They have good options for same day trade ins and if you do not like the options you can even trade it in for a pokemon card or stickers. Two weekends ago my son got a Messi coin bank and he was so estatic (we ended doing $40 dollars because it required more items to trade in). The staff are always really nice and patient with my kids. [Parking]: The parking lot was quite packed on Saturday night, but I was able to find an available spot within the plaza. Parking is free. [Cost]: $5 for 5 tokens. Extra bonus tokens are included with purchases of $20 or more (e.g. $20 = 22 tokens, $100 = 115 tokens, and $500 = 625 tokens). [How does it work?]: Unlike other claw machine arcades where you keep whatever plushies you win, here at Infinity Claws you are allowed to trade in your plushies for points in exchange for desirable prizes. I had a fun time checking out Infinity Claws. These claw machine arcades are popping up from city to city over the years. This location is in the busy Diamond Plaza of Rowland Heights. The location itself is very clean and tidy. The staff here were very accommodating. They took their time explaining how each machine is set up. Each aisle has certain points attached to their machines based off their difficulty. The points can range from 1-3 points depending which machines you grab a plushie. They offer various options of plushies and also some blind boxes inside the claw machines. What separates them from other claw arcades is the prizes you that you can trade. They offer other bigger character plushies, blind boxes, toys, and collectible figures. We had fun here and won a few times to trade for a prize. Going to update my review because I had a different experience when I went this past weekend. I was in Diamond Plaza for dinner and wandered over for a post dinner stroll. It looks like the plushies in the machine are now arranged randomly so it gives you a good chance of winning. It's about $1 a token (I paid $20 for 22 tokens). Each of the claw machines are $1, $2 or $5 (depending on what the plush is). For $20, our group won 5 plushies from the claw machines, which I think was pretty good return. The plushies were also pretty cute. My favorite was the dinosaur that I won (lol). I believe that you can upgrade you plushies for some of the items that they had up front (I saw labubub's on the display). I am not sure how that works because I ended up keeping all of my plushies (they were so cute!), but that's something that customers can do if they don't want to go home with a bunch of random items. I will definitely be back next time I am in the plaza. read more

I came here after my son and I discovered claw Machine arcades and developed an obsession. I like the concept and not all claw places are the same! This one has different difficulty rated machines with different prices but our success rate here was pretty low, and some machines take more than one token. In contrast chibi claws in Garden Grove has a flat rate of 1 token per play and their plushies more premium or cute than the ones here. They should just make them all 1 token if the difficulty is supposed to be higher. The machines where you can try to win labubus cost 5 tokens per play. They also charge tax when buying tokens with credit card. So a $20 purchase turns into $22 with no real bonus. read more

