Horrible service! Installed a new roof and now my bedroom ceiling leaks every time it rains. I called about a dozen times in a month and only received 1 call back, no repairs to date and hundreds of dollars in repairs still adding up. Would not recommend for anything. Unprofessional and harassing experience just trying to get an estimate, wish I'd have never given them my info, they called back after I told them I went with another contactor, apparently just harass me, I had to hang up on some guy who was disrespectful and mocked me by saying "oh that's a good one" when I told him I was working and had to go. I hired Infinity to install gutter guards and re-pitch some of my gutters. The contract was signed November 29, 2018 and the work was done in December. I had looked at another company, who advised that the gutter by my three-season room was installed incorrectly and was contributing to leaks. Re-pitching should have fixed this issue but it did not. On February 3, 2019, the gutters leaked and contributed to flooding of my three-season room. I called the office and left a message on February 4. My call was not returned. I called again on February 21 and spoke with someone at the office and requested a copy of my contract. That contract was not sent and, according to a follow-up, the request was not even documented. I called again on March 11 and spoke with someone who sent in my contract which confirms that the gutters should have been re-installed to the correct pitch. But I still have received no follow-up on how to resolve my problem with the gutters. I have taken video and photos of the problem. I don't like to file complaints but it appears that this is the best way to get the company's attention. read more

If possible I would rate infinity home improvement 1/2 Star due to immoral practice. Back in September I called for a quotes to see if I needed repairs done to my roof and chimney, a saleswoman came out and she did not even get on the roof or in the Attic that right there should have been the first red flag so then she began to tell me that I need new flashing and installation so for some reason not thinking I agree to it because she was a little pushy so after signing the document the following week I called to cancel the project the woman I spoke to said that she was not able to help me at the time she would take my name and number and someone will get back to me that did not happen I called back 2 days later same thing so I didn't think anything of it so two months pass I get a phone call in the middle of December asking when they can come out and start the project I explained to the person that I no longer needed their service end of phone call. I didn't get a letter in the mail 3 weeks later from infinity home improvement stating I owe them $1,600 and some change even though not one repair was done, so I call to explain the situation in the misunderstanding somewhere there was lost in translation and all I got in response was perc the contract I owe them a percentage of the amount that we agreed on. So going forward whoever reads this please thoroughly read any contract you sign and stay clear of this company. Thank you for your time. read more

Avoid Infinity Home Improvement at all costs! After pouring 10K into a bathroom remodel, we have had a recurring problem with a shower door that will not close completely, leaving a sizable gap. This, on a shower that was only installed 8 months ago and is not even being used! We had a service repairman out twice to "fix" it, but the gap always returns. Our third request for service was on Jan. 3, 2017. The company blamed my father (who is disabled) for causing the gap. (Apparently he is an easy target given his medical condition.) They have not been returning our calls to have someone come out and take another look at it. After reading yelp, google, and facebook reviews, I'm seeing a pattern here. This company's "Lifetime Warranty" is bogus. BBB complaint filed. You have been warned. BUYER BEWARE! read more

Terrible experience. I would give a negative number if I could! First off, the company demanded that my wife and I both be on site for an insulation quote - which was on our cabin-under-construction 3 1/2 hours from our home. My wife and I rescheduled and made a special trip just for Infinity. We actually asked our builder to attend if possible, which he rearranged his schedule so he could attend. The morning of, infinity called me 20 minutes before our scheduled appt. to say their guy is still one hour away, and do we still want to get a quote! He actually arrived one hour late. Their guy clearly didn't know what he was doing, he took multiple cigarette breaks, took over two hours to give us a quote, and finally gave us a quote over three times our other quotes. It was comical. We would never, ever use this company!! read more

