We love Inflatable World. We've come on two Living Social deals and just had my son's 4th birthday party this weekend. All of his friends from school came and they agreed that it was the best birthday party idea ever. They made it so easy by supplying invitations and decorating the tent for us. We ordered the fruit platter which arrived a little later than promised, so they provided us with extra waters and juices for the kids to drink to make up for it. My son gets hurt in some way every time we come - definitely wear the sleeves and long pants! But he doesn't care - he has so much fun running around and sliding that a scraped elbow just doesn't bother him. read more

My son and I have been coming here since he was 3 and every year we go we get the deal with the multiple days for a set price. The staff is the best and very friendly; the owners are dope and even bring their kids to play. The water slides during the summer are the best for the area it's located in with the heat. This is a great place for kids to spend the afternoon. The staff was friendly. Make sure you have socks for all who plan on jumping. If you forget, they do sell pairs of socks for two dollars which is not bad if you're in a pinch. There is plenty of shaded seating which is also a plus because it can get hot. read more

My wife bought 2 groupons for the grand kids to go. She drove over 50 miles in heavy traffic with 2 kids (2 and 6). Well, she gets there and it's closed due to bad weather. What! There is not a cloud in the sky and the guy said sorry nothing we can do. She checked the website before leaving and it said nothing about being closed. So, she had to drive back 50 miles with two unhappy kids. What a waste of time and gas for nothing. We will be asking for refunds for the groupons and going somewhere else. If i had read some of the reviews before hand i would not have bought the groupons. read more

Don't give this business your money this place is an absolute rip off! Owner is a arrogant money hungry dirt bag. Came in today with 5 kids and 3 adults, paid $17 per kid for a total of $68! They advertise non participanting parents and children under 2 "free". So my 1 1/2 year old daughter is playing on a small jumper, owners wife comes over and tells us if she wants to play an adult needs to pay an additional $20! Which is absurd to pay $20 for a baby to jump for a couple mins. Anyways as I'm walking around I notice a fence on top of an nearly severed electrical cord! As a Health and Safety executive this is a huge electrocution hazard! So I snap a few shots to have some friends at the occupational health and safety administration investigate the dangers that our kids are exposed to. The owner sees me a directly confronts me. I let him know my concern and he begins bragging that "he's friends with the mayor and these violations are nothing and he makes over $100,000 and that he can handle the fines." Then he calls me broke laughs and walks away. Later while me and my wife pack the kids up his wife drives by, rolls her window down and yells "cheap asses" and drives away. Hmm you would think you could get your money back since they had to throw away their socks and their pants are ruined. Maybe they should have reimbursed me for admission and paid for their clothes. Well, I have been here a couple of times. Our first experience was wonderful. We just went there again last week and not so much...first of all the prices went up, 2nd of all, we were greeted by a not so friendly man who laid down the law immediately...we had a infant with us and we were not allowed to bring in her infant snacks...we had to walk to car and back in order to feed her snacks to entertain her while the older kids played. You can bring in water and that's it...we arrived well after they were open and the kids couldn't go on 3 of the jumpers because they were still cleaning them. They don't open til' 12, so you'd think this would be done well before we got there. When the school bus unloaded for a field trip, needless to say after 1 1/2 hours, we were done. Probably, won't go again. There are many other places that are much cheaper that you can take your kids and they have just as much fun. read more

