I got a text in the evening saying there's traffic and he can come in tomorrow morning (Saturday) Ok no problem. Things happen. Appointment set for Saturday at 10am. Closer to 10am I get a text. ETA is around 10:30-10:45. (No "sorry running late nothing) Ok 10:45 it is. 10:45ish I get a text eta 11:15-11:30 No thank you. I cancelled. Do not need this kind of service and mind you not once did the detailer say "hey sorry. Running late" I gave 2 stars because it is a small business and I don't like hurting the small businesses. I initially texted for an appt a few days in advance and told him I wanted a full detail, please see below for the full detail description: Full Detail: Includes: hand wash, dry, vacuum, clean windows, wipe out door jams, door panels, dash console cleaning and conditioning, headliner, clean wheels, tires, tire shine, complete carpet shampoo, complete upholstery cleaning, floor mats shampoo,claybar treatment, and complete exterior polish and wax. He shows up, no mask. I let him begin and go inside. 2 hours later.... I paid him and quickly checked in the front seat. My mistake, I should have completely looked at the work done. He did thoroughly clean my interior, he didn't even wipe down the door jambs or the cup holders on the side of the door and he didn't even completely clean my wheels. When I mentioned my seats to him, he told me that it wouldn't come out and it was permanent. When I contacted him again, he ignored me. after sending pics and calling a few times he tells me that he will call me to schedule a touch up the following Tuesday. I never heard from him and I decided to contact TN Auto detail to do a complete interior detail to see if the interior was able to be cleaned, when TN Auto detail left.. my car was completely cleaned. I contacted him again and told him that I was able to get the car detailed and it looks completely different from his detail, he offered me a $25 refund. SMH! This man is a scam artist and does not do a good job, Beware! Do not spend your hard earned money with him, he is LAZY and charges way too much for what he does. I was in desperate need for a clay bar wax and interior leather protection detail on my car and I luckily came across Fernando's number through a referral. I texted Fernando immediately and we setup a time for him to come by and work on my car. He did an excellent job detailing the car and the paint looked fantastic after the clay bar wax was done. We used Indy for numerous car washes, with most being average and required us pointing out a lot of areas, and the wheels never being fully clean. This was fine, as the price was fair, but scheduling is a nightmare. Fernando is great with phone calls, not so great with text, but getting the actual staff to come out is a complete lottery. Sometimes they won't show up at all, and most times arrive 1-3 hours late. With their earliest weekend appointment at 10am, if want a 20-30 minute car wash, expect to block out over half your day. We've used them for almost a year and have finally given up on giving them a chance. Go elsewhere, your life is too short and precious to waste sitting at home. read more

My office contracted Indy Express to appear at our site in February, and I had a entirely horrible experience. I had held off writing this review while attempting to negotiate a refund from Indy Express, but their unwillingness to compromise, and refusal to actually return my calls has led me to believe that they are not interested in doing what is right. When I handed my keys over to the detailing crew, I was asked what time I needed my car back by. I stated 6:30, and was assured that it would be done by then, and I would receive a call or text from them when my car was done. At 6:45, I walked out to see if maybe they had just forgotten to message me, to find out they they had just started on my car. I was informed that they would be done within 45 minutes, and that they would text me. My car wasn't ready until well after 8pm, at which point it had gotten dark outside. Even in the dark, I noticed that some of the work had been missed. I pointed this out to the foreman, and he had his crew rectify the errors that I *could* see. I was also informed that they'd be out next week to do any of the work that they had missed in the dark. Accepting this, I was given the foreman's phone number, and left for the night. The next day, I noticed that several items that I had paid for in a premium package had not been done (But they'd be back to do those later, I convinced myself). The next week went by, with no return visit. I called the main number, and was told that they'd be out the following week. The next day, at 10 in the morning, I received a call from the foreman stating they'd be there that day. I was already at work, and had not brought the car I had detailed on the first day. I was asked what day worked for me, and we arranged for him to show up on Thursday. They were a no show on Thursday, so I called the foreman to no answer, and left a voicemail. I called the main number, explained what was going on, and was told that someone would call me back. Throughout the latter half of February, and most of March, I called the main number twice a week, and was always told that the person that I needed to talk to was out at the moment, but I'd get a call back later that day. I have never been called back. At that point, I called my credit card company to request a chargeback, as many of the services I had paid for had either been missed entirely, or only partially completed. Indy Express disputed the chargeback, and stated that they *had* come back and redone the work (a lie). My chargeback was denied. All in all, Indy Express has come across as a sleazy company, not willing to stand behind the quality of their work. read more

