We originally asked for estimates on a deck repair or replacement and roof gutters. We weren't ready to spend the money for replacing the deck after Dylan showed us the faults in our old deck, but we decided to go forward with getting the gutters that will prevent further erosion around the base of our house. Our favorite businesses are those who quote accurately, stick to the timeline that they give the customer, clean up after themselves, and accomplish everything as they said they would. Infinity Home Improvement is one of those. The work was completed within the window of time named in the estimate, the repair that was included in the estimate was completed with a little extra needed support, the price stayed the same to the end, and the area was completely cleaned up before the crew left. Nothing but Problems with this company. From the initial Sale to scheduling to the poor installation of the crew. I have had six repair appointments and they have still have Never sent anyone to review the entire house to check the work of the initial installers who took shortcuts and cut the siding too short everywhere. I thought about using them to install a New low maintenance deck, but the initial cost of their deck was more than double the cost of either of the other two estimates that I received. I would Not recommend this company, I have worked with three different crews from Infinity which tells me that they can't keep them and just hire whomever they can regardless of their work history or work experience. read more

I put in a request on Angie's for a general inquiry for fence, deck, and patio work down the line. They have a bot set up to take the information and contact you obsessively and it does not even take into account the information shared so far as I can tell. The bot contacted me 3x and they called me 2x. This almost all happened within a very small 3hr time frame but the first text came immediately after my inquiry which is not entirely an uncommon practice. But 5x contact attempts within 14hrs is insane and 4x in 3hrs is down right annoying, unacceptable, and predatory business practices. I ended up telling their bot to remove me from their call and email lists and asked them not to send postal mail either. I blocked them and reported them as spam, which the phone also suggested they might be. read more

Spent $40K on a metal roof and gutter helmet system that included a warranty and promises if anything goes wrong, they will handle it. The gutter helmet system has caused two areas of my house to rot. It took 18 months to get an answer. I would call, text every few months. Finally got someone out and he said it was warranty work. Now they are saying he was wrong and sent someone else out. Now they are saying it is not attributable to Infinity Home Improvement. Interesting....who would it be attributable too? I called Infinity out for a quote on a new roof. It wasn't in terrible shape but I had a minor leak and figured we'd just get a roof put on to eliminate a few years of worries. The quote was the highest, but it's GAF backed (thank goodness) and not backed by Infinity. First crew showed up at 9 am on a November day. How they expected to get any work done with 8 hours of daylight left mystified me, but sure, go ahead. Then they asked for the nearest family dollar. Seems these gentlemen had recently arrived in our state and were not equipped for the fall temps. Shorts and T-shirts is how they arrived. We exchanged some broken spainglish and they returned a few hours later. They tore off half the back roof, laid down the underlayment, and left to return 'soon'. Soon turned out the be never. I had Bob's cell phone number at this time, and was on the phone with him daily, because I was promised 'tomorrow' so many times I still shake a little when I hear it. After explaining to Bob that since I used the financing they offered, he had indeed delivered all the products I needed (big roof) and I'd paid nothing so far. If he didn't have someone out that week, I'd just hire local, and he and I could meet in court about the cost of the materials vs his breech of contract. Lo and Behold, his 'back pocket' crew showed up. These guys did a great job with the roof (terrible with any aluminum work) and even cleaned up while working. The roof ended up being great, but the weeks of aggravation were not. At one point when I asked Bob why the hell no one was showing up he said "I think that guy is using drugs" . Thanks Infinity, for bringing such people in to my yard and having me PAY for it to boot. I wouldn't hire Infinity to pick up my dogs waste. They are only in it for the money, they have NO field employees short of Ray, the only bilingual guy, who 'manages' the spanish speaking crews of the week. So once you pay them, you are at the mercy of whatever crew they beg to come work at your house. It's been 5 years? maybe 6? and I still am angry. Fortunately the last crew did the job right, and the GAF certification is through GAF, and I can call any certified GAF roofer out to make repairs if ever I need them. read more

I contacted Infinity Home Improvement to fix leaks in my gutter. They said they needed to replace the gutters for $2700. They only replaced the gutter on the front where the small leak was and cleaned the back gutters The leaks now are a lot worse than before they came and they want another $1800 to fix the leaks. Another quality company has subsequently told me they could replace the gutters all around AND Install filters for $1800. infinity Home Care is very expensiv and poor work product yelp gave them a good rating but I found BBB gives them a poor rating read more

