My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

He finally came out and insisted that hydro jetting my lines was going to fix my problems. I told him I had old lines but he insisted it would work. After paying him a crazy amount of money turns out it DIDN'T work. And after he left something was leaking under my sink..he came back out..after delaying again. After that, another leak popped up under the same sink! He did fix that but the original problem was NOT fixed. I asked for a partial refund because I paid a crazy amount of money. Oh he promised and promised me he would pay me back partially in "good faith". I gave him weeks to make good on that agreement but nothing. I ended up paying more money to a competent plumber . He said he would be back at 4:00 pm. Another person who was not a plumber came at 7:00 pm, that works for John replaced the tank. He couldn't handle the tank alone, so he needed help to get it out and rusty water from it, and stained our carpets. After the non plumber left, he didn't replace the lines we paid extra for, and replaced the wrong valve. Called John and he agreed that it was not done correctly. John and the non plumber came back the next night to correct all the problems. We were out of town and my daughter 2 weeks later after the tank was installed, she smelled natural gas in the house. Her boyfriend went down to the tank and lit a flame to the pipe that he thought was leaking and it was. Our house could have blown up, with our daughter at risk. We called John up, and texted him the picture and he thought we "were setting him up." He did say he would come back and fix it. I would give this a company a ZERO if…read moreI could - my basement washtub sink was backing up - of course on a Saturday - called the emergency line - was told it would be $129 to show up ! Once here - technician tried to plunge the sink - which I had already done - he them determined the clog was in the sewer line - which I told him this on his arrival - he said it would be $499 to unclog the sewer line - silly me - I thought that would be the entire cost - it wasn't - $650 some dollars later the task was completed - when I said I would pay by credit card - I was told it would be an additional 5% - there is not a credit card company in the world that charges a 5% surcharge - so.......I pay by check - would I recommend this company - NO - NO - NO they are a total RIP OFF ! Please learn from my mistake !!!!!!!!
