When I asked for a discount, he said they don't give one. A little expensive for cleaning a motorcycle, but the service requested was good. The detailing work itself is fine. However, their monthly subscription plan is a bad deal if you travel frequently. Their calendar often shows very few openings per month, and if you are not able to accommodate THEIR schedule, you're out of luck and will LOSE your payment for that month. Missed services don't carry over - so they always win and you lose. Their subscription plan has no flexibility, so you will be liable for the annual payments, even if you need to cancel. I recommend to pay for services as needed, to make sure you don't get taken advantage of like I got. read more

Service and professionalism: 5/5 Jorge was friendly, answered all my questions, and arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He brought everything he needed with him and was very easy to work with. Quality and attention to detail: 3/5 I got the Exterior Detail + Interior Wash for my Model 3, for $130 (which breaks down to $100 for the exterior detail, and $30 for the interior wash). The booking tool said the service would take 100 minutes (which already seemed impressively fast) but Jorge finished in only 75. I'm happy with the quality of the work on the body panels, but the glass work hasn't met expectations. When I came out to inspect the car, I had to ask him to clean off a several-inch wide streak of soap or something still left on the glass roof. It was overcast that day, but driving around on subsequent sunny days I've also noticed major streaks on the side mirror and water spots left on the windshield (see pictures). $100 is a fairly low price for an exterior detail, but I expect better than that even from a good car wash, let alone a detail. The interior wash also seemed to consist of a vacuum and a center console wipe-down and not much else - there was still dust on the dashboard and the rear view mirror had not been cleaned. Overall 3/5 because the good service was appreciated, but it's more or less table stakes and the quality of the work is what really matters. read more

***BEWARE. Run away from this guy***. Here is the one week update. I did interior detailing by Jorge. The cars door were open till the night of cleaning (as advised by Jorge) and the car was in garage for next 5 days. After 5 days, when i checked, the inside was full of mold growth.The car was in much worse condition compared to how it looked earlier. I brought up this issue with Jorge . He was reluctant to accept his mistake . He did not even care and suggested to do another detailing.A honest person will own the mistake and willing to cleanup the mess they create. This is not the right way to do any business. P.S. If you want to grow mold in your car, give Jorge a call, he can use his so called "natural" products to help with it. Response to Jorge's response: The doors were open for 8 hours after you left. If it needs more time to dry out, then you had excess water on the seats. I wonder how the steering wheel is not dry after 8 hours. The 1 star is not for the money, its purely for the experience i had with your business. read more
