They are located in a shopping center with a very busy parking lot and have 2 reserved parking spots in front of their office that they recommend parking in to avoid being towed. We both thought our visits were fine, and the eye doctor was professional and thorough. and the only thing we weren't crazy about were the fact that we felt like they tried to up-sell us on a few things. I totally get that everyone is trying to make a buck, but we just didn't love it from a medical provider.

They said it's because they weren't able to do an exam with me wearing those lenses, but I've been wearing them for 20 years and no other Dr. has had an issue with it. If this is how they treat paying patients, I won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. There are plenty of optometrists who know how to treat people with decency. I suggest looking elsewhere.

When I spoke with someone the second time I reached out I told her it was relatively urgent and she reassured me I would have it the next day. And yet still nothing.
