I have gone there and they weren't open when they said they were. Also, when you call, no one ever answers the phone!!!! UGH! Why would I go all the way across town if I don't know if they are open. We were visiting Indy and our hotel had them on a recommended list of restaurants that deliver. We ordered food st 8:40pm and it didn't arrive until 11pm. My son wouldn't even eat his grilled cheese, which isn't saying much, but then my husband tried it and said it was horrible as well. When we called to inquire about our order, we were told they didn't open until 9pm even though we had placed our order online before 9pm. When I looked up their hours of operation, it said they opened at 7pm. We won't be ordering from there again and will be letting the hotel know about our experience. Well, third time in a row I've waited 2+ hours for cold food. It's 2:30am and I'd have canceled had it not been for the conveniently placed "No refunds or cancellations" on the website. I ordered from Indy All Night last night and I was so disappointed! Yes, their web page is great! One thinks "ok this place is into the details and desiring to please." Looks are deceiving. I was hungry!! I ordered chicken wings and large Taco salad--it LOOKED delicious! (although the beef looked very PALE)! . But wait..... why did it taste like WATER!!!! I was thinking--"ok just keep on taking bites, the taste will catch up!--But it never did. I was at work--searching for some pkg seasoning in drawers!! All I tasted was banana peppers in the salad and barbecue sauce on the chicken. I hate to waste food--but the Non-Taco salad went into the garbage! I spared the chicken--will put some seasoning on them so I will have something to eat later on. I would have been better off ordering Mozzarella sticks--No way they could deep fry "Water Cheese sticks!"--or could they??? Guess I will never know. I will be donating Seasoning to them (not really) ; I have plenty on hand since I don't cook anymore--(unless I want too). If you're hungry downtown, do yourself a favor, order an Uber and go to the 24 hour Steak N Shake on Illinois. If you're in a real pinch, the Village Pantry on East St is 24 hours.
