I had never heard of this outfit but as soon as she said the name it set off my time share early warning system (TSEWS). hung up and blocked the number (as if that makes a difference). So I guess in addition to car warranty calls I can expect their BS now. People... time shares are a rip off, tattoo it backwards on your forehead so you can read it every time you look in the mirror. read more

Was called by this business and asked all kinds of questions about travel, and invited to a seminar for about an hour and a half then get free airline tickets and free hotel stay. They claim in their spiele that they are a travel agency. Upon arrival at their office it is very cold and unfeeling. I know that nothing, usually is for free without some kind of effort so decided to go just to see what they were offering and if it was a scam. This is a scam, when they tell the individual to lie about their income and marital status under penalty of beating. Infinity Concierge Services seems to not be a valid company. They get away with their fraudulence by being partnered with vacation clubs and so on. The company provided us a written letter that we could cancel our contract within 1 year. We fulfilled our one year commitment with the contract. However, when it came time to cancel we sent 2 certified letters, which one they sent back to us, emails and tried to call the number they provided numerous times and the number did not work. I called Vilen Kazaryan his personal cell and he promised to assist me, the following day. I waited patiently and no returned call. I called Mr. Vilen back the following day and a lady answered and told me I had the wrong number. I said, this was his phone number a day ago and I spoke with him. She said, no. As we fulfilled our contract for the one year. We have a infinities financial company "Monterey" calling us daily to receive a payment. We've explained to them, we aren't paying another dime. We have fulfilled our contract for the 1 year as per the letter from Infinity was granted. The financial company "Monterey" insist that the letter from infinity Concierge Services is not valid. It's a letter with the companies logo with the manager Vilen's signature and his card attached. We are currently at a loss unless we fly to Vegas to the main office or seek legal advice. Either this company is a scam, or someone is impersonating them for a scam, so take this 1-star for what its worth. However, based on other reviews here, it's the former. I've gotten repeated 888 number calls from people with heavy middle eastern accents trying to bait me with free vacations in exchange for personal information. They repeatedly claim to be from this company and refuse to answer questions such as giving me a direct local number to call to verify their legitimacy. They only provide the address they're located at. Do NOT under any circumstances give these callers any of your information. read more

I went to a presentation on Sunday, February 17th, 2019 at 2pm. It was only myself and one other couple. The area and location wasn't what I expected but the people were nice, so patiently waiting for everything to start. My mom and I sat through the entire presentation, I let them know I was not interested in purchasing. It was just something I couldn't do, then another person came to me and tried to give me a better deal, but I was still not interested. I notice everyone wasn't as nice in the beginning and made me feel like I was making a mistake by not purchasing. In the end it was uncomfortable and awkward. Then when it was time to get my "free gift," they just happen to run out. The girl said they would send out my Disney tickets and gave me a receipt. It's been over 3 weeks and still no tickets. This company is a scam!!!!!! I was brought to this company for a presentation! they gave my partner and I a good deal, us being stupid we took the deal. They "gave" us 3 days to decide if we wanted to cancel because we both felt a little unsure.. (side note: We were then called on our cell the next day by our sales guys asking how we were doing and what our plans were that night, which we felt was very weird and gave us an uneasy feeling.. like why are you calling us dude? ) We called back the next day and said it was not for us and that we do not want the package. They went on and on about how good it is and asking us why we want to cancel. He ended up hanging up on us because he got annoyed. I then emailed the company after calling them about 40 times (with no answer) and got a email back saying they would refund us is 14 business days. Here is the email: "Good day Ms. Torres and Ms. Buchanan, Apologies for the late reply on this. I have spent the past day and this morning making sure that we process your cancellation in correspondence with our corporate office. We merely had to receive approval in order to move forward. Please note that your contract with Infinity Concierge Services is now null and void. Attached is the Confirmation of Cancellation form, already signed by your representative, Juan Garza. Please print out and sign a copy and send a photo of the document back to this email for its finalization. In regards to your refund, please allow up to 14 business days before it reappears in your account, minus the cost of any additional gifts and certificates. I will try my best to expedite this process. We at Infinity would like to thank you for your time and patience. If in the future, the circumstances are ideal and you would like to consider becoming members with us again, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Infinity concierge services continues to spam call me several times per night, starting off the conversation stating that they are an airline company (normally southwest) while trying to con me into coming to see their "new travel lounge". I'm on the do not call list and have filed a complaint with the FCC. If they call me again, I'll be heading down to their offices. read more

