She did a fantastic job me and my friend showed up an hour before the shop was set to close asking for a full set of acrylic nails with the three different colors. We showed her the concept nails and we succeeded my expectations. I absolutely love my nails and my nail beds do not throb. Was able to schedule service last minute for several manicures and pedicures for a personal party of 4. That's the good news. The bad news is that the nail tech performing the manicures refused to accept the word NO when told DO NOT CUT MY CUTICLES. Even after repeating this is not the service I want (cut cuticles), the nail tech acted like they were completely inconvenienced at the fact that they had to push cuticles instead of cutting them. Stupid me, i acquiesced and regretted it immediately. Another from the party had a manicure and not only was it extremely painful when the cuticles were being cut, the results were torn up skin around every single finger. Horrible work. Honestly this place is really great. I moved back to Tucson about 3-4 years ago and nail places here are really hit and miss. I called and asked if they have any time for a walk in dip. She said yes and I came and I was seated at a nail booth within 10 mins. I ended up wanting cat eye nails. The lady that did them was great. The shape is the best I've gotten from a nail salon in Tucson. When it comes to the cat eyes I don't know if she had a lot of practice with doing them, because at the end it appears she only got one of them to do the cat eye effect. When I went up to pay for the nails the lady that charged me and looked at them and I don't think she charged me for cat eye nails. I still would come back, the vibe was awesome. I had a dip done. My nails started chipping within a week. I went back and she was concerned that they had started chipping so soon. I was asked to make an appointment for a few days later. They then charged me full price (talked to the same person) saying that it had been 2 weeks and it was normal for them to chip at 2 weeks. I just recently got my nails done. They're very simple black French tip. Absolutely the worst parent Nails I have ever had.

I do not recommend coming when they first open so if you book an appt for 9, be prepared to wait. I've come first thing in the morning with an appointment several times and always have to wait. I got here right at 9, because I have plans today, and the girl doing my pedi didn't get to the salon until 9:10. It's 9:20 and she just asked what color I'm getting and is finally about to start. There was one employee here at 9 and 5 people waiting. The staff are friendly for the most part but they are always on their phones in the middle of appointments, either talking on their ear buds or stopping to text. It's very unprofessional. The prices have drastically raised since I've been coming here for over 3 years. The deluxe pedi with gel is now $60 and I remember it being $30 two years ago. The music is also pretty obnoxious in this salon, but they do have tv's to help distract you. Pretty bummed, may need to find a new salon. read more

We had scheduled an appointment to get a pedicure. We waited for about 30 minutes past the time so we left. We went to another nail salon to see if they could squeeze us in, but then Infinity nails called us back and said they were ready. The experience felt rushed. The water was actually very hot and burned my foot. The owner kept answering the phone and my daughter's pedicure was interrupted many times. It was not very clean and very disorganized. I appreciated that they did not charge me full price, I sure would have asked for a steep discount. That's why I gave at least 2 stars. I understand being busy and having to get to all your customers, but my manicure felt very rushed. It was just a regular gel manicure. Well the woman working on my nails buffed the polish before it was dry, causing it to come off on a small spot. She tried to fix it but it ended up leaving a very ugly bubble on my index nail. She told me to come back later to fix it. I asked if she could fix it then, she said they were too busy. The place was also very dusty. I try to understand that there is a lot of stuff flying around with nails being filed and all that stuff, but you could legit see a layer of dust on everything. I love this lace! The staff is on point and they make sure you know you are appreciated and feel welcome! I have been coming here since new management took over about two or three years ago. I walked in for a pedicure this afternoon without an appointment and I'm new to this area so I was praying for finding a clean well managed nail salon. I was quickly greeted and assigned to Jessie. My feet and legs are very sensitive so pedicures are not my favorite thing at all. However they are necessary because at 77 yrs of age I'm no longer able to bend far enough to do my own toe nail care. Jessie was absolutely fabulous. She was understanding, gentle, patient and kind. My toe nails look so much better. The salon appeared to he clean and many nail colors to choose from. I'd highly recommend this salon. FYI Jessie only works Friday through Monday. read more

