I feel that this shop has experience and knows how to talk to their customers. I recently moved from Marietta, GA, and needed to find a local shop. Due to several major life changes, I wanted to have a laundry list of maintenance services done to my car to prep it for the potential of going 10,000 miles before my next service. When I went to pick up my car, the shop manager said that they inspected some of the things on my car I wanted to replace, but said that it wasn't necessary, explained why, and sent me on my way with a much smaller bill. Also, they finished the work when they said they would. I've only been there once, and my wife hasn't had to deal with them yet (or should I say they haven't had to deal with my wife), so I'll hold off on the 5th star. So far though they seem like a good place and I'll update this review when I get more experience dealing with them. By the way, work was done on a 2006 Mazda3s.

Dishonest and Dangerous - Stay Away…read more I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within days of driving it off the lot, I discovered MAJOR mechanical issues: the brakes, struts, rotors, calipers, and even the catalytic converter were either severely worn or completely failing. These are not small problems. These are safety-critical components that should have been thoroughly inspected before any vehicle was sold. Either this dealership knew and deliberately hid these issues (which would be outright fraud), or they're selling cars without even the most basic inspections (which is pure negligence). Either way, it shows a total lack of integrity and care for customer safety. Now I'm stuck with a dangerous car and expensive repairs--because this business chose profit over honesty.