This is for the Arlington Heights, IL location. This is the most backward company I have ever dealt with. I needed some attic work done and this outfit was one of recomendations on Angie or another home imrovement site. When I initially called for the estimate the scheduler wanted to know if there was a 2nd party involved and I told her that we are sole owners but thought it was an odd question since if we were renting, why would the renter be dealing with estimates??? When the estimator came I made a comment that she may need a ladder since it's an attic issue and she responed we'll get to that... WHAT!? She asked to sit down and go over stuff... She asked where the Mrs. is and I told her that I'll be dealing with her and the estimate, to which she got very aggetated since she needs us both for whatever she had intended to present... Since my wife was not available, we didn't get the "show" nor did she actually look at the attic. This is NOT the way to do business. I will NOT be having this outfit come back. read more

In past years we have spent thousands of dollars with this company for awnings, gutters, attic insulation etc. Fast forward to today when I called to see if I could have someone come out and repair one of the awnings as I think the wind must have caught it and pulled it slightly from the house. In the past my hubby would probably have taken care of this pbut we lost him a little over a year ago. So I called this company to see if they could come out. I was told that since it had been more than 10 years there would be a $200 service call because they had to pay for the labor but they could come next week. What??? If it was less than 10 years their people work for free??? Then after being put on hold for a considerable amount of time I was told they were actually booked out 2-3 weeks so I couldn't schedule a time because they have to collect the $200 in advance. I let them know this seemed very sketchy and I couldn't believe we had ever done business with such a company! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I wish I could give negative stars. Grand Rapids Location. Salesman was great - they can do anything! He cleaned up the mess made when he looked into the attic. However, it turns out on one of the contracts he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I had 2 contracts. I had them install gutter helmets, replace a couple of gutters and replaces 2 fascia pieces on my house. They showed up un-announced and annoyed. Then a kid showed up and worked for about 3 hours and left - never to return. His supervisor finally finished the job after my house was open to the elements for about 10 days. I was happy enough with the job but UGH! 2nd contract was for foam insulation in attic/ceiling walls, blown insulation in flat attic and a vent fan install in the bathroom. Put me off for 6 months with not returning phone calls, calling me early in the morning when I told them not to, and plenty of other excuses. When a tech came out, he told me they couldn't do the foam because the existing insulation in the attic probably had asbestos in it. When I finally, after weeks, got to speak with someone - I was told they'd have to put holes in my drywall in between each stud to do foam. I'd expressly told the salesman, I did NOT want that. Weeks later they sent a guy out from Retrofoam of Kalamazoo. (I highly recommend them.) He told me he couldn't warranty any thing other than popping multiple holes in multiple places in each stud or waiting until I need a new roof. When I, again, finally got to speak with Tom King, he told me Retrofoam told him they could do it. Yes they could but only for a whole to more money in a way I didn't want to do it. That was my only choice. I asked about doing the vent fan and was told $800. I was prepared to pay $500. (it will only cost me $400 when Mr Handyman does it next week.) I asked to cancel the contract. Much too long later (2 weeks at least) I only got $2600 of my $3900 deposit back. Took me 2 weeks to get someone to hint at why. I was only told to read the back of my contract and there was nothing she could do, I'd have to talk to Bob. She gave me the number to his direct line, upon which I left tens of messages. Polite, angry, sarcastic, kind, you name it - Just freakin' call me and explain. Nope, no one will return my calls! Got the BBB involved, nope, they responded they'd done their part, I wouldn't cooperate, they're keeping the money. I refuted this and they said Too bad, so sad sucker! Several years ago we contracted with this company to convert our tub/shower to a walk in shower. After a few years my wife noticed while cleaning the shower that the shower wall was "bubbling out" in about a 2'x3' area. The acrylic wall appeared to be de-laminated from the wall behind it. I contacted the sales rep we bought from and he came out, looked at the issue and took video. After a number of calls we finally got a call from the install dept 6 weeks later that they had received guidance from the manufacturer and were working on scheduling. They then called back the same day to say the installer who had done the job had just had knee surgery and was not available. They were working on getting someone else. A week later we received a call from one of their people saying he wanted to visit and look at the issue. He came a few days later and looked at the problem and said he was a tile guy and that Infinity no longer did bathrooms. He was not comfortable doing the work as he was a tile guy. He would contact the owner, Bob, and report back. I was able to talk to the install department a week later and he was not aware anyone had come out but said he would talk to Bob and get back. That was 2 months ago. The install person I talked to does not appear to be with the company any longer. I left messages for the install department, the sales rep, and the owner. I have left messages at least 17 times and have not received any response. I cannot think of any reason why they would not respond even to deliver bad news. Given my experience I cannot recommend this company for any kind of work. I would not anyone else to go thru this! read more

