I've been to this salon 3 times now. The staff is amazing! The first 2 times I went, I got full acrylic sets which lasted 3-4 weeks with very minimal lifting. And for a great price! The last time I went, I got a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. The gel polish lifted and came off in a week! My friend got her nails done too with gel on her fingers and regular on her toes...her gel polish came off in less time than mine. I think the gel polish is old or the coat of clear paint they put on first made the gel not hold. I don't know but we spent $150+ and when my friend went back in to get her nails fixed, they weren't very concerned about it and the gel polish came off within a few days after. It seems like they do a really good job, but I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who is new to the nail game. I went in for my first ever manicure, and I communicated this to the receptionist. I also said that I wanted a gel manicure, and that I was willing to wait or come back later if they didn't have someone who would be a good fit. So...they set me up with a dude (don't you think a first timer would be better with a fellow lady?) who could understand English but couldn't really speak it (um, so how is he supposed to walk me through the process?) who just took me to the color wall and pointed, so I didn't end up with a gel. At the end, he didn't give me any instructions on how long to wait until my nails were dry, so I ended up messing them up at the counter while paying because they weren't set yet. I'm not sure if they saw or not, but if they did and didn't offer to touch it up....poor form. I tried Queen Nail with my 5 year old daughter. Unlike other places who looked maybe a little annoyed at a child being there, they welcomed her the second we walked in the door. They helped her pick polish, put her in a "big girl" massage chair, gave her an ipad and put on a Netflix kid show! I sat next to her and got a very well done gel mani/pedi ($70 if I recall). They played and joked with my daughter the whole time. They brought us bottled water. After we were done, her nails were still wet, so (and I am not kidding), the woman who did my pedi, carried my daughter to her car seat and strapped her all in (since I had a big bag to carry)! She was so loving and treated us like family, and they all waved goodbye. Amazing experience! read more

My friend and I came here on Friday the 2nd and got manicures and pedicures. Our pedicures were great! But my gel polish on my nails came off Tuesday the 6th in the shower! I've never had this happen. I went back Wednesday the 7th to get them fixed and felt judged because my gel came off. I didn't feel as comfortable in there. Queen did my nails the second time and they're already peeling off again (today is the 12th). My friend told me today that all her gel nails came off on Saturday the 10th. I don't do anything to my nails to make them come off. I really wanted to love this place since I love what they do for the community but with the experience I had...I don't know if I'll be going back. read more

My daughter and I walked in on a whim with some time to kill...neither of us ever get pedicures and with my job, manicures are a waste of money. So the pampering was an extra special treat. The staff was adorable and accommodating; facility was clean and relaxing; and the finished product was nice and polished (unintended pun, honestly). After being able to sit and relax for half an hour, I realized that I could probably find a half an hour a couple times a month. The younger gentleman there was gentle with my nails and didn't burn me with the drill at all. He was quick but efficient and not rough. He listened when I said I wanted two coats of each polish. This was my first time getting acrylics and was Exited my nails look great but they were unorganized and many times niked my nail with the file, and did not say sorry. They were not talking at all and I did not feel welcome my nails are great but customer service was less than ok. After my nails were red and in a little pain. With a little blood from hitting my skin. This may not have been there fault but they were rough on my nails and should be more friendly. But my nails look awesome after 8 days the redness went down. Again may not have been there fault for the redness. But please be more gentle on your client's nails. read more

I went here to get a repair job after another salon screwed up my nails. The results was AMAZING! They are very welcoming, the shop is spotlessly clean & soothing. Best of all, they remember my name the second time I came in. I don't know what happened with "Micayla R." but I've NEVER had a bad experience at this salon. Extremely disappointed. I made a 2:30pm appointment for my very pregnant friend and myself for two pedi's. We sat for 40 mins in the pedi chairs waiting to be serviced without our feet even being soaked in the tub. I had gel polish on my toes from a previous pedicure but they were able to remove all instantly with the electric filer and ONLY wrapped my two big toes with foil. For far too long. Having gel polish shouldn't impact a client from being able to soak their feet. I only get gel pedi's and have never experienced that. They started on my friend around 3:15ish, finished her, and I'm still waiting for water to soak my feet in. They ran out of the nail polish she selected, had to top her toes off with a different color she didn't even select, plus she barely got massaged. They finished her and I'm still sitting there waiting for tub water to soak at this point my cold feet. It has been at least an hour after my appt time and I've still not been tended to. Finally, my turn. My very pregnant friend now sits and waits for me to finish my pedi. Mind you, she's pregnant with twins and very far along. She's very patient. They finally put water in my spa tub but only used it to rinse my feet and legs. Never got to soak. Rushed pedi with almost practically no massage. I think they felt bad for my friend being uncomfortable and having to wait so felt rushed. The biggest rip off for pedi's. $100 for two basic gel pedi's (not including tip.) Ridiculous!!! I felt I'd been robbed. A total joke. I basically paid to watch them work on other clients as we waited, with an appt made mind you, plus no water to soak my feet in. I don't know how this nail salon receives 4 stars. Extremely disorganized. Never again will I return here. Zero stars if I could. read more

Came here the other day to try out this salon. I'm going to have to say that I was not impressed! When I came into the salon I was not even greeted & I did have an appointment. I was new to this salon. I went over and picked out my nail color and then a guy came in got me & sat me down and didn't even say anything. During the pedi I liked that they used disposable liners but the salon did not look to clean at all. Another lady came over to me during my pedi & started doing my nails I noticed that the tools were not even in sanitary bags that are use at the nail salon. I asked her if the tools were cleaned & she got annoyed with me for even asking her. My pedi was ok not much to it. Once the pedi was done i got moved to another table for the women to finish painting my nails. What a mess she did such a horrible job I could of painted my nails better than what she was doing. She kept putting more coats of polish on my nails because she was not able to paint my whole nail. She blamed it on me not bringing in my own polish! I kept looking at how bubbly the polish looked on my nails I kept asking her I wanted to change the color. She than told me the bubbling in the polish was suppose to be there! Long story short she ended up taking the polish off! Had another rude lady paint my nails! I was not happy with the service my nails chipped within a day! I wont go back ever again! read more