These people get 0 stars ! I went to this presentation July 21th with my partner and got sucked into this SCAM . They said we only had 3 days to cancel which we did because it was sketchy & the salesman was super creepy ! He must have got my number from the paperwork I filled out because he called me the next day asking me what I did the night before and what my plans were , COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ! After several attempts we finally got ahold of someone there and completed the cancellation process & were told we would receive a refund in the next 14 business days. It has been over a month and still no refund ! I had to call my bank and dispute the charge ! Horrible experience ! I received a phone call from guy reading a script stating he is calling from Southwest Airlines.  And in celebration of their new ticketing center they are giving away two round trip tickets anywhere in the US good for 12 months.  He said multiple times that they are not trying to sell anything. Then he gets his manager on the phone and she is reading verbatim from the same script. They both even paid me the exact same "compliment" word for word! Lol. She also says they are not trying to sell anything. I actually scheduled the appointment, then got an email from them which is when I realized that the gentleman who told me he was calling from Southwest Airlines was blatantly lying. Based on that and the reviews here I have decided that I do not care to do business with them. I also find it interesting that they keep responding to negative reviews and saying "ICS does not call people" when almost every single review mentions that the reviewer received a phone call. I posted a comment on this company before and told you if things weren't on the up and up that I would keep you posted. Well it seems that Infinity sold the time share or the account to some other company UAS. We were left in the dark concerning this. We were given six months interest free or so we thought. Not knowing this UAS company was taking over the payments for Infinity, I declined money being taken out of our checking account because the name was not known to me. I thought we were being compromised by some hackers. I had the bank stop payment, When we called the number they had on the bank draft we found out who they were. They charged up delinquent fees and late fees even though we explained why the payment was canceled. They didn't want to here it. We reached out to Infinity but to date they have not returned our call and it is going on two months since all this has happened. We are being charged 19% interest even though we have excellent credit, this is a rip off. We decided to just charge the remaining balance to a low interest card and be done with this company. We have yet to receive any actual help. They want you to do the leg work and then you send it to them and they give you small discounts. I have been looking at cruises for next year for my family. All I want is for them to find a cruise, set it up so that we can start making payments and not expect me to do the job we are paying them to do. I really don't think we are asking too much. I'm on the no call list and will be filing a complaint on FTC's website/do not call registry. I urge everyone to sign up for the National Do Not Call registry and you can file a report after 31 days of being on the list. Scam Alert! Actually bothered to go because they promised 2 flights and 2 nights hotel for an hour and a half presentation. The hour and a half was the only part that was true. Listened to their pitch to which you find out they want you to buy a lifetime membership for $22k+. Asked if we could take any information home to think about it and absolutely NO information is allowed out of their office. After offering to drop their price to $10k and we declined they gave us the gift. The person on the phone that setup the meeting lied and said it could be used on weekends, and only costs govt taxes. The certificate can't be used on a weekend and costs $450 to activate. Funny part is, even the certificate code on the certificate was invalid. read more

I played along to get more information and sure enough they gave me their name and address, but when I asked for their real phone number, I got another fake one. I did get their real, working number out of the yellow pages and have reported the information to the FCC's Do Not Call registry. Rip off!! They promised in writing (email) 2flights anywhere in the contenental US and 2 nights acomidations for attending their presentation we got an all inclusive get away to Cancun. Sounds good right? First off send $50 to plan the trip. No air fare at all. Then the small print states this is not a free trip. Plan on approx $60 a day for tax plus gratuity. Who is going to fly west coast to Cancun for 2 days. It was also 24,000 to join their club plus a yearly fee. Lie after lie. read more

This experience was much more pleasant than anticipated. What we assumed would be a timeshare pitch certainly wasn't. They actually show you how to save money on booking all of your travel needs through their booking portal instead of Expedia or one of those. When you become a member it entitles you huge savings on everything you would purchase for a vacation. It was very informative and the staff were friendly and fun. Infinity concierge employs a third-party vendor to cold call you to get you to come in. They know no limits and will call you several times per day. When you tell them you're not interested they are rude and will tell you to F off. The representatives are typically from the Philippines, but also some of them sound like they are from India. The management at infinity concierge says that they are not affiliated with these companies, however they have also admitted that they do pay these companies for their services to refer customers to infinity travel. Since I am inpatient and have gone the route of trying to discuss with people at Infiniti concierge I will be forced to take action on my own and they will not be pleased with the action I take, neither will some of their employees. If I was the owner of this company, I would be upset that this third-party vendor represents my hard work. Starting a conversation off stating "this is infinity concierge's calling "can't be stopped by the ownership of the company however they care less about doing this because they realize that they may be getting more business. Don't worry, I'll take action as I've promised. read more

This is definitely the best concierge service that I have used. I actually came in with my girlfriend and we were instantly hooked! We ended up booking a few flights around Asia since we love traveling so much! Tony, Lance, and Jeremiah were all very helpful, and Infinity made it so much cheaper for us to travel, unlike its competitors. I would maybe advise them to turn up the heat on their floor though, it was pretty cold. This company is a must in my book. read more

Infinity gets 0 stars from me their customer service is terrible and nobody answers their phone or calls you back. I cancelled my vacation time share on July 12, 2018 and it is now September 17, 2018 and still haven't received my refund back. This business definitely should be closed down. They sent me a fake receipt saying it was refunded but I never received anything. So my next step will be a legal process. I wouldn't advice anyone to do business with these scammers. read more