March 18th, 2021 signed contract to have deck rails, deck power washed, and treated... on the condition I did not need new rails. Bob from Infinity finally came out a week or two later and said I did not need new rails, therefore I cancelled that part, but got charged $2,000.00 for the change. So the power wash and deck treatment is all I needed... $800 they kept out of my $5000 deposit. Today is July 28th, 2021 - no calls from Infinity this entire time on scheduling the power wash and treatment... I call them letting them know I am not waiting anymore. They are going to keep my money because I did not cancel 3 days after signing my contract in March 2021. Do not hire them. They will take you money and ignore you for months. read more

My visit from the Infinity sales lady turned out to be a theater of upselling, high-pressure sales tactics and dubious claims. This was supposed to be a warranty inspection - on the gutter helmets Infinity installed in 2005. Like a couple of the other reviewers have mentioned, the inspector/sales lady does not bring a ladder and does not go onto the roof at all. Nor does she even look out the upstairs windows to see the gutter helmets up close. What she did do, however, is recommend to me $12,000 worth of work which included removal and reinstallation of the gutter helmets (including replacement of some dented panels), and installation of new seamless gutters and new downspouts. Let's look at these items one by one. Somehow, just by looking, she could "tell" that our gutter helmets have become misaligned so they'll need to be removed and reinstalled. How does she know this? Perhaps a roofer or other contractor has been here in the meantime and removed them and put them back on wrong? She told me our helmets are flush with the edge of the gutters, and no longer have the overhang beyond the gutters like they're supposed to, so they aren't working right. She also told me that typically the other contractor who removes the helmets never puts them back on with screws; they use nails, which is the wrong way to do it. Now keep in mind she doesn't have a ladder and hasn't seen the helmets up close, she just "knows" there are nails there not screws. This is all funny because our gutter helmets are installed exactly like the illustrations in the sales flyer from 2005, and they look exactly like the photos in the Gallery section of Infinity's website: flush with the edge of the gutters! Furthermore, the sales flyer shows a cross-section of the helmets which shows how there is a mounting bracket there which holds the helmets in position and won't even allow them to be installed too far in (unless possibly one flattens the brackets with a sledge hammer I suppose). I can walk around the house and look up with binoculars and can see the little lip of the brackets still there where they belong, keeping the helmets in proper alignment. And just for fun, I went upstairs and looked out of both upstairs windows and saw that all the helmets within my line of sight are still properly attached using the same color-coordinated screws as always. And no, the screws are not scratched or rusty like they might be had someone removed and reinstalled them in the past. How about the gutters? She recommended I buy new seamless gutters... Well, I walked around the house and counted them and found that other than the unavoidable joints at each corner, buying new seamless gutters would save me a grand total of exactly two joints. TWO! One on each side of the house, at about the midpoint front-to-back. Two seams. The front and back of the house are narrower and thus don't have any seams at all. So buying new gutters at this time would be, at best, a very minor improvement (I assume that having the joints at the midpoint of the span places them at the highest point in the slope of the gutters, not a place where water would accumulate and leak). So, no thanks. Downspouts. My "favorite" part of the tale. Right away, she pointed out how several of our downspouts are routed incorrectly. For those who are unaware, you can buy downspout sections with "Type A" or "Type B" elbows. A Type A elbow bends the downspout front-and-back; Type B bends it left-or-right. Now for the life of me I can't find anything that suggests there is any disadvantage to the Type B elbows, of which we have two of them. Is there an engineering formula that suggests a 3x4-inch downspout can handle less water if you turn it on the side so the 3-inch part is on the top and bottom? Is there anything in the building code which prohibits use of Type B elbows? NO!! Water volume and flow rates are calculated by the cross-sectional area, not the width of the channel. And I can walk around the block or drive down the street and see at least one Type B elbow on almost every other house. There are eight houses just on my block which have them. And the best part: Remember the Gallery section of Infinity's website I mentioned earlier? Yep... They have pictures of their completed projects which include Type B downspouts. So again, no thanks. Finally we come to the sales pitch. The sales lady quoted me a "list" price of $12,000, but it'll be 15% off for 30 days. But wait! There's an additional discount for paying in full. And an additional discount if I sign the contract today, RIGHT NOW! As it turns out, the company knows there is a cost in terms of time and money if she has to drive back to my house in a few days or next week or the week after just to have me sign the contract, so there is a discount if I sign today. Makes you wonder how much the markup is, don't you think? Thanks but no thanks! (sorry I am out of room!) read more