Be warned... They will NOT honor expired vouchers (even if it has been expired less than a week & were closed for 3 days when transitioning to the water park). This has not been a problem with any of the many other vouchers I have purchased from other companies/vendors. Apparently Inflatable World does not believe in customer service. So if I wanted to redeem our voucher, it would have cost an additional $42 (plus the $38 I already spent). 4 disappointed kids left in tears. Well done, inflatable world. The staff here were RUDE esp the bag check guy. Two adults and four kids and he insisted on checking our bags (putting his hands in and moving stuff around) EVERYTIME we left and came back. Really? It was a scorching hot day, little shade and no place to sit. I took the kids to the car for drinks and they popped a piece of ice to suck on as they tried to re-enter.....the bag check made my kids spit out their ice before entering....REALLY????? If you have young children (under the age of 6), I would not recommend the big Titanic ride at the end of the park...the big kids get pretty rough on that one and it's hard for the little ones to navigate. This place is not cool at all!!! My son just had a birthday party here in the middle of august during high heat 12 noon. When we first got there the kids were excited to go in until we met the "Bouncer" at the gate who takes his job a lil to seriously...getting in there was like being screened to get onto a high profile government building. The guy in the little trailer thing where u get the wrist bands was RUDE as hell!!!!! These kids finally got in after a thorough pat down search, metal detector, and interrogation session to find that there are NO water fountains in the middle of this asphalt parking lot bouncy park. after 1/2 hour of running and bouncing around all 20 kids we had were extremely thirsty. we had to buy bottled water from they'r little snack bar station at 2 dollars a piece! you would think a place like this would have cool water available for kids but NO!!! $250 later for 4 hours dehydration and 50 dollars extra for numerous bottles of water for all the kids cause they DO NOT allow outside drinks or food. 1 box of pizza from costco cut up into 18 slices so 1 slice per kid. so 250 dollars included 15 kids 1 pizza (18 slices) and four hours of hot hot fun. thats it bring an extra 200 dollars for more food and drinks. i will not be coming back!!! read more

I did a reservations a couple weeks back for my son's birthday for the 18th of July. Well, I woke up that morning to thunder and rain. I was hoping it would've cleared by the time of the party. I called at 10:30am and spoke with a guy asking if they were still open and he told me yes. So everyone I invited including my self showed up to the park to find it closed. So I had to come up with a plan B to find else where to host my son's party which I did. Tried calling to get my refund on the deposit but phone as been off and forwarded straight to voicemail for 2 days now. I left a message but not call was returned. First time I took my kids their they loved it and it was a fun experience for them, it's one of the reasons why I wanted to return for my son's party. Bad experience yesterday, especially when the guy told me that they were open so I continued with the planned party. Hopefully we'll try my daughters party there with no problems. read more

A little expensive. I took my niece here and I think it was like $15. That is a bit pricey considering what it is. The drinks are way expensive. The staff do a really good job at keeping the grounds clean and making sure the kids (and parents) are following the rules. Not a bad place for the kids to burn off energy. We've been going there for many years now. Place is clean, with lots of jumpers. They greatly improved it with private tents for parties, so that's really nice. I agree with others, it's very expensive, especially to organized a birthday party there. And please do something about that black guy that's been working there for years, - he seems nice but every single time I go with my kids, he manages to make an inappropriate remark to me...almost sexual in nature...accompanied by the uncomfortable "hm-hm-hhhmmm". It's annoying, inappropriate, and I try to avoid direct contact with him every time I see him now. Other than that, customer service is not too bad. I've always seen this right off the 8 in Mission Valley but I've never been. I have a 10 year old and a 6 year old and they had a lot of fun. There are some blow up jumpy slides that have water going through them so the kids get wet. The park asks that if you want to do the wet slides, that you save them for last so you don't get the dry slides wet, also. Grown ups can participate, too! It's a great outing, we had nice weather so it wasn't too hot, but I really appreciated the abundance of seating, tables, and big umbrellas they had around the park. It's not big by any means, but there's a nice variety of slides, dry and wet. Next time, I think I'd like to invite a friend for each of my daughters. Even though my two girls play well together, I think the day might last longer if they had a friend. Oh, and the entrance lasts all day, so you can come and go as you please as long as you have a bracelet on. And the staff is so nice! Talkative, friendly, and very welcoming. read more

I used a 2 for 1 from UT Daily Deals. You are allowed to bring in water so that was helpful! The kids get so thirsty! The male staff person was professional, social and did glance through my bag which I did not mind because the rules are in place so the place stays clean. I used the bathroom and it was super clean. I looked at the party tents and they looked really cool. The inflatables were clean and there were lots of them!! There are clean tables shaded in the center for parents to hang out. I took my little's here, 2 and 4 and they had a blast! the place was clean and I have NO complaints! They had a great time and came home tired! The water side is awesome, but once the kids are wet they can't go to the Dry side of the park. So, have your fun on the dry side and then go to the wet side of the park.. bring lots of sunscreen too! read more

