I have been using Auto Platinum Detail since 2005. Andre has been a true professional from the very beginning. I have personally seen him turn red oxidized paint which turned pink into brilliant shining red again, bring dull black paint back to life, remove a pinstripe from a car and make it look like it was never there to begin with, buff out multiple scratches and scuffs, remove stains from interior upholstery, and recondition leather. Andre was quick to respond. I got scheduled right away. He communicated well. Few days before the scheduled date he asked to delay by a day which worked well as I needed the extra day to get the car ready as well. I drop the car the day before because it was convenient for me and he was free for me to do it and could put the car in the garage overnight. When I picked the car the next day it was night and day difference compared to before. I am very happy with the result. Great work by Andre. He is also very pleasant to interact with. Definitely recommend him with no reservation and the price is also very reasonable. My car had very visible hard water spots spread over big area on the hood and he removed them without any trace left and without charging extra which I'm very thankful for. It surely was extra work for him to get rid of the spots which I couldn't do myself when I tried. I share the photo just to show good it looks (to me at least). And he's going to do another car next week. I just LOVE the idea of having a strong, protective finish that will last longer than wax. Andre's ceramic coat will last for 2 years, or longer for cars that are garage kept. That's because he puts on TWO coats, not just one. And his finishing work is excellent. My car hadn't been detailed in a over year, and so it was a heavy lift. But Andre made the car look like new. Really fantastic and totally worth it! Andre can bring everything he needs to you, including water and electricity. Just keep in mind that he will need a shaded place to work on your car. Maybe it's just me, but with the number of Tesla model 3's being delivered and people wanting to take care of their cars it feels businesses are treating Tesla owners similar to when web sites would display higher prices for people using macs. I guess this is capitalism and these detailing businesses are making hay while the sun shines, but it doesn't feel good to know you've got a bullseye on you because of the car brand. I checked around including places I'd seen on advertised on YouTube and after requesting quotes for my new Model 3 was shocked at the amounts quoted. Auto Platinum came back with what I thought was a reasonable amount for ceramic coating given i had watched videos on what was involved and new how much work was involved, but wasn't confident about doing it myself for the first time on a my new car. While scheduling took quite a bit back and forth, Andre arrived at the time he said he would and went to work. He washed, claybarred (?), and then polished before applying 2 coats of cquartz. I had previous checked the different brands of ceramic coating and cquartz was highly regarded. He double checked areas and all told spent 4 hrs (with a break) on the car.