I first scheduled an estimate appointment and because I was unable to respond to the confirmation call (I was working) my appointment was given to someone else. I gave them another chance and scheduled for this morning, and I did confirm my appointment. No one showed up so I called to find out why, supposedly the technician was not able to come but they went overboard trying to reschedule - uh, NO! They have proven that they are unreliable. They also asked inappropriate questions during these phone calls, such as, is there a Mr. blah, blah and then today, asked if I was retired. Infinity Home Improvement should get zero stars. On November 9, 2021, my father in law, entered into a contract with Infinity Home Improvement The contract was to have two small decks redone on his home. My father in law passed away on December 14, 2021. Per Infinty's request, I provided proof of my father in laws passing and to Sandie of Infinity. While going through my father in laws paperwork, I found he had written a check in the sum of 15,271.12 to Infinity at the inception of the contract. Since no work had been started, On 1/10/22 I contacted Infinity to inquire about a refund of the 15,271.12 deposit. The only indication that Infinity had even been to the house was their sign in the front yard. NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN DONE. No product delivered, no survey flags of any type. I got an email back from Sandie of Infinity stating that they would only refund 5091.31 because "work" had already been scheduled. ( side note here, I had checked with their scheduling dept and the job wasn't on the schedule. I also contacted the entity that gives out permits for work in Charleston Township... a permit was issued in 1/4/22 and withdrawn on 1/24/22. It would be notable to mention that there is no charge for the permits when they are applied for.) On 1/11/22I sent an email on to Sandie asking when the project was set to start. To date, I have not receive a reply. On 1/12/22 I requested a refund in the amount of 9162.67. This request was due to work not started on the decks. The email I sent stated " Your contract specifically states buyer shall pay 20% of the cash price if canceled after the 3 day period. The 33.5% applies only if work has begun. Since no work has begun, please send a check for the amount of $9162.67 This amount equates to the $15271.12 deposit less 20% of the cash price." Sandie said she's been waiting on the owners reply. I've inquired on 1/12/22 and 1/18/22 when I got a reply of " Our staff here has recently been affected by COVID-19. We are hoping to have an answer for you early next week" today1/28/22 it is now the end of the week and still no response from Sandie or Infinity Home Improvement. Infinity has been radio silent... can you imagine if you were actually having them do work and there was an issue?... Based on this experience... you won't be getting a reply. I have been patient. I believe that Infinity believes I will just forget about this issue, or maybe they're just trying to run out the clock. Either way, I'm not going away until they refund my father in law's money I also believe Infinity is taking advantage of a grieving family. I am not asking for the full amount refunded, because there are costs to doing business. I do believe 6,108.45 will more than cover any costs that may have been incurred in this transaction. We all know they weren't going to build this during the winter. There is currently over 3" of snow on the ground. To date Infinity has not responded to a BBB complaint filed on 1/26/22. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this company. It would be more effective to shred your money than to give it to them. God forbid someone dies... they wanna stick it to you. Had they started the work, if the raw materials were on site, if there was a cost to getting the permit, I would understand the reasoning behind them wanting to keep almost 9000$ of the deposit... please note... Worst roofing estimator I've ever met. He wouldn't go up on roof to inspect because he "didn't want to damage it further". We had cracked shingles, no leakage or other damage. He wanted to know the area , so measured from ground. He started off his sales pitch by warning me of sub contractors possibly putting a lien on my house if they weren't paid by the company making me have to pay twice. He spent about 25 minutes here, giving me an estimate $8000 higher than the 3 others I had already gotten and acted surprised! Definitely would not recommend this salesperson at all! read more

2 different people out to consult on what should have been an easy insulation project in my home. First quote recommended attic insulation for a price higher than I'd budgeted. Another call advised better pricing with another consult due to some other work in my area. While the 2nd quote was indeed different focusing on basement insulation and less expensive it completely contradicts their first "expert". Fast forward to completion of work, room above is colder and when I question the work I'm told it was reviewed and determined by infinity home improvement manager to not be the correct insulation type. The right move to keep a new customer would have been to refund my money entirely but they wanted more money for materials less a discount for the trouble. Rather than refund the money they kept the $500 deposit I'd paid. Had I read the reviews on sites ahead of time, I'd have elected to do more research myself. I've reversed the incorrect work and am in process of redoing , at my cost, everything but I'm still out $500. read more