If I could give this company no stars, I would. This company has the worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with. We hired them to install gutters and "gutter guards". As installed, their product caused our driveway to wash out. It took weeks and weeks before we could get anyone to return our call. Then they wanted to charge us almost $100 to come out and look at the problem. We finally had to camp out in their office to get someone to talk with us. That ended up solving nothing. Eventually we took them to court and they didn't even bother to show up. Now we're having to sue them again in order to make them pay the judgement that the court imposed upon them. Do not hire this company for anything. Very, very poor customer service. Extremely arrogant. Once they take your money, they no longer are concerned with you. read more

Terrible. The salesman was great when we met him, but since writing up the order incorrectly and inaccurately stating how the work would be done, now he is nowhere to be found. We contracted with them for a stretch of new gutter and an oversized downspout. Turns out the downspout that we had was already oversized, so that was a waste of money. They didn't paint the new facia board they put up even though the salesman said that they would use pre-painted boards. Overall, a really bad experience. I was going to use them to put on a new deck, but would never use them again. I'll let anyone who asks me that they should be avoided. read more

I would not recommend this company to do anything. Their salespeople lie to you and tell you what you want to hear, like when they can start the job. I signed with them on June 8th and was told they would start the end of July or first of August, well needless to say after leaving dozens of messages with no return call they came out August 28th to start the job. When I signed with them the salesperson told me that it would include a skirt under the sunroom, hell no he didn't per the salesperson. So when they left I found out the sliding door was lined up so it would not lock. Again I called and left messages, I think they finally sent someone to fix it 2 to 3 week later. Now this is October and last Sunday I discover there was a leak on the floor next to the house where they attached it to the house. Monday I call and surprise someone answered the phone only to tell me that he will have the person that put it up give me a call. Needless to say today is Saturday and no calls all week, even after I left another message. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau also. read more

A decade ago I had them install gutter helmets on my house. Couldn't do carport one they said. So they call me they want to inspect my gutters to see how they are doing. Suppose to call and inspect them every year they said!! It was a new salesman with another one who was his trainer. They looked at them said there were two sections that needed to be replaced and they had a new product for the carport side. I said I had recently retired but was very interested in the carport ones trainer even brought a sample in to show me. They would give me a deal to add the two sections they said needed repairs. So I signed up and if I paid then I got a better deal. When the man came to install he first did one of repairs. Then came to door to tell me the carport parts they sent were not the right stuff. They didn't have any product to put on them. He wrote REFUND on the paperwork and said they would call me in a few days. Over a week later I called them. They wanted to know how I liked my new gutter guards. Told them he couldn't install and I was due a refund. They only did 1of 2 repair parts. Was told they would call me back. Another week. I called again and was told of the 1100.00 I paid I would get back 670.00. When I questioned why the one little piece they repaired cost 500.00 they told me it was for the repair man coming out for a trip charge. I said if I was not told about the carport gutters I would not have had the repair of other two. Now 2 weeks later still no check. They said they would send out soon. When another week or so went by I tried calling 3 times but my phone was would not go thru. I believe they blocked me. Had my daughter try she got right thru and told them. They said they would get it out right away. Another week and I finally got it. Cashed it same day. I would NEVER use them again. Think I was lied to and used. For one little piece if gutter guard probably less then a foot that I would have never replaced and had not a problem with. I was charged 500.00 for. What a rip-off read more

