Same great taste I just finished shopping at Don Don and decided to walk over here for a quick drink. It's been awhile since I've seen a Jamba Juice outside a mall. This particular one doesn't offer indoor seating. In fact you can't order from a counter, you order from a window if not using the drive thru. Service was a little slow. It took awhile to get my order in. Priority seems to be the drive thru window. And then you wait, outside, in the sun for your drink. Lesson learned.......use the drive thru. Overall three stars. The menu is the same as everywhere else. And the people were nice. The issue I have was there were tables and seats but they needed to be wiped down. read more

Customer service was great here however, the bowl we got was a let down. We ordered a chunky monkey but exchanged the strawberry base to chocolate. I don't know if it was because we requested the base to be changed but the consistency of the base was very watery, as if they over blended it!! Drive thru terrible service. Cant even take order. Didn't even asked if I want any booster in my drink. Drive to the next window. Paid for it and ask the cashier if the drink come with any booster. The cashier turn around and asked the female coworker that the drink come with any booster. She responded yes and the cashier gave the drink to me and told me it come with my drink. In my head I knew she lie to me right there. How it the booster come with my drink when she didnt asked me if I want any booster for my drink. And I didnt tell her her what booster I wanted in my drink. Cant stand when you catch the employees lie to you in front of your face about the drink I order. No wonder all the review are bad. To start off, I was so happy that the new location opened up and it has a drive thru. I love Jamba Juice but never have I everrrrr paid so much for 2 small drinks and one kids drink. $25... for a small! I ALWAYS order a red gummi from every location I have been to, it's my favorite. Boy did this taste horrible and the fact that all of the drinks were thick and icy, not the normal consistency. I was just disappointed from the price to the taste. Seeing that they are newly opened, I am sure there's new workers, I hope that the training continues and they learn the correct way on how to make these drinks. read more

This Jamba Juice location has a drive thru! Every time I feel lazy to get out of the car for my smoothie I come here since it is not a far drive. I've been here a few times and all the times have been mediocre to disappointing. In one scenario, there were about 5 cars ahead of us and it took a total of 30 minutes to get our drinks. When the worker took our order, she was apologetic for the wait, but at the same time, there were 5 workers. I would probably avoid coming during pean hours. read more

I go here very often and regularly order the matcha. Today my husband went for me and came home with my drink. I immediately knew something was off. It looked very dark green. (If you drink this, you know it's a lighter green) I proceeded to drink it and yep, something was missing/tasted very bitter and not how it should be. The sizes are waaaaaay smaller than I remember and the prices are also way higher. We bought TWO things, one small and one large and it was $18. 8:12am on a Tuesday - the young ladies working the drive thru need customer service training. The one who was talking through the speaker kept saying "Huh? Huh? Been to this location twice and both times were pretty rough. First time I opted to park and walk up to the window. Wasn't sure if this was even a thing but noticed the menu so I walked up and was basically ignored at the window. I went to walk away and another customer walked up. They opened the window for him. When I got to the order box, the voice on the other side says "just to let you know our a/c is broken so your drink might be like melty, is that okay?" 6/14/24 I wanted to check out the new drive thru for Jamba, but I was a little hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews that it was mostly new hires working. To be honest I have a complicated drink that rarely any location gets right the first time. A female employee took my order outside of the drive thru and she seemed like she knew what I was saying. But a few minutes after she walked away, another female employee, Mar, came outside and kindly asked me to repeat my order so she can "make sure". I love the attention to accuracy even though there was a long line! They took the time to make sure my drink was right! There should be a "ZERO" star option. We will definitely not be visiting this location ever again and contacting their corporate office. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. We arrived within a few minutes from placing our order online and waited at the walk up window which was closed. As I'm standing there I observe a female worker stick her face/nose into a blender container, I'm guessing to smell the contents. Why? If you don't know what's in the blender why stick your face/nose in it? And to boot where the people outside can see you. REALLY! Instead you proceed to place the contents in a cup. We pay good $$$ for these drinks. In closing, whomever is the manager of this location @ 500 Kamokila Boulevard make sure your staff knows your name.
