They allowed us to visit and sample all limos prior to booking, they were gracious, patient, helpful and accommodating. Mason the person who greeted us and showed us the vehicles was wonderful! We requested that he'd be the person to drive us on the event date, and he did not disappoint. The sprinter we rented was immaculate with ice and champagne glasses (served sparkling cider to my teen and his friends), water on ice, a killer sound system & a very cool light show. I have called a few other limos services, JMI stood out not only for their best pricing, but also their superb communication and customer service. I have never seen my son happier! We were supposed to get a bottle of champagne which was not there. 7. The AC did not work properly and could not keep up with the heat outside, leaving everyone sticky and uncomfortable. 8. Windows did not function properly. You can't make this stuff up! The driver told us he has recommended to the owner to not use the limousine in this condition but the owner doesn't listen. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was absolutely a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Starlight Limousine. Don't do it. Avoid at all costs.