Do not trust this company! If I could I would give them a negative 5 star review. I couldn't even stomach giving them one star. I think we stopped them from scamming someone I am very close to, a woman in her 80's, living alone at the moment. Let me tell you what they did. They called her and told her they wanted to come look at her gutters (in February! a Two story home! 30 degrees outside, at 6:30 p.m. in the evening, pitch dark outside!). Wait it gets worse. They asked her if her husband would be home and when she said no they informed her it was urgent that this was done right away because her "lifetime warranty" was going to expire, and then they asked her if she had a Power of Attorney!!! I am totally serious! So, her gutters are under a lifetime warranty?? Which was going to expire??? Hmmmmm. And out of the kindness of their hearts, they wanted to climb a 20' ladder to look at them in the pitch dark, at 30 degrees, because, again her gutters were under a "lifetime warranty", which was about to expire? Again, hmmmm. And of course they wanted to make sure she had a POA to write them another check for ???? .... even though the gutters had a "lifetime warranty". Avoid this company at all costs for service in the Chicagoland area. They seemed very knowledgeable when they came out for the first visit and quote so I contracted with them. I had a bad leak in my roof and was told the work would be performed within 3 weeks. After three weeks I still had not heard anything from them. For the next 7 weeks I called them regularly and rarely received a return phone call. When I did get a call back I was promised I would hear from the scheduler but never would. Finally after many, many calls they agreed to set a date for the work but their workmanship was absolutely terrible and they did not do what they had promised to do. In the end they put new shingles down but then took a wide swath of roof tar around the dormers which they were supposed to rebuild. The appearance is embarrassing. Jason and Stacey who serviced me asked for me to send them pictures and they agreed the work was not done right and promised to fix it and 2 months later I have still not heard anything. Their customer service and their workmanship are really unacceptable. Avoid them and save yourself all of the hassles. One star is not low enough! read more

We have been dealing with this god awful company since February. Man did they sell us good!!! Got us in a contact that apparently you only have 3 days to get out of. Kinda funny how they give you 3 days, but at that point you haven't gotten to experience their HORRID customer service!!! It was like pulling damn teeth to get someone to come out to my house to measure my windows! At first I talked to some kid who claimed to be a manager named Devonte. When I spoke to him about my frustrations he proceeded to LAUGH at me! I was then told by someone else that the owner of the company would reach out to me about that situation and of course that never happened. So i reached out to Stacy who sold us the windows. She told me that going forward she would take care of everything for me. After months and months of nothing, she finally got Joe (who already once told me he'd be at my house at 10am, I left work to be at my house for him and he never showed. 5:30pm and still nothing, he stated that he was stuck in traffic an hour away from my house. So you are telling me that for 7 hours you've been stuck in traffic an hour away from my house???). Anyways, one day he finally shows up and does the measurements. He said that we will be reached out to in 3 weeks to pick an install date. It has now been 3.5 weeks and nothing. So I emailed Stacy and informed her of this. She told me that if i wasn't reached out to by Wednesday to tell her. Its now Thursday and nothing. She calls me this morning to tell me that Joe the installer has quit, never turned in my measurements, therefore our windows were never ordered!!!!!!!! ALL THIS SINCE FEBRUARY AND NOW YOU HAVE'NT ORDERED MY WINDOWS?!?!?!?!?!? She then told me she talked to the owner and we could either wait and still do the windows once they get a new installer (HA! now thats funny), or the owner of the company was going to ever so nicely let us out of our contract. ABSOLUTELY NO follow up with this company. Not one person called me to tell me this. I wouldn't refer this company to my absolute worst enemy!!!! RUN. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called Infinity Home Improvement to see if I could have my glass door wall repaired as the seal was broken and the window fogged up. I was told by a few window installers that it could be repaired. The woman who answered the phone at Infinity would not directly answer my question on whether or not it could be repaired, she just went to asking me for my name, address and phone number and she set up an appointment. Since she wouldn't answer my question, I wrongly assumed that my sliding glass door wall could be repaired and that they had to send someone out to give me a quote. I waited almost a week for the appointment on a Saturday morning. I never got a phone call from the representative confirming that he was going to make the appointment. He showed up 10 minutes late with no explanation or apology. After looking at my door wall, the rep informed me that sliding glass door walls cannot be repaired once the seal has broken. I told him that if the woman would have told me that when I first called them, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting around for them on a Saturday morning just so that they could give me a sales pitch for a replacement door wall! I don't like being conned like that! Now, even if I do end up replacing the door wall, Infinity Home Improvement will NOT be getting my business! read more

