    I've been going there with my crazy nail designs and James does a wonderful job every single time!! I highly recommend them, especially if you like nail art!!!

    The pedicures were great and included warm lotions, towels, and massage. One of the best pedicures I've had! Unfortunately we had some finger nail cracking after only 24 hours. If you want to come have the mani pedi experience here I would recommend getting gel nails for your mani to avoid early chipping. Staff was very friendly and they honored our reservation time, even on a Saturday.

    Crooked thin lines. Nails were just done but look grown out. Lots of cuticle left over. Rushed bad job that I paid SEVENTY dollars for.

    I thought this was going to be my new nail place. The first time I went I had a decent enough experience. I got. Gel manicure and pedicure before I went on vacation. My pedicure was solid. My gel manicure was..okay. It looked grown out a little bit BUT I was still happy overall. I went back a second time for a gel pedicure. I was happy. But when I went the last time around the holidays I had a bad experience and I will not be going back and I do not recommend this business. I can't remember the mama name who did my nails but I know it started with a J. Maybe Josh or Joseph. Anyway, I have sensitive nails and I told him that. He was holding the drill down for long periods of time to get the remaining gel manicure off my fingers. I did call ahead of time and let them know I had gel on and would need a soak off. They told me to arrive 15 mins early and I did. I told him the drill was hurting and getting hot. He didn't say much but took it off for a second. I flinched because it was getting hot again and let him know. To which he replied "you are too sensitive." I felt like leaving then and I should have. I ended up paying $70 for acrylics that looked two to three weeks grown out and with crooked line work. I did also let them know when I called to make the appointment I wanted nail art done and they said no problem. I don't know if he rushed because A few days later the grown out look was bothering me so much I had to get them removed and paid a different business to take them off. I went to another nail studio where they had a hard time removing my nails and said the salon used it toxic mma powder that is not legal to use. It is bad for your nails.

    I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this place! I came to indulgence with extremely damaged nails from another salon in Windsor and was lucky enough to be paired with Erika. Erika took one look at my nails and much to my sadness told me she would NOT out acrylic on my nails for at least three weeks so that they could heal. She then gave me medicine to help strengthen my nail beds and sent me home. Three weeks later my nails looked extremely healthy and were ready for acrylics to be re added. I have very oily nail beds but Erika takes such good care of them that I only come in every 3 weeks and RARELY experience lifting. Overall the staff of indulgence cares ultimately about your nails health -they will not do any work on your hands unless they feel like they are in a good spot. I love that -my nails were SO PAPER THIN before coming here and now, three years later even though I have acrylics the nails underneath are hard and healthy. I am always greeted by name and asked if I would like something to drink and a warm compress on my back. It's HEAVEN. The shop itself is extremely clean and the staff seem to WANT to be there -as a customer I am never rushed and I always leave with what I had wanted.

    My wife and I went to Indulgent Spa in Windsor this afternoon to relax while our toddler was in preschool. We had our (very happy) 4 month old with us, and I am 30 weeks pregnant. I was so looking forward to a nice pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was blissful. After the pedicure, a woman came up and told us the manicures would be one after the other in case the baby cried. Our child doesn't cry, but they looked like they only had a few people working, so we said that was OK. I went first, and my wife held our infant, who was cooing on her lap with a toy. After they finished the fill (but before the color) of my manicure, the same staff never came up and said my wife needed to leave with the infant "because she's crying." My baby was not crying; she had a toy in her mouth and was cooing with a huge smile on her face. My wife informed her that the baby wasn't crying. The woman said, "no? Oh, she's so loud. You still have to leave. This is a place to relax." Yes, this is a place to relax for myself and my wife, also. We were paying nearly $300 for the services we asked for. When asked if there had been complaints by customers, the woman said, "I have two kids." My wife repeated the question four more times until the woman admitted there had been no complaints. We felt very uncomfortable with that woman, so we left without completing the services we had requested. We paid only for what was completed (the pedicures). I was in tears once I reached the car. How dare an employee treat two (of only 4 total clients in the store) this way? When is it appropriate to shame a baby for softly cooing, or to shame a pregnant mother for wanting an hour to spoil herself? We rarely indulge ourselves with manicures and pedicures, but it was a special day for us. That woman took my happiness and shattered it. I sit here, holding my smiling, cooing baby, and I feel angry and indignant. If she did indeed have two children, then she knows how difficult it can be to find even an hour to have for oneself. I am appalled.

    This place is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Has a very soothing environment which I always enjoy. They did a great job on my nails. I will be back

    They got me in as soon as I called! As soon as I sat down he had asked me what color even when I didn't look at the options. He did my nails in about 40 minutes then afterwards told me the total was 70$. I got a plain nude with some sparkles on the ring finger. Way over priced, probably won't be going there again.

    I have not gotten back here since the pandemic started. I'm so glad to be back. Relaxing music no televisions, and fabulous staff with attention to pampering. Megan and Hannah were very good. Lots of good Covid-19 safely protocols. I will be back.

    Went in to get my nails done for my daughter's upcoming birthday party. James did a fantastic job, as always. Love my party nails

    The staff is so kind and clean. My nails look beautiful I will continue to come here from now on. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Key concern - not sure why the salons/spas are now providing such abysmal customer experience. Is it coz they have too much business already and couldn't be bothered or, is it now a trend that be inhospitable and stern to the brink of rudeness, customers can choose if they like it or not. How - I was introduced to the place by Yelp during one of their Events - we played some games & got an option to try regular Mani or Pedi services. Service - Though I stay quite far, I thought to try the facial at Shiloh. I called the number given on Google, last Monday (04/20/26). The lady taking the call was rather rude and aggressive. After our conversation and on something she was to let me know, she said I "will get back to you when I can"!. I till date have not received a call back from either her or anyone else at Shiloh. This person was not aware about the type of facials but she was still trying to give half baked information, half heartedly and that too in a tone (trust me) no one would want to hear or continue speaking with if calling a salon or spa. Mostly people visit these places to relax their mind; not to add stress to themselves. This conversation proved anything but helpful or calming; quite the opposite of what one expects. Post such an experience, the next day I went ahead and booked the facial with another spa. Fast forward, I saw on Yelp the Shiloh owner having provided a phone number and email to contact directly. Instead of choosing to call up directly, I thought to leave her a short text message letting her know that I saw the number on Yelp and wanted to discuss about a recent experience. No response from the owner too. Wondering - I really would like to understand why the front desk customer service quality, responsiveness of businesses and the overall attitude is getting so dismal by the day. Why can't someone sitting at the front desk be courteous/polite even if she is not knowledgeable or doesn't care to understand the services being offered by her place of work (it's understandable if she din know about the Yelp event as it was a long time ago but that too can be responded to nicely, why react? [It was told to her to let her know how I got to know about their spa - was meant as a help; since everyone these days like to ask how anyone got to know about their business]). Basis this experience not sure if I would like to recommend the place.