Discovered this gem today with my 3 year old! She has never had this much fun at an amusement park or playground. Clean, no crowds, almost all younger kids just like my daughter, and tons of shaded seating for parents. Bought water, soda, and candy-- all were not as expensive as I expected. Love that the place is lined with turf and the kids run around in socks :) I wish I had found this place earlier in the season!! Wasn't too hot for either of us. Not too expensive since I was free. The park itself is great my kids had fun the guy at the entrance (older gentleman African America) super sweet very detailed with the process and rules while coming in and leaving. He even let us know that it was still early and we had till 6 if we wanted to come back. Now the bad is the employee (CHARM) Not sure it's that's really his or her name but let me tell ya... She wasn't a charm at all very Rude and controlling throughout the time that we were there several incidents not only to my kids but to others I finally had enough of her when She yelled at my kids for wanting to play with the water balloons without me paying 1st .. First of all it was our 1st time seeing the water balloons area because the one other time we came about a year ago they didn't have them so instead of coming to me and saying hey this is a pay are and give me the chance to pay the extra she chose to yell at my kids .. I didn't feel like going off on her and upsetting my kids so we left after about a hour of being there by bribing my kids to go get ice cream . We decided to have my daughter's 2nd birthday party here because she was either too small or too young for other places. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the kids had a great time and because we had her party on a Friday afternoon, we almost had the entire place to ourselves. It was really a fun time and they didn't rush us out right when our time was up, like other places do so we got to say goodbye to our guests. Recommend! read more

Love this place! I have taken my nieces and nephews a couple of times and they always have a blast. They have both dry & water slides, which is especially nice when it's warm out. There's also lots of tables & shade provided to sit and eat (or simply to sit and watch your kids if you're an adult). I purchased a groupon for 2 kid admissions. The coupon was set to expire today, September 25, 2013. I planned to use it on Monday, September 23, 2013 only to find that they are closed on Mondays and Wednesdays, but that was okay because the groupon was extended to expire on September 25, 2013. I drove there only to find an empty parking lot. I called their 216 number only to hear that their mail box is full and you cannot leave a message. Of course it was. Surely it was full with all the people calling to leave a message about their poor business practice. I also emailed them and have yet to receive a response. Needless to say i had 3 extremely disappointed kids in my car. I only rated it one star because i think you have to mark one to be able to post anything. read more

I've always driven past but never tried it until recently. It was clean, well organized, staff was friendly, and it was enclosed safely so your kids can run wild without getting out. My kids are ages 2 and 4 and they were both allowed on every bounce house which was awesome! Mostly people try to restrict my son because he's two but he is a dare devil and he loved being a part of what the big kids could do. We stayed for two hours and it was super fun! Everyone fell asleep in the car on the way home! We will be back fro sure! read more

I took my son here for the first time yesterday. I had read the rules online so we were fully prepared with bottles of water, no food, socks, long sleeves and pants. When we arrived, the young man at the ticket counter took one look at my son and knew b/c he was so little there was the possibility he wouldn't want to do a lot, so he only charged me for an adult admission! My son is 2 1/2 yo but he's on the small side. I will say that despite him being small, he was able to do every single slide! He is pretty adventurous and an excellent climber! We had a blast and we both left worn out and ready for a nap after only 3 hours. Next time, we won't have the benefit of the single admission, but I know that it's totally worth the cost as my son had to be dragged away kicking and screaming! I'd also like to mention that staff members were very friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and well appointed. read more

Place was clean for the most part. They have porter potties and it was the cleanest one I've ever seen. Slides were clean. Chairs were clean... water slides were a little dirty but there's a bunch of kids jumping on them and walk on the ground so it's expected. The gentleman who let us in was very detailed about the rules and how to avoid injury (cross your arms when sliding down). The only reason they don't get 5 stars is for two reasons. 1. Not a lot of supervision. While it should be parents, but there should also be more staff in case of bullies who punk little kids and push. And 2. It's extremely pricy. It's about 17 to 20 per kid and I have 4 kids.. I didn't even pay for myself because that would have been 100$..we were there for 2 hours. 80$? Not worth it. They need to cut the prices in half. A the other play places for kids are 9 to 11$ a kid, adults are free...and u can also play all day. They all have tons of staff. Why is this place charging double, if they have less staff to supervise the place ? read more