Avoid this company. Wish I'd seen the reviews here before we used them. Our medium sized deck needed small repairs, sanding, and refinishing. Their price was high but I expected they would do a good job and I wouldn't have to deal with all the details. It ended up taking four months for work that should have been done in less than four weeks. First they did the repair wrong and when I tried to inform them they rarely answered the phone, never returned phone calls, kept giving me the run around, and eventually fixed their mistake after more than two months. More delays and excuses followed before they finally finished. They then immediately charged my credit card for the final payment without asking me. Nothing is finished, you NEVER know when someone will show up or not so that means more "quarantine" just to see if someone will show up. The site inspector shows up without samples and can't figure out the paperwork so he's asking me everything as well as all others that show up, some with no job description or no supplies. I needed an estimate to replace a 36 foot long gutter. First, the polite salesperson got lost, when all she had to do was find the driveway/mailbox (with the house numbers on both sides of it) on the street name that was given to them. Then, after the gutter measurements were complete, the salesperson informed me that the 6 inch gutter size is a "special-order size", and the only way their company could get it was in a 100 foot length. Right then I knew this was a company to avoid. And here's why: I had three other gutter replacement companies come out and give me their estimates for replacing the same 36-foot gutter. When I said to each representative that I needed the 6 inch gutter size, all three reps said, "That's the only size we have and the only size we use." None of them said anything, to the effect of, "That's a size that will have to be special ordered, and it's only available in a 100 foot length." I feel sorry for the salesperson from Infinity Home Improvement only because the company she represents has instructed her to sell the prospective client something that they do not need. In this case, an extra 64 feet of aluminum gutter. That's not how an honest company does business. SHAME ON THEM! read more

We hired this company to install a new metal roof on the property in June 2015. The total cost of the work was $33,214.00. We believe the metal roof comes with a lengthy warranty and, under the General Terms and Conditions, we had an Infinity Home Improvement Inc. 1 Year Service Agreement for maintenance and inspection. Infinity Home Improvement, Inc website states that a metal roof is a long-lasting investment with long warranties and low maintenance. Since installation, there have been several issues, most significantly leaking into the home, which we reported to this company with little to no follow up to remedy the problem. In spite of multiple phone calls, Infinity did not follow through with maintenance or inspections within the first year. As a result of the issues with the roof, and Infinity home Improvement, Inc's lack of response and effort to repair the problems, we had our roof recently inspected by a local roofing company, who indicated the following issues: 1. Incorrect exposed fastener metal roofing materials used on the 2/12 roof pitch, previous roofing maters was EPDM (rubber); 2. Noticeable leaks around screws along eaves throughout the entire roof system; 3. Plumping pipe flashings not sealed correctly; 4. Chimney flashing leaking around brick chimney, noticeable wood rot from leaks in the interior. They found that overall, the roofing materials were not designed for the low slope 2/12 or less roof pitch. The issues we are facing are a direct result of the installation of the metal roof and the product they elected to use. Furthermore, they did not pull a building payment to have the installation done. This failure coupled with the above errors shows the unprofessional manner to which this job was executed for which we are now suffering. After multiple phone calls since 2015, they still refuse to respond. read more

Unless you want to be taken to the cleaners, DO NOT ever hire this company!!! I am a retired skilled tradesman and had them come out to give me an estimate on replacing the deck flooring, railing, etc. on my rear deck (approx. 500 sq ft). I am removing all the old material myself. The salesman gave me an immediate quote without asking me what brand material I want to use, what quality of material I wanted, what railing and associated material I want to use, etc. The "instant" quote he gave me was for $78,127.75!!!! This job of mine will cost an average of $12,000 to $15,000 (if not cheaper). I was nice to the salesman , but I was insulted by this truly outrageous price estimate. In the review, I see other people have the same experience dealing with the company as I did. It is horrible. I asked them to give a quote for repairing the roof, some shingles. They changed their schedules 3 times. Two of them are because the technicians get a flu and they do not want me to be infected. How considerable. But I had to take the breaks from work and also rushed to home just waiting for Infinity but turning out the schedule was cancelled. In the 4th schedule, one technician did come. I told him that some shingles need to be replaced. It is a repair project. He give me a quote without checking the roof for $1500+. read more

