I went to a kiosk inside riteaid to get keys copied, it cost about $16 for 2 Keys. They didn't work!! So I got a refund from the company and scrambled to find a local place where they would see the blank needed to be a certain thickness. After reading other reviews I decided to try this place out. Pat was extremely helpful. I could not believe the dealer wanted to charge me $200 for a new key, but I bought it online for $16 and Pat cut the shape for just $2. I programmed them myself (very easy) and I thought I was all done. Unfortunately, when you program a remote to unlock doors, it does not also program the ignition. I went back into the store to ask for help, and they looked up the info and told me exactly how to program the ignition for free. This place is great! After calling the dealership and them telling me it would be $190 to reprogram my key for my 2014 Chevy Cruz I knew there had to be a better way. So I went on Amazon and bought a Chevy key fob for $25. I then found industrial lock and key in El Segundo and I was saved! The staff was super friendly I called ahead of time to see if they would be able to copy/cut the key fob the guy who answered informed me that I would have to actually come into The business so they can take a look and see if they could copy it. Luckily I work in Manhattan Beach so I was not too far away. I went in and was politely greeted, the woman took a look at my key fob to see if she would be able to make a copy & to my luck she was able to make a copy and informed me that it would be 30 minutes. I waited in the lobby and she was done in five minutes! It was very quick and easy and only cost me $30! I was so happy with the service that I got here and would definitely come back and recommend it to other people who need a spare key made. I'll start by saying that you won't find a more professional Locksmith then those guys I had the pleasure working with Richard, He is a professional locksmith with credentials and you can tell it just by looking at him at work I needed to install 3 of the Abloy Protec2 deadbolts (Highest security lock) on a decorative Metal front door, decorative Metal patio door and in a wooden garage door I called another locksmith with good reviews from Yelp and asked if he can install it for me He said sure they are all the same Let me tell you - After 4 hours he gave up and couldn't install the lock properly in the wood garage door. Later after a long research I have found Industrial Lock & Security who btw the only authorized dealer and Installer of Abloy in SoCal I called them, they were friendly and asked me all the right questions.
