Wally took on the task of managing the transportation of my new (old) sailboat. This includes making the haul out arrangements, securing the boat for transport, and driving the boat to the yard. He did all of this impeccably and with short notice. The guys in the yard obviously respected Wally and were very friendly. Any business could take a lesson in customer service from them. Wally can do it all and with a smile. He needs a better head set for his cell phone however. read more

I am happy with the rigging Wally completed. But I have to ask, is it professional in any way to leave rubber sole boot marks all over the outside of boat? Why not boot covers. I spent 5 hours scrubbing them. They still show. How insulting. Then he recommends a detail service. Nope. Wally should pay for someone to do it or use the proper soles. read more

Captain Wally saved the day with our "new to us" MacGregor 26'. Tho she is '94 vintage sailboat she needed basic rigging and safety checks from bow to stern. The good captain replaced the electric panel, repaired some damage on the rudder, refined and tuned the rigging, added blocks for sheets and turned the roller reefed head sail around to take advantage of the built in sun protector. Wow. Wally is a joke. He replaced a windshield on my Malibu and held my boat against my will for payment. IYS stated I had 30 days to pay and after 7, he sent me to collections. ILLEGALLY! This man has a personal vendetta with me and has overcharged me. I debated my bill and told him from day 1 that he would be paid when I was. Yet he has sent messages to friends and family that he was sending me to collections over $400. This man had other plans the day the windshield was to be installed and didn't call me as promised. Yet, I was charged for several hours of work while he wasn't even working on my vessel. He offered a 10% discount, and when I debated the bill because it was over what we agreed on and wasn't correct, he refused to fix HIS mistake. The windshield was also loose during transport and a local mechanic in Arizona had to secure it. So Wally charged me for work he did a terrible job on. I highly suggest checking your bill, because hourly rate is $75 not $95 an hour . This company cannot be trusted and illegally try's to threaten, harass and lie to get paid. The law clearly states as does their bill, 30 days to pay and if late,10% added. Someone really must be hurting for money to be told they would be paid what we discussed and then have the audacity to call my parents for money ( I'm 33 years old) The harassment from this man has been to a point that I feel legal intervention is needed. There is no reason for the harassment, threats and actions this man has taken for a boat windshield that was done less than two weeks ago and my bill has been altered 6 times and the current invoice is 6 days old.