This is the most inept organization I have ever encountered in over 65 years of living on the face of this earth. What started out as a relatively simple repair job turned into a nearly 6 week debacle of broken promises, missed appointments, lack of communication, poor communication, and shoddy workmanship. It began with requesting repairs from storm damage to gutters and gutter helmets on September 2. A second storm on 9/7 required additional work, but there was no response to my messages before the crew showed up on 9/8. They replaced the damaged gutter, but noticed the original gutter helmet installation that was done by their company three years prior had been done improperly. (By the way, the original installation took several weeks and follow up until it was finally completed.) They removed all of the helmets, but their equipment wasn't working properly so they took the material with them presumably to adjust them off sight before returning on 9/11. No one showed on 9/11, and numerous messages went unanswered until 9/17. Work was scheduled to be completed on 9/20, but no one showed. Again, four days went by with no response to various phone, text, and email messages. Finally, a crew was scheduled on 9/29, but they were not informed of the work needed and weren't prepared to do the job. One of the two workmen returned later that day, but did not have enough time to finish the job. All through this time I had informed both the crews on site and the scheduler of the additional repair work needed. The same workman did return on 9/30 to complete the original job (although I ended up reattaching the downspout myself), but failed to bring a ladder sufficient enough to complete the remaining work. After many messages again, I was finally able to schedule the remaining work for 10/8. Again another no show. Third time. It takes a lot to upset me, but apparently my impatience showed through enough on 10/11 to schedule the completion of the work that day. While that work was done, he was also compelled to redo the replacement work from the prior technician due to poor installation. Businesses that behave like this don't stay in business long. Constant no shows, poor communication, and various other inept practices created a very ineffective and inefficient process. I will never hire Infinity again for anything. I can only hope that no additional damage occurs that requires repair of the gutter helmets (since this is a franchise). Should that occur, what's likely to happen in the meantime is they'll loose the franchise to more competent ownership. My recommendation is to avoid Infinity at all costs. read more

This company is horrible. They don't communicate. They ask for full payment up front for a "discount" which is a huge red flag. They say two weeks out for installation, then only make an appointment months out. I waited almost two months for roof and gutter install. Only got communication when I initiated it. Gutter installers showed up without the right equipment. Had to return. Roofers made a mess and only cleaned it up when I sent evidence of their sloppiness. Gutter downspout not the correct size and didn't even extend far enough to catch the valley at the end of the roof. Still waiting for some modifications and work to be performed. Absolutely horrific. Do NOT use this company. Ridiculous, below negative customer service. And I gave them the benefit of the doubt for over two months. No more. read more

In September of 2017, I contracted Infinity to seal areas in my roof that were leaking onto the front porch. In the past, I'd had a good experience with this company with the installation of attic insulation, vents, and gutter guards. They also put on a new roof on the back following an insurance settlement. That was four years ago. Something has change recently. And the original Sales Rep I had been working with does not seem to be with the company any longer. Upon inspection it was found that the chimney had to be re-flashed and the rotted roof boards around the chimney replaced. Also a valley from the north side of the upstairs dormer needed re-flashing. Ice and Water protection material was added. This came to a total of $1,968. Last week, ice cicles were forming along the crack in the newly installed drywall in the ceiling of the front porch. This was the spot that was leaking before the work was done. I have been calling Infinity for a week and have left messages with both the original Sales Rep and with Installations. No one is there to receive calls, and no one returns my calls after I have left messages. Something is wrong there since I had received calls from their Accounts Receivable Department when I was paying off the second half of the balance in installments. And when I made a special trip to the office to given the accountant the final payment, no one was there. It is odd that they seem to be more concerned about getting paid than they do about responding to customers and standing behind their work. read more

Just wanted to add an update here. It's now May and Infinity keeps rescheduling appoints to determine how they can help us with the air leak in the windows. They've cancelled scheduled appointments for 6 or 7 times now. No wonder they don't put warranties on their work, the service is terrible. If you tell them on the phone you've been rescheduled a bunch of times they act shocked and say their computers don't indicate that. The circus rolls on... read more

I tried to schedule an in home evaluation for a new deck ($5-10k job). Apparently they have a company policy stating that both spouses in a household must be present for the estimator. My wife is out of town this week with our toddler so it's the perfect time to have strangers through the house. Infinity refused to schedule anything until she comes home. In addition to this asinine policy they only schedule visits after 11am and their representative on the phone didn't seem to care if I hired them or not. Maybe they do good work. I'll never find out. read more