Car looks amazing. I got an exterior detail for my 2013 Tesla Model S. This came with a vacuuming and dusting of the interior. The car looks better than when I picked it up brand new from the factory, super spotless and shiny on the outside, crystal clean on the inside. The company also comes with an amazing story about how Menlo Park wouldn't allow mobile car washes unless they go through a ton of regulations because of how much water they use, so they came up with a way to wash the car only using a small amount (not sure how much, he said a bucket or two on several cars) compared to the usual 20-50 traditional car washes use. This allowed them to get around the city's regulations and still provide an awesome service. I plan to use this service on a monthly basis! read more

I tried to use Indy Express through my employer where they detail the car while at work. I contacted them by mail on Monday and asked if there was availability this week and was told Wednesday at 9am. I normally take the shuttle to work so I drove in and was on time only to be told by the employee doing the work he was booked all day through 7pm. I informed him I had made an appointment on Monday and his response was he told his manager not to make appointments. When I replied to the appointment mail they tried to say if I could stay very late they would try and fit me in. This is very unprofessional and I don't trust my car with an unorganized company who will try and squeeze me in and likely rush and do a poor job. read more

I've had Fernando come do details for me the past couple of years. He was always easy to schedule an appointment with and never had a problem coming to me. He usually takes a couple of hours for a detail but only took an hour today because he had the help of his family. I have two dogs so my interior always gets dirty. My car was overdue for a cleaning overhaul. And so Fernando's team to the rescue. Contacted the shop by Yelp in the morning and had a quote within the hour. Hector came out in the afternoon and spent nearly three hours bringing my car back to a near new look. Because I'm a stickler for details, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is b/c my front window still had a little gum residue that Hector couldn't remove. But otherwise, he did an awesome job! In particular the exterior shine was impressive and I didn't see a drop of water on the ground. Not sure how he pulled that off but I was impressed. You can't beat the service for such a reasonable price. I will continue to use Indy Express Mobile for all my detailing needs in the future. read more

We've had Indy come to our home 2 times now to detail our vehicles. The first time was about a year ago to do an exterior only clay bar and wax job on my wife's SLK that was brand new, because car dealerships don't do a very good job of getting all of the gritty feeling fallout off of a car that has been on their lot for few months before they sell it. If you just took delivery of your new car, then trust me, after Indy uses his magical clay bar, you'll be shocked at the difference! This latest time we used Indy was yesterday when he came to the house and did the entire family's vehicles....all 4 of them in one day! 3 were just exterior details and the 4th was a full interior/exterior detail of the 2005 Dodge Dakota Quad-cab truck that we bought for our son. All the cars turned out great as usual, but the Dakota turned out amazing! There was even some side moldings that were starting to yellow....which doesn't look to cool on an all white truck, so we were actually thinking of paying to have our local body shop paint these moldings white again....but now don't need to because Indy did his magic and they are completely white again! Overall, definitely 5-Stars from us....love that he comes to us, so we don't have to deal with making appointments with a detail shop and dropping your car off and getting rides to and from the detail shop! I couldn't be more pleased with the interior detailing my Camry got today. I was hesitant to spend $119, not really knowing what to expect, however I'm glad I did, as the job that was done was worth every penny. My car was badly in need of vacuuming after a box of powered laundry detergent had spilled under the floor behind the driver seat. There was also some really bad staining on the passenger seats from spilled water and soda. Although the stains didn't come out completely (I didn't expect they would), most of the stains were lifted or significantly lightened and came out much better than I expected. And there is not one trace of detergent anywhere on the floor! The provider was on time, pleasant, and professional, and the online scheduling was super easy. The detailers who came to us were polite and patient with us as we asked questions surrounding their washing process due to the drought. (4/27/12) I had Indy (Fernando) come to my home today to do a full detail on my car and expressed that I was getting it ready to sell, implying I wanted it showroom ready. I now wish I would have stayed outside to watch the whole time. The car appeared to be dry washed (never heard faucet turn on, pressure washer being used or saw water on the ground, plus there wasn't the usual water under the trunk lid when I opened it, but there was dirt). I never heard a polisher or buffer either so can only assume he did a basic spray wax and no polish. There was still dirt in the door moldings, door jams, under the trunk lid, in the wheel wells (which the rear ones are felt so a bristle brush could be used to brush off the dirt and grass at least ), and the tops of the windows were still dirty. The interior looks great, but it was clean to begin with. I also never heard a vacuum being used, but did hear the floor mats being banged on the ground. I expected more for a full detail and would have even paid more for a full detail, but all I got was a car that appeared to be dusted off, sprayed with detail spray and wiped down. For what he does, I guess he charges a fair price, but if you're expecting an actual hand wash, wax, polish and full-detail, you're not gonna get it. If you have an old Hyundai Elantra, fine. If you have a black Mercedes, don't bother. Upon further inspection of the car, I take back what I said about $100 being a fair price. I can't imagine anyone paying that much for their car to basically be dusted.I take my car to the car wash about once a week and have it waxed about once a month. Other than some dust and spots from the recent rain, my car was fairly clean and I keep my interior in excellent condition: I do NOT understand how he calls what he does "detailing"; my floormats were dry and dirty (despite him putting them in my truck to 'dry'... they weren't even wet and definitely not cleaned). Nothing in the trunk was moved, so it was clear that not only had it not been vacuumed, but nothing wiped down either. The ashtray still had dirt in it and the chrome hadn't been wiped. I should have been suspicious as to a full detail only taking about an hour... now I'm wondering what, if anything, he even did that hour. (8/16/12) I was only being honest about the service I personally received. On that particular day, you were here no more than an hour. You had mentioned that you were running late to a game or family function--perhaps that's why we got such shoddy service or perhaps this is what you consider detailing?? Other than our one car, we personally have no other basis for comparison. As I said, we weren't expecting a $400 detail and would have been more than willing to pay extra for the services we specifically addressed. For what we paid, we at the very LEAST expected clean floormats, and NOT to find noticible dirt at every turn. You obviously had other obligations that day so having you return would not have been possible and our confidence in your service was completely blown at that point anyhow. We completely redid the whole car ourselves and sold it. I am not sorry for a word I posted... it represented the exact results of the service which we received. read more

