If it weren't for John P., I wouldn't order this 4x per week to the office for the last 2 years, but he's such a good representative for CT I just want to chat with him every day. I'd gamble that I am the number 1 most frequent purchaser at this location. Not like "oh I order it a lot" but actually the number 1 purchaser, so here is my honest to goodness assessment of this establishment: 1.) Without a doubt the best customer service experience you've ever had. They ALWAYS respond, with a person and they ALWAYS solve any (rare) issue. If you still use DoorDash or UberEats then I must assume that you are into masochism and enjoy the miserable, awful experience with them. 2.) Everything is good. Given my reign as "#1 CT'er of Castleton Location", I've had at least 20 different menu items. I've had each of them more than once. If this review gets enough love, I'll release my coveted "Power Rankings" of the menu items, but for the sake of this review, I'll tell you that you can't go wrong with any of their pizza options or anything with chicken. The common denominator here is THEIR UNBELIEVABLE, CONSISTENTLY POURED cups of ranch dressing. I've only had two better cups of ranch in my life, but those are more like exotic treats than a daily driver ranch. Anyway, order everything. 3.) Their drivers are WAY happier, WAY more helpful, and WAY more focused on delivering food with a smile on their face. They give the company a good boots on the ground presence and represent the company well. The enthusiastic "Enjoy your fooooood!" that Wayyuan gives with EVERY delivery makes you feel like a kid on Christmas. Guaranteed to make you smile. Matthew, Mark and John are like "The Gospel" of food delivery (Sorry, never had a Luke)...much like the Good Book, John stands out. ClusterTruck has made its way over to the Carmel area! I am so happy. This food delivery service is everything to a person like myself who can't leave their house for one reason or another. (My reason, like all my reasons for everything at this season of my life, is kids.) There have been many times when I've wanted food and lamented the fact that I would have to pack up the children (who don't want to go and start crying when I tell them they have to), and then drive to get the food, unbuckle the kids from their carseats, get the food, buckle them back up, drive back and unload everyone. That's like 30 to 40 minutes of stress just to get takeout. It's as exhausting and boring as it sounds! ClusterTruck has a menu that's large enough that I can find something that will satisfy my needs on any given day. Orange chicken and fried rice! Pad Thai! Tacos! Salads! Buddha bowls! There are a lot of things to choose from on the menu. This time, I ordered the Lazy Breakfast Burrito, which isn't just for breakfast -- they make them all day. It comes with peppers and onions, scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo and a side of what they call "charred salsa," which taste like chipotle salsa. This is one of their more popular items, and I can see why. It's delicious! I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies, which arrived to my home warm and fragrant. Speaking of arriving to my home: When the guy handed me my bag of food, he told me that the chocolate chip cookies were his favorite, and went on to describe just how big and gooey the chocolate chips were. You don't gotta tell me, guy -- they looked amazing from the picture on the app. (FYI ClusterTruck has an app that you can use to order, and it makes everything so simple.) One of the things you should know about ClusterTruck is that you are supposed to meet the delivery person at the curb. They are not supposed to get out of their car and deliver your food to your doorstep. According to them, this saves everyone time, and I have to agree. I got my food very quickly, and I was able to just stand at my curb and grab the food from the guy, and he was on his way to another delivery. So easy! Quick lunch for a busy day, I ordered the spicy chick pea bowl, tomato bisque and cheese pizza. All they need online for a pick up is your order choice and phone number - pretty intuitive process. My order was ready in 12 minutes!!! I was pretty damn impressed cause it was around 12 pm on a Saturday and I assumed a long wait. My pick up was inside Kroger (just to the left as soon as you enter) and I was out in less than 1 minute. The packaging, presentation and taste were stellar. Just as and more than I expected! This is seamless customer service where I don't have to wait in long lines, then wait to be seated and then wait another 30 mins for food. I ran a virtual marathon today and was super hungry when I got home. I couldn't decide on exactly what type of food, so I picked ClusterTruck. I ordered some tator tots, a cheese pizza, and a chocolate chip cookie. The online ordering process was efficient and the food was actually ready and delivered before the projected time. All of the food was hot and fresh. The tots were crispy, yet not overdone. The pizza was flavorful and not overly greasy. The crust is very thin, yet not cracker crisp. The cookie was soft and delicious! I ordered way more food than I knew I could eat, but it will be nice to have leftovers tomorrow. We had previously ordered from cluster truck but were not in delivery zone so a friend had to pick up for us . Cluster truck recently opened a kitchen inside rangeline Kroger in which you can order from aap and pick up . It is pick up only not dine there and you can only order from aap . Simply place order on aap and wait . It was a difficult to navigate through aap and wait was a bit longer for order pick up but kitchen is fairly new will take time order was packaged in a sturdy bag with exception of tater totes in foil . I got a side salad, tater tots and cookies . Portions for food and prices were reasonable on some a little pricy in others . The chocolate chip cookies were outstanding . They used to be my go to delivery option. In the last couple of months the service has gone WAY downhill. Everything I order has been undercooked. I received a mound of RAW ground beef on my dinner. I used to live down the street from Cluster Truck when they opened in Downtown Indianapolis - not having Cluster Truck was a huge drawback to moving up north. Needless to say, we were THRILLED when they made their way to Carmel. Our favorite is definitely the breakfast burrito, but we also really enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap and the spiced chickpea bowl. We have used this service twice now. Although we enjoy the convenience, the food is always very salty and some items are cold. Recently got a burger and fries. If I order a burrito I want it to taste like a burrito from lauri and marin's not something your aunt Karen thinks is a burrito. It's just very bland over priced food.
