It comes with a one year parts and service warranty, and I considered purchasing an extension - but not anymore. Once they get your money - they are done with you! The ladies in Greenwood are super nice and knowledgeable and pool school every year is great! I'd consider finding a company that does a great pool install PLUS has great service. This ain't that!

They tried fixing those leaks then left saying it was fixed, pulled money from our charge card that they had kept the information from a one time payment earlier in the year and then left a voicemail telling us our hot tub couldn't be fixed. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. The owner, Chuck Prince just farmed out his business subcontracting opening and closing services to another company, who is obviously not very good, to compete work for Aqua Blue. After telling Chuck that a two week estimate to come back out to replace the part they damaged was too far out, Chuck cut ties saying I should hire someone else to do the job. No kidding. Thanks for that pearl of wisdom, CHUCK. Avoid This company!!! All is fine when things are going well, happy to take your money, but if they break anything know that it will somehow be your fault and responsibility to pay for.

Started before swimming season, finished (ish) after swimming season. Great people to work with until problems start and then the owner will disappear and not return to the site or return emails or phone calls or texts. Subs out the concrete to a company that also disappears. I have a pool now and with a few fixes, i will be ready for next swimming season but definitely not the professional look I was hoping for.
