We booked a birthday party here (classic package for up to 17 kids), and everyone had a great time! We appreciated being under a tent and having seating for the parents while the kids ran around. With the party package water and juices for the kids are included in a cooler they provide, as well as plates, napkins, and utensils. They also had disposable tablecloths on the tables when we arrived. We just had to bring ice, cake and whatever we wanted to munch on. The birthday kid gets a free return pass, too! The kids got to go on all the inflatables over and over, and one kid said it was the best birthday party ever. We'll definitely be back. Their 5-visit punchcard is very reasonable at $15/visit.

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. Lots of fun and your kids will enjoy being here. Bring extra change of clothes!

As an almost 29-year-old girl I would like to say this was such a fun experience!! The park was kept very clean and I had so much fun. I would like to note that Elise at the check-in was so kind had a welcoming smile on her face and really made us feel excited to go in and play. Sometimes all it takes is great customer service to make sure we recommend these activities to other friends! Really like the lounge area that they had for birthday parties it was very nice they had it covered and we had a good piece of shade!

Pass with no jumps used....... Dated 6/30 of last year

I bought a pass at the end of the season in 2021 for 5 passes for $50. It closed 1 month later for the fall season (which I didn't know at the time). I brought my pass to go there today and they told me they will let me in today but they aren't honoring it and it expires. There is NO expiration date on the card. When I spoke with the manager he offered an "I'm sorry we are under a different management team now so they have an expiration now." This was the second jump he used and I paid for 5. We will never come back. I am so disappointed in the customer service and lack of professionalism within this company. The response back is also untrue. I went back to find when I paid for the pass on my credit card and it was the season on 2021 not 3 years ago like the girls at the front stated and there is ABSOLUTELY nowhere that says this pass has an expiration. I was unable to post a picture of the pass because they refused to give it back but I have another $50 pass that clearly states 5 jumps that they won't allow me to use as well which was purchased at the end of June last year. It closes the end of august. None have been used yet. Also I tried to get a hold of someone about this but the number on the card rings and rings and when voicemail comes on it says the mailbox is full. Don't get ripped off by this mediocre bounce place.

I purchased the ticket back in March but can't show up because my daughter was sick. The staff allowed my daughter to use it later on and that's just amazing for their understanding and accommodating my little 4 years old who can't stop talking about this fun, amazing inflatable world. I work for a hotel in downtown and will definitely recommend this place to my colleagues and our guests. Thank you again.

I can't thank enough for excellent customer service and attention given from the staff , to celebrate Luna's three years old birthday . :-) Our closed friends came from OC and I wanted to be sure they will have a pleasant fun time with their little ones . My friends were impressed for the wonderful customer service, plus the fun part . We are all had a blast sliding with our kiddos and laughing so much. Such a fun place! We are definitely coming back for more play dates and birthdays . As a single mom doing this alone can be stressful and I am so grateful for your wonderful, friendly service. Ps : Special thanks to Cece and Mike ! (-:

After parking, completing registration, and waiting in line (10+ mins), I was finally informed--after a long delay--that my son wouldn't be able to ride for at least "a couple of hours." At no point was there signage or staff to communicate the wait time, leaving us standing in line with no information. This lack of transparency and service made for a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I lost a good 30 minutes of my day, and on top of that, I had to tell my 7 year old that we could not ride a go kart today and left extremely disappointed your location. Which by the way, is not easy to get to and it is definitely not in the friendliest part of town. A long drive, a long wait, indifferent customer service and no go kart riding made for a forgettable experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure future visitors receive clear communication and better service. I'd appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The animals are plentiful. Education and sights can be exciting, if you're not too keen on walking the park, they do offer guided tours on little shuttle buses or even private tours. The lines for certain animals can be long but they move rather quickly. There's a few shady spots and plenty of seats throughout the park. One thing I don't recommend is if you require a walker, there are a lot of hilly areas while walking the park. Lots of little dining areas and cute merch to buy to support the animals as well! You can easily bring your own food and drinks; they also have bottle refill stations for water. Make sure to check out park ticket deals on Groupon, through your work place, or online to ensure you get the best deal for you.

I'm not sure if it was because it was Labor Day weekend but it was definitely below standards of service. I had a male and female bartender Sunday evening as we had to sit at the first come first serve area, which was not bad, but things were a little off. So the mail came over and we asked for Long Island iced teas. He explained the difference between the two that were being served, and we decided to go with the original. At $15.99 I can say that I have had better long Islands as this definitely was not blended well I tasted more sour than the combination that makes a long island a Long Island. Not complaining about it but going over the menu we decided to order wings and not deviate from the original plan although there were other things on the menu that did look tempting. The female bartender comes over looking at me asked what can I help you with I start talking and then she abruptly turned to the lady that she just finished serving and runs her tab without saying excuse me just one moment. It was rather embarrassing honestly and I totally wouldn't understood if she needed time to adjust the other customers tab. It was how she did it that made me feel awkward as I was mid sentence.... She did come back and apologize and said what were you saying? Now the younger version of me would've asked for another bartender, but it just blew it off. I ordered two orders of chicken wings, one lemon pepper, and one the classic buffalo. The chicken wings here never miss but today it was a hit and miss at this location. The drinks were definitely not worth the price as normally $15.99 a drink would not have bothered me because like I said, the Long Islands normally be popping. The wings tonight could have definitely been better on the classic buffalo. The wings had sauce on them and they're still warm, but they are not fresh fresh as the sauce begins to look thick in the wings like it wasn't freshly tossed.. Now the lemon pepper was great. I must say Dave & Buster's does know how to cook wings but I'm guessing now you have to request that they cook them fresh and I've never had to do that before but maybe again like I said it being Labor Day weekend people probably had been ordering them so much they had them on rotation which is a good and bad thing. Cook my food fresh to order, please. Did this experience ruin my night at Dave & Buster's?? they have me looking at them side eye for sure!!!!! When I do return, I will be paying close attention to how my drink is mixed for sure and also if I do get any wings at this location, I'm asking for them to be freshly prepared. Would I recommend D&Bs absolutely it makes for a great night when they get it right and you can bring the kids if you want. Absolutely loved the character experiences, the babies were so excited! They can take photos on your phone or you can pay for the ones they take as well. There are some rides that cater to younger ones as well as taller kids. I would definitely say this park overall is towards younger kids, I don't know if older kids would find it as fun. The rides aren't that big. Majority of the rides require toddlers to be capable of walking. I will say that the policy on this is a bit weird, Disneyland for example doesn't require this for a lot of similarish rides. There is a wave pool, water slides, lazy river, and splash pad. We loved the castle splash pad area and the smaller slides. Although, they want your little one to be independent going down the slide and that's tough if you're the only parent there (hard to walk them up and run down to catch them etc). My only complaint about the lazy river was it was a little dirty. That is bound to happen with young kids. Chairs seem to get taken quite quickly, however, they did have a nursing room here which was very nice in my case! They also have spacious changing rooms in the park as well. I found the bathrooms a bit dirty, in the way they should've been cleaned throughout the day. I also didn't notice any toilet seat covers which was interesting. So overall, yes we'd come back! But my complaint would be the bathrooms and maybe someone with kids should review the safety policies lol!