Infinity Claws has quickly become my favorite claw-cade! This was my first time visiting and definitely not the last time. It's such a fun place to visit and the staff is very friendly! There's green machines (1pt), yellow machines (2pts), and red machines (5pts). You can accumulate points to trade up or you can just keep the prizes that you win. The trade ups are really cool though! Prizes range from Pokémon cards, collector cards, pop figures, key chains, blind boxes, and large plushies (probably more that I forgot to list). I spent $10 and earned a total of 6pts. I decided to trade up for a Pop! keychain of Lisa from BlackPink and a cat plush keychain. I was pretty happy with my winnings. But the manager and employees were nice and did a great job of explaining how everything works. So glad I tried it out! There are 3 levels of claw machines in terms of cost and prizes. If you win a prize (a plushy), you can keep it OR trade it in for a different prize of equivalent value. I dropped a plushy on my first try but grabbed one on the second attempt (winning a bird stuffy). Then I traded it in for a Marvel key cap 2-pack (Spider-Man and Thanos). Score!!! They have claw machines that range from easy (1 coin) to medium (2 coins) to difficult (5 coins). You buy the coins at the front, which basically is $1 a coin, but the more you get, the bigger the discount. You can actually win on these machines, especially the easy ones, which are great for the kids! You can also trade up the small toys for larger toys/prizes and they even have some Labubu dolls. We have been on a claw machine grind lately and stopped by after dinner at Chubby Skewers down the street. We walked in and everything was nice and organized. There were a variety of claw machines that costed different amount of tokens. They did have some machines that had blind boxes in it that were 5 coins and other machines with plushies in it for either 1-2 coins. All of their plushies are available for trade up. We won 23 credits worth of plushies, so we were able to trade up for a variety of things. I chose to trade up for a Mofusand hipper and we also kept a plushie and got a car decal. I spent $40 here for 44 tokens. It was $20 for 22 tokens, and they had other bundle options. The more money you spend, the better the value of tokens. The green machines are 1 token, yellow 2 tokens, and red 5 tokens. I was expecting to only win maybe 3 plushies, since I am not too good at claw machines. I was so surprised I won a prize on the first machine! In total, I won 8 plushies. I got mostly green level plushies and a few yellow level plushies. I was not too fond of the prizes for the red level prizes. It was a lot of labaubaus and collectibles type of prizes. Also, I was able to switch out plushies from the same machine, which was nice. You can also trade in your plushies for the other prizes that they have in the front. I switched out a few plushies for 2 up front. There was only one worker when I went, and she was absolutely lovely and helpful. She welcomed us warmly and was super helpful. She answered any and all questions we had graciously. She was also super attentive and patient. Overall a great experience and I would go again. I would say it is kid friendly, because it was so easy to win prizes. It's also very adult friendly. I've only been to one other claw machine arcade, with the same price for tokens. The prizes at the other place were much nicer (Sanrio plushies), but the win rate was significantly lower. As far as claw machine locations go - they are a small to medium location with about 40 or so machines in total but the machines which take 1-5 tokens each are each clean, well stocked and the staff will fluff them up if asked. The Green machines are 1 token each, the Yellow machines 2 each and the Red machines 5. They are increasing in difficulty but also they have a generous policy of giving you a swap of any plush from the same machine when you win one, as well as giving you points in exchange for any plush for the value you put in in on it (1,2 or 5) which can be traded up for better prizes. All of which are very reasonably priced from 1-50 points. They also have a big selection of Labubu dolls as well. This was a great time and good value for the money. Highly suggest. read more

They don't have a lot of big expensive prizes in the machines, but you can easily trade up with the easy to win machines. You're pretty much guaranteed to leave with something. More often than not, you leave claw places like Round1 empty handed. I really hope Infinity Claws can stick around for a long time. We visited this claw machine arcade yesterday as a special Valentine's outing with my kids, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. When we arrived, I told the employee it was our first time there and asked how everything worked. She only explained how the token system worked (some machines take 1, 2, 3, or 5 tokens) and didn't mention anything else. We started playing right away and kept losing over and over, burning through tokens with nothing to show for it. I noticed another customer winning a lot of prizes, so I asked him what we were doing wrong. He explained that you actually have to press the button twice and hold it the second time for the claw to grab properly. No one had told us that, so every time we played before that, the claw just dropped and came back up, wasting our money. I went back to the front and explained the situation, letting them know I had specifically said it was our first visit and that we had spent quite a bit without understanding how the machines worked. The response I got was basically, "It's on the machine," even though the sign was unclear and didn't explain what to do. (It was tiny and just said this is a two button system) I didn't even notice the small text till later on. I spoke with two other employees (one seemed to be the owner), hoping they would at least acknowledge the misunderstanding or try to make it right, but they completely brushed it off and offered nothing, not even a small gesture like a few tokens. Once we finally understood the two-press system, my kids were able to win a few stuffed animals and had fun, but by that point the experience already felt frustrating and unfair. A place like this should make sure first-time customers understand how to play, especially when it directly affects how much money they spend. The arcade itself could be enjoyable, but the lack of basic instruction and the poor customer service really left a bad impression. We left feeling more taken advantage of than welcomed. read more