Buyer beware! Cannot comment on workmanship but the sales department leaves a lot to be desired. Had one of their sales rep come to the house and give me a one time and one time only quote. I was wary of this company from the start and even though it was a good quote I did not sign with them. A week later Infinity called and wanted to send their commercial manager out as they believe they could give me an even better price. All said and done this quote was 8 THOUSAND dollars more! Telling me he needed to check his figures he left without leaving any kind of information, and said he would call in the next day. That call NEVER happened. I had to call them. He stated his figures were correct and that he could not do anything for me. Another week goes and I get another call from Infinity wanting to send out yet another sales person. I explained what had happened and the man on the phone asked to let him check into it and he WOULD CALL RIGHT BACK. STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL. By the way I got the job done for 2 thousand less than the first quote. read more

We needed roof repairs for a while due to reoccurring leaks and continual patching for temporary fixes. My 91 year old mother and I are both drawing social security and were denied help from nonprofits and DHHS because we made too much money to qualify. ($2100/mo. combined.) My mother was approached through a phone call by Infinity and set up a meeting with their sales man, because we really needed a new roof. The salesman set up everything including securing the loan, by telling the bank we made twice as much as we actually did. Within the two weeks we had the materials delivered, as promised. a few days later the dumpster and sub-contract crew arrived to do the job. I have to give four stars to the mostly Latino (20% illegals?) crew for their work ethic. They removed the old shingles and put on the new roof in one day. (including the alcohol they drank.) Had to wait an additional week for the gutters, to have the job finished. The dumpster stayed in the front yard for over a week before it was removed. The finished product is expectable l. But is it $24,000 and 12 years of payments exceptable? We'll see. read more

So a Brandon Martinovich came out and took measurements after begging a manager to just give an estimate without a "man of the house " present. Hell maybe there isn't a "man of the house". Who cares!!! I'm asking you to take my money and you're giving me flack! So unwillingly he took measurements, while calling his manager to ask for approval of the situation of course. Two weeks go by.... nothing. So I call. Ask for another rep to be sent out with Brandon's estimates, they oblige and a man shows up. With jack shit. Because they didn't trust that the "woman of the house" couldn't figure out how big she wants HER deck on HER house. Holy-antiquated Infinity. Your manager can waste his time drawing up a beautiful design. I will not be using your company. read more

We were getting quotes for a new roof. Infinity was the third company we had had out to do a quote. We had a good idea what to expect from the last two companies that were out so nothing could have prepared us for what we got. The sales guy seemed very nice and we all sat down for a way to long pitch about why their company was so great. I found this overall painful as I am not an uneducated consumer. The pitch could have taken easily half the time if not less. Nothing prepared us for the out of left field number they quoted us. $50,000 for the roof!! 3 times the quotes we got from the other companies for the same thing!! At that point I basically checked out, got up and started putting dishes away. The sales guy stayed for another hour "finding cost savings". He would not take no thanks as an answer and was trying everything including calling his manager to "get us a better deal." Finally we got him to leave. Ironically they just called, two months later to tell us they can get us a discounted commercial rate if we go with them now! I have no idea how this company is in business. I hope other people considering them get a few other quotes first. If I could change one thing about the experience it would be to break out in laughter when he showed us that number and tell him to leave then and there. I majored in Psychology and I know what Anchoring is as a sales technique. It will fail every time though if your buyer is educated to the value of their job. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the handling of my quote. I was referred to this company by Gutter Helmet as the only contractor to handle Gutter Helmet repairs in Michigan. All was fine until the quote was complete, I had to go so Boyd said he would email the quote and he had some repairs and new gutters in the quote. I waited about a week and called back to give my email again. The gal on the phone was very rude and said they never use email. She said Boyd would call me and another week goes by. I called again and again she said she can only relay the message and that Boyd would call. A month later, a salesmen called and asked if I was interested in their services. I was very upset by this point. I got another referral from Gutter Helmet, and never heard from Infinity again. I never did see the quote and obviously they were not interested in helping me.