I took my 2 year old there. I was there 20 min and was on my second slide when the skin was ripped off my elbow. The size of the abrasion is about the size of a half dollar. $20 got me 2 slides and a cut up elbow. They would not refund my money. There was no attempt to find out where I left my skin and blood so Im assuming all the other customers will be in contact. Who knows how many more people have left bodily fluids on those slides. Needless to say.....I wouldnt let my 2 year old play anymore...we left. $35 for what?...not fun. really bad experience. came with 2 kids: 5 and 1.5 years old. asked if there are some inflatables my 1.5 year old can play at - they said - PLENTY, there was only 1 bounce jumping mat he could play at..and after 3min he got bored and i paid 15$. came with a small bottle of mineral water for the little kid - and they didnt let me get it in!!! they didnt talk nice, where rude and i will never go back there again and wont recommend going there to any of my friends. read more

I absolutely love this place! I bring my nieces at least once a month. The facility is very clean which is always a concern whenever I take my nieces anywhere. The employees do a great job of watching over the kids so I get to relax while the kids get to run around and play. It's only $15-$17 to get in which isn't expensive especially since the kids can be there all day. They have a lot of snacks and even serve food on the weekends. They added a giant slide this year and it's so much fun to get on! I had my nieces birthday party there last weekend and everything was perfect! They provided the party supplies, passed out some balloons and gave my niece a free return pass as well. The people that own the place definitely exceeded my expectations. They were very nice and accommodating when booking my party. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their kids to a fun, clean and safe environment. What's good about this place...My kids had fun and the dry jump houses are very clean! Now the bad news...the water slides were disgusting! After sweaty, dirty kids would go down the slides, pools of dirty water collected. As a germaphobe, I was having a difficult time just standing by. There was a stench of old, musty (pee) smelling water near the water slides. The worst part of this establishment was that there was no adult supervision. A big free for all for everyone! My kid (who is 5) was pushed for going to slow up the slide by another boy. If I wasn't watching, there was no one else to help him/defend him. Bigger kids were all over the place, which I don't think this place was for them. An age limit should definitely be set. The only water slide that has any supervision is the the large one closest to the highway, which was to ensure only one kid goes up at a time. Basically there is no one at these slides/water slides to say when to go and when not to go. I can't tell you how many collisions I saw. No one was hurt (that I seen) but there's an accident waiting to happen! Would I go back...no! Too expensive (even with the groupon) Overpriced snack food and drinks! And not to mention the kids get burns from the slides from going on them over and over again. (Rug burn) Needless to say a check mark was put next to that box! read more

After reading some of the negative reviews here, I expected to hate this place. My kids always see it from the road and beg me to go, so since it was a half-overcast summer day, we gave it a go. My kids had a GREAT time. I found the staff polite and helpful, including giving me the yelp deal even though I couldn't properly check in on my phone. It was fairly busy, with at least one large camp group, but all the areas seemed to be well-attended. Someone was always cleaning up the grounds, and the jumpies and slides were not dirty like I had expected from the reviews. As far as the "African American man" at the door making inappropriate comments, I was prepared to give him a little payback. Don't know if it was the same guy or a new guy, but he was totally pleasant, didn't seem creepy at all, and even lightly joked around when asking about the water in my backpack. Nor did I find the staff being uptight about the rules or play, unless it was regarding a safety issue, which they should. At first, my 2 yr. old was afraid and didn't want to go on anything, but finally she followed big sis into the princess jumper w/small slide, and it was just right for her. She could handle climbing up the "ladder" herself and also go down the slide. Just watch your small ones getting off; mine did tumble her first time trying to dismount, and it was a little scary (for me). There were a few other good areas for the little one: the walk through maze (which she did repeatedly), the lower "tunnel" part of the car jumpy, as well as the slide on the car one with help from her 6 yr. old sister both getting up and sliding down, the dragon jumpy, and the bottom part of the "chuckie cheese" obstacle course. My 6 yr. old enjoyed everything except the two tallest slides which she didn't want to try. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and it was a good outing. read more
