Sad to say but I wasn't a fan of this claw arcade for a few reasons. It wasn't busy with other customers on a weekend night which was a worrying sign. After walking in we found a third of the machines were empty and the rest were running low on prizes. As for the plushies themselves, they mostly were random animals/items (mahjong tiles, guitars) and characters (monkey king). It didn't really entice you to play there. While it was only $1/play for everything, honestly I'd skip this one and go elsewhere. read more

Found this place while trying to look for things to do nearby a friend's place. They are currently doing a soft opening, so it's pretty peaceful inside. They have a cute wall for photo ops and tons of toy options to win including Sanrio and Pokemon. One of the unique things about this place is there's shopping carts to put your winnings in, which is super cute. My only con for this place, which goes for a lot of these new, claw-machine focused shops, are that the toys can look SUPER cheap and have the plastic bits on it from ironing on the patches. I wish staff would trim that part or make them look not overly squished or dinky. read more

We have been to many claw machines places and I can tell you with certainty that this is the WORST one! Tried every single machine and their claws would grab and let go of the prizes right away. The claws don't have much power to them at all. Chance of winning is very close to 0. Paid $30 for 33 coins and we left with 1 prize. And we are pretty pro at this. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! So disappointed with how this place has set their machines. It was nice at first. There was a chance to win. I figured because they had whatever quality toys it was profitable for them to let you win more. Now the machines are highly rigged. I can't post the video but the claws open. You can clearly see in the video when the claw opens after grabbing the toy and moving up. Unless they can admit the claws are set to not do that once it has been fed more money please don't waste yours. read more

Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. All I got to say is they have to work better with customer service.

The claw machines barely grab or feel rigged and they hardly import actual new games from Japan anymore it seems. It just feels dead, like an era long gone. The bowling is absurdly expensive and the bathrooms are kind of run down. The prize store is also pretty bad too. If you really want to play everything here and go all out, you will spend over $100 easily. This place is just not worth visiting anymore unless you're going on a date to win some stuffed animals and want to walk away with a $200 hole in your wallet.

Make sure your whole group is together before start time so you all play at the same time and no one misses out. Our group was a bunch of 5/6/7 year olds and the group they played against was 10-12 year olds so I felt like that was a little unfair but no one got seriously hurt so that's all you can ask for. My least favorite part was the arcade. Some of the games weren't working so that's a bust. Our kids were too young to use the VR game so it would have been nice if they got to ride the bumper cars twice instead of just losing out on that. On top of that there was only one person staffing the VR game, the mini bowling and the bumper cars so it was like 10-15 minutes between each option and there were only maybe 8 bumper cars so when there's a line the kids had to wait about 20 minutes just to ride the bumper cars. There were lines for the bumper cars and the VR so no one used the bowling because there wasn't enough staff. The pizza was fine, I believe you can order other stuff outside the party pizza if you want.

They weren't the recliner ones we hope for, but it worked out. Restrooms are clean and lots of parking available.

I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service is about knowing when to show a little compassion and flexibility, especially when it involves a child with special needs. We lost the entire cost of our tickets despite only being in the theater for about 15 minutes, and what stood out even more than the money was the lack of empathy during the interaction. I don't expect special treatment, but I do hope AMC considers empowering its managers to handle situations like this with a little more understanding. A small gesture of kindness would have turned this into a positive experience instead of one we'll remember for the wrong reasons.

If you love plushies, this is THE arcade for you! Almost every machine here is a claw machine filled with the cutest plushies ever. There are all kinds--big ones, small ones, rare characters, and some that are just too adorable to resist. The best part? The machines are actually fair! It's not one of those impossible-to-win places. With a little skill (and maybe some luck), you can walk out with an armful of plushies.
