Came here with a group of friends and I honestly wasnt sure what to expect since I've never been to an adult focused laser tag. To be honest I thought it was going to be lame. However once they gave us a tour and sat us in the "war room" to explain the rules I knew I should have drank pre workout or something. once you enter the "battle grounds" where the laser tag begins you are walking quickly, throwing yourself against the walls, ducking, listening and everyone not on your team is an enemy. Like literally cheers to this company because this was an amazing time. My groups was a good mix of men and women and we all were sweating and needing hydration during. Can't wait to go back

Locked doors 4 minutes after session start time. This place will take your money then not show up.

EMPLOYEES SHoW UP WHEN THEY WANT THEN CUT YOUR TIME YOU PAID FOR BECAUSE THEY ARE LATE. Came at our set time after booking online and the doors were locked. Waited half an hour and finally an employee came to open the doors. We walked in and he said if you want to play you can only get a half hour because I have another reservation. I said I booked an hour and we were on time but the employees were late. We were told "sorry I can give you some time in the arcade after but with two people it's not gonna be fun anyways so I can refund you and you can get your money back in 3 business days.its obvious this place doesn't care " Outrageously unprofessional place". Booked online and prepaid. Do not come here go elsewhere.

We had a fantastic time! We held a birthday party and during planning, we were able to check out the location and they answered all the questions we had before booking the party. Jeffrey and the team were fantastic! They were there in any way possible. The laser tag games were fun! The location is very clean! Restrooms very clean and everything very well stocked. Great spacious party rooms that you can decorate with your theme, which was very nice. Booking was easy as you can do it online, and you can pay an extra fee to bring your own food as well. The schedule and ease for all the players worked well for everyone.

It was our first time here at LaserLand. We were invited by my daughter's friend. Their start time was 2:30pm. When we got there it wasn't packed which was really nice for a Saturday. They started Laser Tag right on time. It was mixed with other people that had reservations at that same time. They also had an employee helping out making sure everything went well. It was a good group and the kids were able to play comfortable. The only thing after each game my daughter kept saying it was so hot and it was stuffy in there. The air wasn't flowiThey were able to play a good amount of games in the hour time slot they had. The employees provided a roll of paper towels and small cold waters for everyone. This was my daughter as well as some of her friend's first time playing Laser Tag. They all enjoyed it very much.

    Friday late night fun!

My son celebrated his birthday here. We booked the after hour slot, so we wouldn't be stuck to a schedule. It worked out perfectly! We had the place to ourselves, and everyone had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, which was much appreciated. Thank you, Jeffrey for your help!

I had the greatest time playing laser tag with my cousins! The employees do a great job explaining the rules and games and keeping it fun!

There are live actor(s) but no physical touch. Their performance is really impressive, which seems more common in LA. Coming from SF, any live actors are usually much more reserved, so this was a thrilling change of pace. Clues are given freely and appropriately, which is a skill in itself and keeps the experience moving from one satisfying puzzle conclusion to the next. Overall I highly recommend Hope's End, it is an enjoyable experience appropriate for our group of 7 people. As a huge escape room fan, I can confidently say this is in the top 10% of escape rooms I've done.

The entrance is located behind the tower in the southeast corner next to the massage parlor. The front door is always locked, and you will be let in when all members of your group have arrived. This is essential since the experience begins as soon as you enter. You will encounter the first live actor, Janice, in the lobby who will enthusiastically describe your mission and interview your team. She will then lead you down a dark hallway to the entrance of Hope End. The room has a split start which was very interesting, and different than split starts we have encountered before. There are zero combo locks, only a few key locks, and almost all logic puzzles, and mechanical/physical puzzles. Most of the rooms are dimly lit and maybe a little spooky, but not scary at all. The whole experience is very story driven, and you should pay very close attention to every word spoken. We have only done one other live actor room, and in that one, the actor was basically there for scare factor. The second live actor, Delores, contributes a lot to the story and overall experience which is very immersive. I would say the difficulty level is between medium and hard. The experience is 90 minutes long, and we took the full 90 minutes to finish. We weren't sure how to ask for help, but when we were obviously spinning our wheels, a hint would magically appear. The live actors Jace who played Janice, and Ronnie who played Dolores were outstanding. It was obvious that they weren't your typical escape room game masters, but people with an acting background who have a strong passion for performing. We had four people in our group which I think was perfect. The cost starts at $75 per person for four people, and goes down as your group size increases. Unlike most rooms which are 60 minutes, this is a 90 minute experience and well worth every dollar. You will even receive a little souvenir to take home at the end. Hope End is currently the only experience here, but they will be opening a new room towards the end of the year. We had a really great time, and I would highly recommend trying Hope End.

Make sure your whole group is together before start time so you all play at the same time and no one misses out. Our group was a bunch of 5/6/7 year olds and the group they played against was 10-12 year olds so I felt like that was a little unfair but no one got seriously hurt so that's all you can ask for. My least favorite part was the arcade. Some of the games weren't working so that's a bust. Our kids were too young to use the VR game so it would have been nice if they got to ride the bumper cars twice instead of just losing out on that. On top of that there was only one person staffing the VR game, the mini bowling and the bumper cars so it was like 10-15 minutes between each option and there were only maybe 8 bumper cars so when there's a line the kids had to wait about 20 minutes just to ride the bumper cars. There were lines for the bumper cars and the VR so no one used the bowling because there wasn't enough staff. The pizza was fine, I believe you can order other stuff outside the party pizza if you want.
