Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.

I also just didnt like her attitude and that she had me waiting 45 minutes before my appointment, without saying a word to me. Seems to have been my constant experience since I've moved to Cali. Well, I hope this girl doesn't go anywhere. My new happy in the haircut world. . Thanks again so much for the great experience all around. Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was also always late to appointments, one of my last visits had to wait over 30 minutes for her.
