When he came initially for the estimate, he helped me connect the power to my nest :) He is knowledgable about bringing the home up to code regarding electrical and CO2/smoke detectors. We ended up needing more parts and he went to purchase the parts, was professional and didn't complain. He installed my ring floodlight cameras, doorbell pro and alarm system. I considered doing it myself so I bought the required parts but ultimately decided to have a professional do the repair since I definitely didn't know what I was doing. I went on yelp to request quotes from electricians and Miguel responded very quickly (~10-15 minutes after sending out the automated text) and gave me a good quote. We called to schedule an appointment at 8am and he arrived on time and got the job done in about 5 or so minutes, after I showed him around the property to point out the problems. The whole time he let me shadow him and explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on how to fix it if I ever needed to again in the future. We bought a house built in the 1940s with its original kitchen wiring connected to one breaker. This would cause us to lose electricity in the kitchen if we tried to use more than one appliance at a time. Miguel was able to come out same day to turn the electricity back on because it wouldn't turn on by flipping the breaker switch. He then added 5 additional breakers just for the kitchen at an affordable price. They had to cut through the wall but his team patched it up like nothing happened. Tankless water system blew a fuse. Jose took the time to seal the outside outlet AND replaced the wire in the fuse box. He had to go under the house to rewire where the previous contractor messed up and he was done within a few hrs. I have since called Jose back to help install recess lights and a ceiling fan.
