The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Promised timelines have repeatedly come and gone, and my attempts to obtain status updates have largely been ignored or brushed aside. At this point, I am genuinely concerned that the restoration portion of the project is being abandoned. I understand that scheduling delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication and follow-through. ( I'll skip the details) around 5:00 being that the furnace is only 6 months old ! I call the Zenner because they installed it and the technician ( very friendly, compassionate and competent ) came around 9:30 pm found that our old humidifier was shorted causing the problem ! He removed the wire from the furnace and we had HEAT !! We are VERY HAPPY with the quick response and repair!!! Hope not to need but will not call anyone else !
