Recently, they had someone new do my lashes and she didn't do a great job and I'm sure they were aware of it because they gave me a discount. Some of the extensions were basically glued to my eyelid, causing a buildup of dirt that I couldn't clean properly. When I went in for a fill, they told me they did me a favor by taking all of the old lashes off and not charging me for it. I had been at the salon for 2.5 hours and they asked me to come back the next day for them to put on a few more lashes. I won't be returning.

I made an appointment for my wife. This place is located at the Riverside Mall in Hackensack, right above Macy's, situated inside a Salon called Elie Tanous. The room is pretty cozy, clean and soothing. I left my wife in Nael's (the lady that gives the facial cleaning) able hands. I waited in their waiting area, which by the way is very spacious, and includes FREE coffee, water, etc. After about an hour or so my wife steps out with a huge grin. She seems very satisfied and I noticed right away a big difference, her skin is clearer and less blemished. My wife mentioned that Nael was gentle, patient and very good at what she does. She will definitely be back for more. I will schedule an appointment for my daughter soon.

She basically wanted to argue with me. Telling me "I should've read the text message" I did read it! No where did it say I had to book online.. this was my experience as a first time client. What a joke! I'm glad I didn't get my brows done there. She probably would've messed them up on purpose. Why give NEW customers attitude? This was my first time to Claudia's Nails and I was pleased with my experience…read more Parking: Street parking which was manageable between the main road and side street. Scheduling: I ended up calling their number because I didn't want my credit card to get charged being I would be paying cash for their Monday-Wednesday gel mani + regular pedi $55 special. I was able to make an appointment over the phone but did see making one on their website was super easy if not going for a special package. Service: I got a gel mani, regular pedi, and had gel nail polish on my fingers to remove. My appointment was 5:15, I was taken at about 5:20, and I got out of there about 6:55. Experience: I got there at 5:14 and just had a 5 minute wait until they were ready for me. In the meantime, I chose my color (Sweet Apricot). My nail tech was Kristi and she couldn't have been nicer. She took her time with the pedicure and manicure and was pleasant throughout it. As a side note, they had the Real Housewives of Rhode Island playing with the sound on which served as the perfect entertainment for the experience. Time will tell if these polishes last and if they do, they've got a new customer!
