We both were waiting and trying to contact through text only. I finally received a response through text that the aesthetician was running behind and will be here shortly. At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. I was going to cancel the membership but I'll hang in.

I was running late, but they kindly rescheduled my haircut last minute and pushed it by 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Logan, who cut my hair, was really kind and efficient, and I could tell that he was really taking the time to make sure my hair came out the way I wanted. Surgery was scheduled for 10 am , he showed up after they called him and told him that there was no definite time the lights would be back on. He came to my room and reassured me that I was still having my surgery that day and not to worry. He was so calm and professional. .He never even considered rescheduling and I was so happy about that cause most would've for as long as we waited. Surgery went well, he spoke with my sister and husband and gave them the a post op care instructions. Follow up was just like I was a new patient. He listened and was just as caring. Fast forward to December 5. I was in the hospital due to my hemo dropping and he was the plastic surgeon at the hospital. I was told by the ER doctor that most doctors don't like to do follow up on patients that had surgery out of state but he would refer me to one any way. Dr Banerji came to my room checked me out and assured me that my post op care wasn't an issue for him. I went into his beautiful office today for a follow up visit and he was just as caring and concerned as always. I said all of that to say that if you're looking for a doctor that actually care about his patients and not a dollar, he's your go to plastic surgeon.I would recommend Dr Banerji over and over again. Well, after my first appointment with her, the only thing I regret is having waited as long as I did to go see her! During my first session, I had a consultation and the service I scheduled was the Gleaux getter service. After an assessment of my skin, she determined it was a good time for me to have my first chemical peel. One thing I love about Shalana is that, regardless of what a client thinks they want, she will never perform a service that your skin can't handle (according to her expert opinion). How often do people just do what you've asked for the sake of your business, knowing that's not in the best interest of you, their customer?! She definitely isn't going to do that! I'm two weeks in to my prescribed skin regimen and her signature GLEAUX is still present! She's very knowledgeable, extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that may arise, and she manages to be personable and professional all at the same time.
