The great ones we like was Cherry, monica, & hannah for pedicure. Monica really took her time to ensure everything was perfect. We also had manicures by Lynn and she was really good too. Kim was not as good. She seem to be in a hurry and did not do the manicure right. We had the champagne manicure before but when she did it you can tell it was half fast. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have family that has been coming here for YEARS, and we have NEVER had an experience like this before with any kind of nail salon. I used to scream from the roof tops how much I loved this place, until they took 9 hours to do my nails and toes and cultivated the worst experience I've ever had literally anywhere. We were in a hurry and had about 3 hours max to spend here, which is already too long to allot for a simple service. I was literally crying in the chair because of how stressed I was and how uncomfortable it was. These people COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DESTROYED my nail beds. What was left of my nail was ripped off by their off brand acrylic when their crappy glue eventually bit the dust. The nails fell off on their own less than a week later. They told us that they would fix it and I could have it done for free. We called about a month later and they said that it was only viable for a week, WHAT?!? The reception was horrible and not hospitable at all, so much so they didn't even tell us that we had only a week to come back in and get a fresh set, why would I do that? So they could destroy my nails more?? They needed time to heal. I have never ever been so disappointed and disgusted in a nail salon ever. It is my only hope and prayer that they get new policies, workers, better supplies and lastly but most importantly- a manager who actually cares and prides themselves on customer service and quality. No star should be an option. Me and my friend had the worst experience at this nail salon yesterday. We walked into an EMPTY salon, we were told 15 min wait at 536 pm. Which was fine, we waited 30 mins. Again, fine. We were sat together and a nail tech began on my nails as my friend waited for the next available nail tech. After 25 mins. I asked if someone was coming to start her set? At this point she has now waited 45 mins. When we were told 15. She asked the other techs who were standing at host stand talking while an employee was showing around her new born. The nail tech respond " I'm busy". After a full hour of waiting the host who originally told us 15 mins. Came to tell us that no one is available to do my friends nails. And that the manager has left now so now she was allowed to tell us. She couldn't tell us for some reason when manager was present... and wouldn't answer me when I asked why. At this point my nail tech was about done with my nails. So we asked if she could do her once finished. The host replied no, because they close in 30 mins. It was 630 at this point when online shows they close at 730. we told her we only came because we got a gift card for Christmas for this salon. And asked if we could at least have our $40 refunded. She said no. As a business owner you would think too loose $40 is nothing compared to having upset customers and getting more bad reviews. As you can see others have had bad experiences here too. I am starting to believe the good ones are friends of nail tech. Cause this place is absolutely unprofessional. Rude. And definitely do not take care of walks in. We came in 2 hours before closing. And they weren't able to take care of two clients. Mind you staff were seen sleeping in the back, and more staff just gossiping with employees. This place was completely trash. To the point we left the gift cards there. We will never be back obviously. Melinda is the owner and she is a coward to send a messenger to upset customers. Even my nail tech told me she didn't know why they were refusing to do my friends nails when they take people at 720pm walking in. Mind you again we came in at 536! And were told over an hour later that no one would be able to my friends nails. And still with a FULL HOUR till closing. This place is TRASH to the point I am taking time out of my life to write this review so others and owner can see how awful they are. On top of the worst service. My nails are awful. Kim is a nice and quite patient person but bless her heart, her work didn't satisfy me, when Kim found out I am Vietnamese, she requested me to speak Vietnamese for easier communication which I totally agreed. Little did I know she immediately became an F.B.I agent investigated my background which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I tried to avoid the conversations at all cost since all her conversations were about communist and how she disliked Vietnam lifestyle which got me disappointed as a proud Vietnamese and uncomfortable as a customer, i DID NOT PAY FOR THE BONUS HEADACHE! The 3-hour process was wild, Kim was quite concerned about the design but still managed to sat me down and took off the old set but refused to Yes-No to my question if she can do that cause i dont want to waste my time. She soaked my hands first before letting me choosing the colors was not professional because my two hands were occupied, I couldn't touch my phone to see the picture and then she asked me to pick colors when my hands had to be still