Even in a competitive market, he stayed committed, patient, and always had our best interest in mind. We never felt like just another client--he made us feel prioritized every step of the way. My experience with Cameron was great until it wasn't. He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. They were there the day before for the walk-through. Cameron mentioned the sellers would be taking some plants,(he should have put that in the contract if the sellers wanted to keep) come to my surprise the day I get the keys. The two front plants are completely gone! Completely unacceptable also during the inspection as well many things were missed, and Cameron and his team recommended this person.. Our house was built to house 3 families and ideal for kids. My house has been very respected by all the renters and I've personally met many of them in passing while I was grabbing things out of storage. Just simply very nice people. And through summer I've had very few vacancies (so if you planning to use your property, plan accordingly) and this has only gained the value of the rental property. Thank you NBVP!!!

Here's how I can break it down: LOCATION: 10/10 The location was absolutely perfect--just steps from the beach(halfway between tacos & sand... ) **Literally ran in foot to Pavilions & back in 8 minutes flat round trip** CLEANLINESS: 10/10 Spotless, immaculate, towels were perfection, tidy (not cluttered!) COMFORT: Bedrooms & beds were cozy, comfy & CLIMATE controlled(A/C!) PRO Insider tips: * Don't stand too still in the shower, you'll end up wet in the dark, like I did with the Motion sensor automatic lights... * Brought beach towels for everyone; bring twice as many as you think you'll need. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, from the gorgeous location to the wonderful accommodations and excellent communication. I don't ever want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for the perfect coastal vacation. Ten/10 stars all around!

Disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency…read more Our primary contacts throughout the leasing process were Daniel Morgan and Raquel. After we initially declined the lease because the rent was outside our budget, the homeowner personally reached out and invited me back to the property to meet his family and neighbors, answer questions about the home and neighborhood, and discuss the rental terms. Following that meeting, we reached an agreement on a revised rental price, and Daniel and Raquel sent us an updated lease reflecting those terms. We took the time to carefully review the lease and ask questions before signing, as anyone should when entering into a legal agreement. During that process, we felt pressured to sign the lease quickly, despite simply trying to understand the terms of the agreement. We ultimately signed the updated lease and promptly submitted the requested security deposit in good faith. Based on our understanding that we were moving forward with this property, we declined other rental opportunities, which were no longer available when we unexpectedly had to resume our search. What followed was, in our view, the most concerning part of the entire experience. After signing the lease and submitting our security deposit, we received no communication whatsoever from the leasing company regarding next steps, confirmation that our documents had been received, or when we could expect a countersigned lease. We found this unusual and reached out ourselves the following day. Only because we initiated that conversation were we informed that the property had continued to be shown after we had already signed the lease and submitted our deposit. During that conversation, we were told that another applicant had offered the original asking rent and that the owner had decided to move forward with that applicant instead--just 10 days before our scheduled move-in date. While our security deposit was ultimately returned, the handling of this transaction fell well below the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency we expected. We invested significant time and effort into this process, including meeting with the homeowner and his family, negotiating revised lease terms, carefully reviewing the lease, signing the agreement, submitting a substantial security deposit, and making housing decisions in reliance on the understanding that we were moving forward. Our real estate agent, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, told us she had never encountered a situation like this. Regardless of the legal status of the lease before it was fully executed, prospective tenants deserve timely, transparent communication--especially after signing a lease and submitting a security deposit. In our case, we received no proactive communication and only learned that the property was no longer available because we contacted the leasing company ourselves. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. We encourage prospective tenants to obtain written confirmation regarding when a property will be removed from the market and when their tenancy is considered secure before signing documents, submitting funds, or declining other housing opportunities.

Updating my review to after my move-out process has been completed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MGMT…read moreCOMPANY!!!!!! They provide extremely poor service towards the end of my lease and during/after the move-out process. Towards the end of my lease, they did not complete several repairs. I ended up having to leave multiple broken items in the unit, even though I submitted repair requests MONTHS before my move-out date. They mishandled my security deposit refund and kept OVER $2,000!!!! I emailed for months after moving out to dispute the refund amount and they kept pushing me off. They continued to say they would follow-up with me shortly. However, I ended up sending about 5-10 email follow ups only to keep hearing that they would 'handle it shortly'. It never got resolved which shows how full of sh** they are, how they provide empty promises and how little they care about people after they are no longer benefitting from them. G.P.M. and the unit owner wrongfully charged me for several repairs without proper back-up documentation. In the middle of my 12 month lease, I submitted all of the proper paperwork to add an assistance animal to my lease. I continued to ask when my lease would be updated to include the animals, they never EVER got around to doing it during the remaining 6 months of my lease. Doing this is a FAILURE to provide reasonable accommodation to people with disabilities under the Federal Fair Housing Act. (I've reported them and an investigation is underway)
