Other than parking being a pain.... I went to a different salon and they didn't have time for me to do my pedicure I got a certificate for, so they gave me a business card of this place told me to call them. They got me in a chair shortly after I picked my color. Everyone super friendly the music and tv were not too loud or offensive. Well let. Clean. Will return again when I need self pampering. read more

First, I want to recognize that they were incredibly busy and were doing a great job helping everyone they could. Between walk ins and phone calls, they were doing their best to accommodate everyone. My friend and I were walk-ins and they told us about 20 minutes, not problem. I had someone come do my pedicure first. She didn't say a word to me. She just started. Didn't even ask what color. It was very strange. I just let her do her thing since they were so busy and we'd figure it out once we got to that point. One thing my friend and I both wanted to do was the wax option. My friend was able to ask her lady and I asked as well but she didn't respond. The nice man next to her answered for her and said not a problem. It's always been weird to me when nail salons offer different packages and don't ask which one you want. My lady seemed very annoyed by this. During the pedicure, she barely cut my nails (pretty sure one was completely missed) and didn't check if that was a good length, she was incredibly rough during the entire process. It was so bad that when we left, I even told my friend I was going to have bruises. Sure enough, bruises on my calf from the "massage". The hot stones was a joke. She didn't do the hot towels. The whole thing was just so weird. Again, I know they're busy and trying to get through everyone but if we're stopping in to be pampered, that doesn't mean you can just be rough and push us through. Some other stuff happened as well but I feel like I've complained enough. The shop is so nice and in such a convenient location that I would love to come back but if I do, I am going to ask that I don't get that woman. read more

Got a nice pedicure here! They have wax bags that you stick your feet in, it's fun! Everyone is really friendly and the service is great :) Lots of locals come here so you'll probably make some friends. Nice and clean environment. read more

I love this place! I been coming here for years for gel pedicures and gel manicures. Everyone is so good at what they do, but my girl is Mai. I love the way she shaped my nails. I used to come more often but now I have a toddler so it's so hard to find the time. I highly recommend this salon. They take walk ins too! They can get busy so I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment. The salon is very clean, also they have 2 big screen tvs playing either peaceful waterfalls or yummy food & desserts. Makes you want to go home and cook or bake something! The vibes are always great and zen. read more

Really bummed with our experience here. I only posted my nails not my nieces. First I didn't get what I had asked for in the inspirational photo I shared. A piece of hair or something was on my thumb nail. It is also not filed correctly. My thumb nail is not smooth, I scratched my nose and had to file my nail down myself :( There is clear polish on skin and I had to ask you clean around my cuticles. He responded with attitude when I kept asking for a cuticle to be removed and he only made it longer versus cutting it off. He wanted then to file it off and I responded please cut it off with clipper only. I was also so cold inside, shivering the whole time and he kept commenting to stop moving. If your client is cold, maybe let's turn off air or provide heat. It would help so we could be less cold to not shiver while getting nails done. I really couldn't help it but my niece was also cold she had a small heater nearby when she was getting her nails done. But then she got moved like three times with three different people and her heater was given to another client. When I arrived home my husband pointed out an indent on one nail :/ I didn't not see that ugh. And from the side view and if you feel them my nails or bumpy. He commented that they look like the valley lol they aren't smooth to touch either. Lastly, I always get almond shape and my nails are oval. They look extremely big/chunky and nothing like the inspirational picture I was looking for. I got a solid color no French tip. read more

Called and they had space for us so we walked down the street. Near the corner of B and 4th, easy to find. My gel lasted about a week and a half, pretty decent wear time for me. Daughter and friend had theirs for two weeks easily. Nice selection of colors for traditional polish and gel. read more

I wanted to give this place a great review, but after a week, I can't. This was me and my daughters second time coming here. The first time was great. We came back a second time. I got a pedicure done by Mi, she was AMAZING! She gave a long, amazing massage. My daughter got a full gel set and my polish was gel as well. One week later and my polish on one toe came off. And one of my daughter's nails broke off and it looks like she needs a fill already. We are super disappointed. Especially for $145 with tip. We won't be back sadly. read more