in the soaking bucket?????? During the process she messed up my nails shape twice in two fingers and i was told because my nails were crooked but ma'am i have been in other salons doing coffin and nobody ever told me that and they always figure it out and handle it perfectly before i have a chance to say a thing! She specifically told me that gay nails tech were born with talent (true, cause my last time nail tech was beyond perfect and I felt shameful for trying something new here) so i cannot compare her to them which had nothing to do with the situation and how can you have an audacity to tell me such a thing but still want to charge me at that price for your lack of skills. Needed to say she refused to switch to someone who is capable of taking care of me but repeatedly complained about how hard the design was to make me feel bad and She DID NOT CHANGE THE TOWEL after taking off and filing my nails made unwanted white dirt and powder were left all over the counter and then complained how they got into my just new nails, i hinted her about the towel just to get corrected for trying to be smarted than a nail tech. Wow! Towards to the end she was rushing and getting frustrated because I tried to show her how to do design and for the very fist time in my life i need to supervise a nail tech just so my nails dont turn out ugly, i never had to do such thing with other places. There was one more lady whom i wished i caught her name (short black hair), she was beyond annoyed and deserve an award for being nosey. She told Kim that Kim was good enough (which she is obviously not) and I am basically a picky and trying to be smart little girl, I'm sorry but I was born Vietnamese and speak my language fluently enough to understand them being sarcastic and unprofessional!!!!! I didn't want to make a scene since they are my mom age (and yes she emphasized that she is my mom age so i can watch my mouth) She rushed me to get another client in and kept asking me if the set was okay but didn't forget to tell me that was 3 hours, the design was tough and i cannot expect better (shockingly!) so I can leave her in peace. I came home, my friends looked at my nails and nobody ever guessed the price was at $82, keep in mind we all go to nail salons a lot and they pointed out how a fool I was to pay that much for such an ugly set nothing like the picture. (we were being honest to each other when they sensed how manipulative service this salon gave me). My nails were not even cleaned since all the white dirt and fiber are still on! This was my first time at this spa. I was truly amazed by the check-in process. I went during a time that was not really busy for the salon. Jenny did my dip manicure and I got a pedicure by another young lady. I typically get a traditional pedicure with regular polish. But Jenny and the young lady REALLY wanted me to upgrade to shellac. I really loved my nails and pedicure three weeks later both are still looking fabulous. If I am ever back in this area I will be revisiting. I went for a pedi and a regular mani on 7/3. I've gotten a pedi here before so I assumed the mani would be of similar quality. It was not. I selected yellow as the color for my hands. Around the second coat, I noticed that the color looked a little see through in certain places. The tech said she could apply a third coat but yellow is a hard color to paint. I disagree as I've gotten the color before. It looked fine when she finished and I was still inside. It dried substantially and was ready to go in about my day. I got outside and looked at my hands and you could see the layering of coats where she didn't apply it evenly on the previous color. See at the base of the nail in the attached photos. I spoke to the receptionist about it and she agreed. But since I needed to leave I couldn't stay to redo my nails. She apologized and began helping the next client. Even though I couldn't stay, they could've refunded my $20 or offered a discount on my next service. Overall, they are nice but make sure you get a recommended tech from someone you know or have seen their work. I'm sure there are good ones there, I just didn't have her that day. She was super attentive and nice For services: I got a mani with shellac by Becca ($35) and a tropical deluxe pedicure by someone else ($57) In my opinion, the pedicure was not worth $57. When I was picking a color, I felt slightly rushed. I didn't like that. The massage chair wasn't even on 3/4 of the time I sat in it. I felt like the lady that did my pedicure was a bit heavy handed when using the stones to the point where it was starting to hurt. Also, the pillow that goes around your neck with the pedicure was kinda hot. I felt it burning me, but I didn't want to say anything to stop the workers from working. I was already uncomfortable from the beginning starting from being rushed. I spent at total of $164- including a $5 tip to each worker. I thought about going back to give them another try, but seeing the aftermath damages... I will not be returning. I really wanted to like this place... My sister, daughter and I decided to try out Executive Nails & Spa for the first time this past weekend and we are so happy we did. Everyone was so friendly and we were treated so well. We went it on Saturday at 10 am. It wasn't too crowded, and we were sat down immediately and offered drinks.