Just moved to Vail and this salon had good reviews on Yelp. I booked a fill and pedicure and when I arrived was taken right away to a pedicure bowl. The young man who gave me my pedicure did little more than a polish change and minimal effort for massage although I paid for the upgraded pedicure. Moving on...got a fill from a young lady who said it was perfectly okay to put fresh acrylic on lifting product. I did nails for 13 years and even though I haven't been in the industry for a long time I know that's totally incorrect, and sure enough my nails completely lifted and popped off within three days. They were all different lengths and bumpy as well. Everyone seemed to be in a hurry, there was little to no care given and they really could have cared less if I was there or not. Came here for the second time in the past month. My friend and I both had pedicures the first time. Today I asked for a dipping powder manicure on my real nails. There's an option to have dipping powder done with added artificial nails too. My nail technician for both the pedicure and manicure is a lady named Thuong. She is really nice and very talented. I've had my nails done at many different nail salons in Tucson, but Infinity has become one of my favorite. My spa pedicure ($36) was wonderful-the water was a perfect temperature with a nice calf scrub. Thuong is an expert in cutting the cuticles. There's a good variety of nail polish to chose from. The dipping powder on real nails manicure ($35) is a great deal! The powder is supposed to be better for your nails than gel with vitamins that do not damage your nails. My technician also told me that the nails will not try and should last between 3-4 weeks. The nails were applied quickly with each finger dipped into a small container of powder. It feels like fingers were dipped in sand! I will definitely come back for another dipping powder experience with Thuong! read more

I am new to Tucson and so happy to find this place near our new home. I made an appt on Super Bowl Sunday fully expecting a long wait. Nancy took me right on time. She listened to my preference of shape, color and cut. I like keeping my nails short but feminine. I wanted a dark purplish color of dipped powder but it looked light in the jar. She did a test of 3 coats on a display nail and in fact was the dark color I preferred. I noted she used clean:new tools and made quick work of my hot mess nails due to unpacking boxes. Went here to get nails done for a wedding. Yes it was a good experience and our nails look good. HOWEVER, They are CRAZY expensive. I'm from California and I still expected somewhere around $70 for the set. I got a full set manicure ($55), and a gel pedicure ($45). I didn't get out of there without a tab lower than $108. That was a shock when we finished and I went to pay the bill. Not only that, but for a $55 manicure you'd think they could at-least give you a hand massage but they did not. Not a deal breaker, but for the price it would have been nice. read more

This is not a quality nail salon. Overall, it is not hygienic. There are piles of misc supplies, boxes, used water bottles behind counters at stations or the register. I have seen a few different techs. None are very talented or worth scheduling with by name. I've enclosed pics of the most recent visit where she filed off my skin with the drill and cut me with a cuticle trimmer. She blamed it on my hands being dry. Last time I went the tech complained my entire appt about feeling, basically, very depressed with "sadness in his heart". I had never met him before; awkward and not relaxing. There is a tech named Jessica that will complain loudly enough for me to hear three chairs down about her colleagues; unprofessional. Overall, avoid this chop shop unless you want your skin buzzed off in a messy, unprofessional environment. It's not any cheaper than anywhere else but very low quality. Hopeful I don't get an infection. read more

If I could give -5 I would. I asked to have my acrylic nails removed and then have a gel manicure. I got my hands soaked in acetone instead of individually wrapped with a cotton ball and aluminum foil. The lady was working with more than one person so I think she forgot about me as my hands soaked in the bowl and started to hurt. Then she came over and roughly used the drill to get the remaining off while nicking my skin multiple times. Then she proceeded to ignore my cuticles and not file down my rough nails and put normal clear polish on and said I was done. After I told her more than once, I thought maybe a clear gel would be better since they were so frail. She also painted my skin instead of my nails. At the end, I was so over it. I just wanted to leave. I asked for cuticle oil and she told me only gel manicure gets cuticle oil which then I explained my fingers were hurting because I soaked in acetone for so long and I would just like some cuticle oil and she refused point blank. I am baffled by the experience and will never return or let anyone else that I know go there either. read more