I love the convenience of Mobile Car Washes/Details. I used the Wasche App to schedule a Exterior Wash and interior cleaning. In the process while the young man was here at my Job, he notified me that he couldn't get the grime that has built up over the last two weeks to come off due to the tar, gravel and rain on our roads. He recommended that I try to find a company that has a clay bar service, so that I did. Let me tell you, the Owner Fernando came to my job as I scheduled his mobile service. HE was able to get the nasty grime off my car in no time and has my car looking like I just pulled off the car lot with it, its back to its original condition. I highly recommend them as I will use them every few weeks to maintain my rides appearance! They did a great job, matter fact one of the best jobs I've seen ever!!!! read more

I used this service for the first time on Friday. The business was busy so my appointment had to be pushed back but the company kept me updated on the status and when they would arrive. They took there time and did an amazing job. This is also extremely eco friendly. Barely a bucket of water was used and there were no water spots or run off on the vehicle when I started driving or the pavement. They used tire shine but made sure there would be no run off or ability to get on the car. I will be using this service more often!!! read more

Thank you to Fernando and his team member today who steam cleaned the interior of my car! They did a fabulous job. Especially when my car had been stolen and the vandals decided to leave its windows open while it was storming... this meant water damage and a wet mop stench. The Indy crew thoroughly cleaned and disinfected it all. And voila the odor is gone. Smells clean. I own my auto repair shop and I have been a mechanic for 30 years and Indy express is the only detail guy that does my customers cars he does all my personal cars 3 of them he does my mom's Benz by business partners cars he has 3 as well. The great thing I love about this place is how much Fernando does to help the environment. If you want that 350.00 to 400.00 pressure wash buff wax and q tip all the damn vents call that other guy, but if you want a guy that cares does great work for the price and loves what he does call this place. I found this company through Groupon and noticed there were no address, so I called the Indy auto express and talked to the owner Mr. Fernando. He told me not to go through Groupon which regular price was $599 but discounted for $340. Mr. Fernando said that he would detail my car for $300. I said sounds good I'll be there tomorrow morning. The address was in the Facebook Parking lot One hour away from my house. When I got there a gentelman checked my car in and inspected and noticed that there are some dog's hair in the back seat, the cost would be $120. I said to myself why did Mr. Fernando was going to charge me for the same service $300. The employee said not to worry be back at 1pm total of 3 hours and the car would be all detailed. I got a call at 12:30 by Mr. Fernando saying that I have some dog's hair in the back seat and I said yes I am aware of it, your employee already noticed it and mentioned it to me. He said we need another two hours to detail your car. I asked him have you not started to work on my car yet, he said NO we haven't done anything to it. I couldn't believe it I waited in a coffee shop for almost 3 hours plus one hour driving and hour driving back for nothing. Mr. Fernando didn't even apologize nor took any responsibilities of not detailing my car. He kept saying his employee didn't tell him about dog's hair. Not good at all. I will not recommend Indy Express to anyone. My day was waisted waiting around dealing with a business owner that doesn't have integrity. read more
