My front-entry tiles look brand new (but they're not); he replaced the existing grout with a new product that has it looking bright and clean. See for yourself what a sterling job he did on my new bathroom floor tiles (see photo). What you can't see is the fact that he replaced the silicone along the walls and did baseboard repairs. The bathroom wasn't this good-looking when I first moved into my home 19 years ago!

I was able to find tile that matched all the inspirational photos I brought in, when most of the other tile shops seem to be slower to get the newer designs. And I went to almost every tile store I could find in Denver. You can get the tile quickly and one of the best attributes is that you can return unopened boxes, which most of the tile places do not allow. This takes a lot of the pressure off when designing and ordering. And a big reason I came on here to review is because I have to mention that they provide the best customer service I have ever encountered. Miracle goes above and beyond. She is so knowledgeable about all of the tile and has an eye for the design. She was so, so helpful every time I stopped in the store or called. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. At one point I even received an empty/blank invoice. The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. If you need tile, I've got loads of it.

The saleswoman spoke highly of Juan and we enlisted him as part of the flooring project. Juan came out to measure and then we got a final price from Carpet Exchange. We scheduled the work and Juan came out with a crew. They removed the carpeting, then any staples or nails that were sticking up. They removed all the baseboards for replacement after laying the flooring. They walked the entire floor looking for squeaks in the subfloor and fixed the ones they found. Then they sanded the subfloor to make sure it was perfectly flat. They started around 9am, took a lunch break, and were still able to finish the same day. I like that the guys were nice, hardworking, and each seemed like a craftsman. They were very careful with each piece of flooring they laid to ensure it looked perfect. Then they put the baseboards back, caulked them and returned the furniture to where it was. They also put felt pads under the feet of the furniture (I bought packs of them). Their fine work totally transformed the look of our home. We've lived with the flooring now for 2 weeks and have found nothing that makes us feel they cut any corners or compromised quality. We're so glad we listened to Carpet Exchange and hired Juan. We are considering using him again when we redo the floor tile in our bathrooms.

Initially, I was impressed with Grout Medic's quick response and fair pricing. We had just moved…read moreinto our home, and the shower was in need of serious attention as the grout was cracked, and water had begun dripping into the basement. They seemed very professional and replaced a few tiles, making the shower look as good as new after the initial job. Had this been the end of the story this would be a 5 star review. However, over the following months, the grout has repeatedly come up, requiring multiple repairs. Grout Medic has come out three times to fix the recurring issues, but their response time for warranty work has been slow, which has been frustrating. Most recently, the grout has come up again for the fourth time within weeks of the most recent repair, and it took a few days to get a response we had a no show and then a reschedule to get the repair complete. Each time we have asked them to do whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening. Overall, while their initial work looked great, the durability of the re-grouting has been disappointing, and We are very hopeful, this repair looks much better and fingers crossed it does the job.

Work that was promised to be completed in several weeks took months and still was not finished. Work that was done was shoddy and sub par. All in all, we paid this company over $17,000 to do the work. Fearing the quality of the work would devalue our home, we paid another contractor to rip it out and do it the right way. They left the job site a mess, used my pool table as a work bench, and ruined almost every piece of furniture in my basement with paint overspray. Do not recommend at all.

The quartz and granite countertops are beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing. Not only that, Eduart was able to pull it off in 3 weeks, much sooner than we'd anticipated.