I loved my pedicure here but the manicure was not the best. I asked for dip powder on my natural nails and she layered the dip maybe 4 times and then she did 3 layers of gel top coat. So, my nails are THICK and look like eggs, lol. The color was very cute but al that layering is not something i expected. It's always been 2 layers of dip and 1 layer of gel top coat. And the gel top coat started chipping after 2 days :/ read more

Called at 3pm to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure and they were able to fit me in same day at 5pm. I arrived 5 mins early, was immediately seated and given a binder full of gel colors to choose from. They had a wide selection of gel colors, including the color I had decided on earlier that day from the OPI website. I am a nail biter trying to curb a lifelong habit of anxiously biting my nails. I have not been to a nail salon in years because I am self conscious of never having nails long enough to justify treating myself. I recently abstained from nail biting for 2 weeks, my nails are long enough to paint and decided to pay them a visit. I didn't catch my techs name, but she painted my little nails to perfection! I am very happy with the color and am very impressed with her attention to detail. She was also very kind and pleasant to converse with. Facilities were clean, well lit and the people were very nice. I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future. Thank you! read more

This place was absolutely filthy. I almost left because of that but I'm new to town and didn't know where else to go. I asked for a color and she brought the wrong one and when I asked her to change it she said she didn't have time. She wouldn't let me look at other colors. The staff were rude and laughing after our interactions. The pedicure is a waste of time and money as well. Nothing is worth the price. read more

Different pedi's herbal, and three others which I can't remember. Employees are super nice and the place is super clean. Nina was very sweet and did a fantastic job on my nails. I wouldn't recommend them. My nails fell off in the first 24 hours doing the gelX regrow your natural nail method. So I called them in the morning to ask them to fix it. It was fixed and looked great. I wish they lasted 2 weeks. I went back in to get a new set and they chopped off what nail I did grow back very short to the nail bed and when I asked why he told me people aren't going to see your real nail under here. The removal was very painful, he wasn't wanting to soak off my gel he wanted to take it off with a plastic nail tip. It was such a bad experience I asked to leave mid removal. read more

Wonderful nail salon. Zun and nina were so sweet I will 100% come back here. They were able to fit me in for a mani pedi and their work was incredible. I've never written a review for a nail salon and usually i'm left not liking my nails as much but they were patient and cleaned up my nails to perfection. I even mentioned that I had a broken toe nail and nina was very gentle with that toe. read more

I decided to try this place because they advertised the newer hard gel service and I have had pedicures here before with no issues. I usually do the dip since gel color tends to chip off within days so I figured the hard gel would be a good alternative. They sat me for my pedicure and that was fine. Once she got to my nails she asked which hard gel color I wanted, I picked out a whitish sparkle hue, as she started working on my nails I noticed the color was off. I mentioned it to her and asked if the color was correct she said it would change a bit when done so I let her continue. Eventually it was clear that she had used the wrong color and I again pointed it out, she apologized and told me she would paint over it with gel polish. Extremely disappointing since I was trying to avoid gel polish, and I she should have corrected the mistake instead but never offered. In addition to that she charged me for the gel color that she clumsily painted on top. End result was terrible and not even close to the color that I had originally wanted, super disappointed and will never go back! read more

Ive been coming here since my first review and have never had a problem. Everyone treats me with respect and are very nice to me. Granted I am nice to them first and dont expect to be treated like royalty. I mean they do lol but i dont expect it. And honestly if you have a problem with someone speaking a different language than you, grow up. This is America, land of diversity. And on top of that if you care so much about what people think or say about you i advise you to never leave your house so you can stay safe from all those "mean" people. I've been going to this salon for about 9 months now and I love each set more than the next! They have a very clean, bright and friendly shop and always make sure I love my set. Every tech I've been to here has been very professional, polite, fast and amazing! They have a great selection of colors and my tech has even made suggestions on what may look best. They did my engagement set, and I could not have been more happy with them! I generally get a coffin shape, moderately long, BUT I have also seen some TRULY artistic, EXTRA ASS sets from this shop that are AMAZING. GLAM, rhinestones, INCHES long. I can't recommend them enough!!! read more

