So many choices! They've got a flavor for ever craving! Conveniently located at Ka Makana Ali'i Shopping Center, your can get your boba/smoothie fix while shopping your heart out. It's a fairly small shop but the lines get pretty long because of it's already established popularity so it can get a little cramped sometimes. But, I think it's worth the little wait. This place is legit. They use good quality ingredients and you can tell in the taste. It's very hearty, thick and flavorful. They've also got a dessert case to choose goodies from, and gelato! Yum! Teas, shakes, green smoothies, fresh fruit smoothies, and a ton of topping choices... they've pretty much got you covered. The staff is friendly. One this particular day, the line was pretty long and there were a handful of customers waiting for their orders and only two girls in the back filling them. I could tell some customers were a little antsy but that couldn't be helped. It was clear that those girls were trying their best to get the orders out and that's all that I (or anyone rather) can really expect. But the lady at the register was very gracious and kept assuring the customers that their orders will be ready soon. It's the acknowledgement that makes for good customer service. So kudos for that! The prices are kinda expensive but worth it. They have so many good flavors & combinations. The Neapolitan and UBE combinations are very good with lychee jelly. Wish I went here when they had the light bulb bottles. If you haven't tried here, I recommended that you should try it out. read more

The Waimalu store messed up my order so I went to Kim & Haley, at the Kamakana store and they made the drive out to kapolei worth it! No complaints, no back & forth questions, just great customer service & willingness to make sure the customer is taken care of. They fixed my drink & made sure to 2x check what I wanted. We order Infinitea at lot at my job from the one in town, so I was pretty excited to find they were coming to Kapolei. I was finally able to stop by while shopping and got my favorite - The Green Monster debloating smoothie with no sweetener. It tasted a little different than what I remember from getting from the town location, but was still pretty good. Never felt the affects of the debloating, but I always get it because I enjoy the taste of the sweet coconut milk, mango, papaya flavor mixed with spinach. What I can't justify here is the price of the drinks. The mall must be charging an outrageous amount for rent or they must use the most expensive ingredients possible for their regular size to be $6-7, large $8-9 and their monster size a whopping $10-$11. That's the price of a full meal elsewhere and I can't find myself to splurge on a good, but average drink. read more

New tea place at the new mall out in Kapolei. I love tea especially sweet teas, but for some reason, just like everything else in Hawaii...it's so expensive! So, I only treat myself once in great while. I got a regular Thai milk tea with small boba, medium honeydew melon with regular boba and a regular lychee smoothie with small boba for the kiddos. I had a pleasant experience with the cashier they even enrolled me in their rewards program real quick. As I waited for my drinks, I got a good look at the place. They had a cold display case of ice creams/gelato, and macaroons. The main seating area seemed crowded and hard to maneuver should each table be fully occupied but it wasn't the case this morning. The line quickly grew from the register to the door. I have to admit, although it was only 10:30 am it was getting really warm out. The structure and build of the mall does not provide a whole lot of shade. Maybe after 8 minutes, I got my teas which were nicely sealed and packed in a bag for me to take. I couldn't wait to quench my thirst. Unfortunately, my family couldn't wait either. So I couldn't taste the honeydew nor the lychee smoothie. I enjoyed my drink a little too quick, because it was empty in 10 minutes. Small boba was good, not too hard or chewy just how I like them. I noted that the ice to liquid ratio was really good. I don't like my teas watery when I get to the bottom of the cup. I'll probably try this place again, hopefully I remember to get something more specialized, like their chrysanthemum milk tea. 2017.11.03: Decided to try again on this lovely Friday night. Was treated with sticky, sticky floor. Like pull you flip flop sticky. Not a good look, you figure someone would hit the floor with a hot water and bleach solution to get that up. No matter where I go, I always order a Wintermelon Black Tea with boba and ice cream. This place has nailed it and I really love it. I also love that they have a lot of variety to choose from. So just in case I don't want my regular drink, I can chose something else. The reason, why I gave them 4 stars is because sometimes it's a hit or miss. So far my favorite boba shop. I love their fruit teas. I had the strawberry guava fruit tea with boba with light ice. I got the monster size just because I felt incredibly dehydrated. It was sweet and sour all at once. The boba was made correctly. Glad to have come here after going to the beach. Quite refreshing. It's nice to see a boba shop with a lot of variety to choose from. What I love most about this place was that our drinks was personally given to us rather than the customer to come to the counter to pick it up. It's nice to see workers put that bit of effort to please their customers. Every little thing one does counts and matters. I got a regular size Cookies'n Cream which was $6.95 +tax, while I liked there were generous amount of cookie crumbs in it, was disappointed that the boba pieces were in very inconsistent texture, some soft and some very chewy. For overall quality, I thought the drink was way too overpriced. When I first got a drink here, I was so overwhelmed with all the choices on the pretty chalkboard menu but they had a special at the time called, "Ube in Love", and I absolutely fell in love with it! Great new place for milk tea & boba drinks in Kapolei. Tried the U-be In Love and The Green Matcha Milk Tea. Both were good, had flavor, not watered down. The place is new, clean, neat & cute inside. We got there just in time (about 11:30AM) before the line started to get long. So go early if you don't want to wait. Their specialty drinks cost a little more than regular ones, but the U-be in Love is delicious. It's layered mix of coconut and ube with coconut jelly hit the spot. I'm sure this place will do well, as we will be back for more, soon. They have a few board games on a shelf in the corner to play with while you wait or enjoy your drink. This is my first time at this location in the Ka Makana Ali'i Mall. It's located in the food court area. This location's prices are slightly more than the Waimalu location, it would have to be since it's a mall. Their service is great though and the drinks don't take that long. My favorite drink here is Ube in Love with lychee jelly! It's DELISH! The only thing I'll have to say there's not enough Ube ice cream to the proportion of the drink... There's also Macarons in the display case. I don't know how much they cost. I feel like the menu at this location is larger than the one down my street in Aiea! They even have macaroons, MY SECOND FAVE! This location is very hip and modern, young workers that are super nice. I'm a big lychee fanatic so I had to get the Lychee Fruit Tea with Lychee Boba/Pop with 50% sweetness. Let me tell you... it's probably the best tea I've tasted yet! I got the wintermelon milk green tea w/ boba, and the flavor of the drink was perfect, but the boba kept getting stuck in the straw and clumped together. It was often difficult to suck or blow out the pieces that got stuck. I'd recommend if they fix the boba. read more
