This was my first time ever getting the classic eyelash extensions (top and bottom) so, as you can imagine, I was pretty nervous having someone fumble around with my eyes for an extended period of time... However, Tracy patiently took the initiative to make sure I was comfortable and informed of the entire process with any possible side-effects of the adhesive (if you're allergic-which happens) and provided an after-care sheet with details of how to get the most out of your new fluffy lashes. Personally, the service is quite expensive, but I got a small discount being a first-time client on Yelp, and booked an appointment the same day. Tracy is an expert with emphasis on perfection, and you tend to get what you pay for with this type of process. I love that the room is an individual suite that is nicely decorated with a comfortable bed to lay on; mine took about 2-3 hours, but I was honestly falling asleep on the table due to being so comfortable! I couldn't believe it! I was waiting about a half hour to be seen, and the shop doesn't have any water bottles or anything to drink (I would think they would if they are going to run late like that). The woman providing the service was very sweet, however my lashes are almost completely off less than one week later. I have taken care of them as instructed with their solution, but they started falling off immediately. For this price point I would expect much more. read more

I've been going here for over 1.5 years and each time I leave there with glamorous lashes. I have received volume lashes from Tasha and Mary and both ladies are great lash technicians. They always take care of me and ensure my lashes are on point when I leave there suite. Parking is easy and free (for 2 hours). My appointments have never lasted longer than an hour and 15. Generally the ladies are able to get me out between 45-1hour window. It all depends on the week I go in (2 week, 3 week fill etc.) I promise you will not be disappointed when you come to this establishment and these ladies for your lashes. They are so gentle with the application of each lash extension that I am totally relaxed and almost always fall asleep during my appointment.
