most part and it is palpable to the customers, at least it was to me. The second blow in service,.....wouldn't you dear reader agree that when you book an appointment for such a service as a salon mani and pedi that half the reason for doing so is to relax, "pamper" yourself somewhat? I DO NOT consider it a relaxing experience when I am sent to the pedicure area with (YET AGAIN) a wet coat of colored polish, no clear coat yet, quickly ushered into the awkward climb into the chair, trying to manage avoiding ruining my wet nails and then simultaneously the pedicure tech begins her job while I am accosted by the clear coat tech. It was anything but relaxing as the non English speaking pedicurist taps inpatiently on the top of my foot to indicate that some response is expected from me, and the clear coat girl is applying polish as I try to keep the manicure from being nicked and bumped and ruined in very tight quarters. At that point it was too much service, not relaxing, in fact very stressing and unenjoyable. It was irritating and obnoxious. I actually started having anxiety attacks when I walked through their doors the last several times I went and decided it was crazy to continue to patronize such a place. Erica needs to trust her very hard working and dedicated employees to do their job, I am sure she wouldn't be disappointed. Instead she is so busy micro managing them with an eye of distrust that the client right in front of her is being overlooked, ignored, and left to feel unappreciated. She is the direct and only reason I no longer go to Indulgence. I am sure that will come as quite a surprise to her shall she read this and I hope she will,....and learn from it. Erica, you may be your businesses own worst enemy, look in the mirror, not so much to your employees and their customers. They are just fine. read more