It covered my tan lines (apple watch, anyone?) more than any tan I've gotten in the past, which already gave this tan bonus points. But the real benefit is the color. Not a shade or tinge of orange. It looks so natural on my skin and mimics exactly how I would look if I tanned naturally. But unlike a natural tan, there's no sun damage and the solution cured in 4 hours, since it's an express formula. Second, besides being friendly and sweet, Ashley is super accommodating. She does mobile tans - so helpful - and came to my house for the trial (where she also did my mom on the fly), and is also coming out to the Airbnb I'm staying at before my wedding to do my tan, as well as doing my mom and her friend at a different location a few days prior. Her pricing is competitive or better than other artists in the area, and she has special deals for larger groups. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. I loved the massage chair; it made me feel relaxed throughout my entire time there. I got a simple nail polish pedicure. My toenails looked fantastic, and I appreciated the attention to the cuticle. However, the only downside was that the nail polish on one of my toes rubbed off before I even had a chance to put my sandals on. The first time I had a service for regular manicure and pedicure and today I went in for a regular manicure. The staff is friendly and they do a great job. My mother, my daughter, and I have all had similar experiences with her. She often handles our hands and feet very roughly, abruptly moving them instead of asking us to reposition them. More importantly, she comes across as rude, unkind, and unfriendly throughout the appointment. I understand everyone can have an off day, but this has happened repeatedly, which is why I felt compelled to say something. No customer should leave feeling uncomfortable or poorly treated. My hope is that the salon sees this as constructive feedback rather than simply a complaint. We enjoy supporting this business and would love to continue coming here, but every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed.

But I took a chance anyway and everything from the size of the Gel X nails used (way too narrow, so the edges of my natural nail are showing) to the French mani that I didn't request (see further explanation below) is proof positive that you don't need to waste your hard-earned money the way I did. I was confused when the nail tech, Tony, didn't ask me what color I wanted or show me any nail polish colors, but I noticed he started going to work on my nails. I asked what was up and he said I told him I wanted a French mani when I called (?), which I didn't BUT I will say he didn't try to up-charge me because of it and just allowed me to pay what I would've paid for a solid color. But the dang nails were to' up from the toes up! From the chipping-in-less-than-an-hour French to the size of the nails used, my nails looked like a disaster as soon as I exited the shop. While the service were good and the spot was clean, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a decent set of nails.

After our conversation and on something she was to let me know, she said I "will get back to you when I can"!. I till date have not received a call back from either her or anyone else at Shiloh. This person was not aware about the type of facials but she was still trying to give half baked information, half heartedly and that too in a tone (trust me) no one would want to hear or continue speaking with if calling a salon or spa. Mostly people visit these places to relax their mind; not to add stress to themselves. This conversation proved anything but helpful or calming; quite the opposite of what one expects. Post such an experience, the next day I went ahead and booked the facial with another spa. Fast forward, I saw on Yelp the Shiloh owner having provided a phone number and email to contact directly. Instead of choosing to call up directly, I thought to leave her a short text message letting her know that I saw the number on Yelp and wanted to discuss about a recent experience. No response from the owner too. Wondering - I really would like to understand why the front desk customer service quality, responsiveness of businesses and the overall attitude is getting so dismal by the day. Why can't someone sitting at the front desk be courteous/polite even if she is not knowledgeable or doesn't care to understand the services being offered by her place of work (it's understandable if she din know about the Yelp event as it was a long time ago but that too can be responded to nicely, why react? [It was told to her to let her know how I got to know about their spa - was meant as a help; since everyone these days like to ask how anyone got to know about their business]). I got the gold pedicure which came with all the standard parts of a pedi but added a callous remover mask and removal, hot paraffin wax mask and then a hot stone massage while the wax hardened before removal. Erik was my nail tech and he gave a really great massage AND was gentle with my nails and feet. Nothing hurt and nothing tickled unbearably. The salon is super cute and whimsy and has flowers and beautiful decor everywhere. The vibe was really good overall!
