You place your order through a thin plane of plexiglass and get it from a small opening (little door) in the plexiglass. I ordered a catfish steak dinner and treated myself to a sour apple Philadelphia Water Ice. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food. I decided to go to a local park and eat it. It definitely was not homemade slaw, but it was still good. The fries were good as well. I got them with seasoning salt on them and that made it that much better. I was not a fan of the catfish steaks though. I ordered them with hot sauce on them, but it needed more. I really did not like the bones in them and it had a very fishy taste.
