Infinity inherited a rather challenging situation from the previous property management company that oversaw my small luxury apartment complex in Laguna Beach. Over the past year, I have been consistently pleased with the quality of maintenance/landscaping/etc. Additionally, everyone I've talked to there has been very professional and open to suggestions. For example, I had an idea (educating the residents on how to turn the water off in the event of an emergency) to mitigate the risk of water damage in a building from the 1970s. Billy & Chloe not only heard me out but actually sent someone out to show me personally how to do it, and then followed up with step-by-step written instructions including photos. This approach made me feel like we're all on the same team, and I would recommend them as a property management company unequivocally. read more

I'll give you my honest review about Encore Apartments in Orange managed by Infinity Residential without mentioning names. I moved out after my three 1/2 years in early October. Almost renewed but glad I didn't. The first leasing agent was great. The second not so much but has gotten better when I gave my notice. The unit was one of the cleanest units left and the new tenant who moved in said the same thing. I barely used the oven, like new Carpet condition was like new. I used 3M Command Strips everywhere. No painting needed I even left my $250 ceiling fan for the new tenant. And the cleaning fee. Whopping $380 was charged. I knew there was a cleaning fee but wow! read more

She said Billy would like to know how much of our security deposit would we like back in exchange for me deleting my photos and review here on Yelp. And that the money would be coming from Billy's account, the owner of Infinity, and not the owner of the rental property. My son and I tried talking to Nancy but she was unwilling to listen and would not let us complete a single sentence. Wish I could leave 0 stars. What a scam!!!! I gave them $50 to do a credit check for a house rental only to find that the place had already been rented. The place still showed listed, so after calling Infiniti and asking for a refund, they notified me that since I had signed the application, it was their policy not to refund my money. Never mind that they did not check my credit and admitted as much! Buyer beware. This reeks of scam. Don't use these crooks! read more

Over the years, I've worked with a number of property management companies, and Infinity Residential has consistently been the best. They are highly attentive, constantly returning our calls (or returning our messages promptly), and ALWAYS resolving issues as soon as possible. I've worked with management businesses before that took weeks or even months to fix issues, but not this one. Property management agencies, in my experience, make you feel like there's a barrier between you and actually keeping the building in good order. This is the first time I've come across a group that genuinely cares. As our account managers, I had the pleasure of dealing with both Billy and Chloe. They are both courteous, prompt, and accommodating. When things go wrong (which happens infrequently), they are always on top of it, with rapid communication and appropriate resolutions. I can see they are aware of both the tenants' and owners' perspectives and ensure that everyone is taken care of. It's a delicate balancing act. We live in this apartment at 184 N Prospect St where it is managed by Infinity Residential. Nancy helped us from day-1 and get us finished the application in less than a week. Our whole year experience is gorgeous and we would not choose to move out if we did not buy a house. The move out cleaning fee could be relatively high compared to other apartments but we think it is reasonable as they try to get room ready like a new to the next renter. read more

We were cautious about moving during the pandemic but Infinity Residential made the process feel safe and easy. Nancy was very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire viewing, application, and move-in process. Not only was she professional, she made sure to answer any questions we had about the property and move-in. The resident portal smartphone application is also a major plus for us and we were able to submit some initial move-in requests quickly.
