We booked a birthday party here (classic package for up to 17 kids), and everyone had a great time! We appreciated being under a tent and having seating for the parents while the kids ran around. With the party package water and juices for the kids are included in a cooler they provide, as well as plates, napkins, and utensils. They also had disposable tablecloths on the tables when we arrived. We just had to bring ice, cake and whatever we wanted to munch on. The birthday kid gets a free return pass, too! The kids got to go on all the inflatables over and over, and one kid said it was the best birthday party ever. We'll definitely be back. Their 5-visit punchcard is very reasonable at $15/visit.

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. Lots of fun and your kids will enjoy being here. Bring extra change of clothes!

As an almost 29-year-old girl I would like to say this was such a fun experience!! The park was kept very clean and I had so much fun. I would like to note that Elise at the check-in was so kind had a welcoming smile on her face and really made us feel excited to go in and play. Sometimes all it takes is great customer service to make sure we recommend these activities to other friends! Really like the lounge area that they had for birthday parties it was very nice they had it covered and we had a good piece of shade!

Pass with no jumps used....... Dated 6/30 of last year

I bought a pass at the end of the season in 2021 for 5 passes for $50. It closed 1 month later for the fall season (which I didn't know at the time). I brought my pass to go there today and they told me they will let me in today but they aren't honoring it and it expires. There is NO expiration date on the card. When I spoke with the manager he offered an "I'm sorry we are under a different management team now so they have an expiration now." This was the second jump he used and I paid for 5. We will never come back. I am so disappointed in the customer service and lack of professionalism within this company. The response back is also untrue. I went back to find when I paid for the pass on my credit card and it was the season on 2021 not 3 years ago like the girls at the front stated and there is ABSOLUTELY nowhere that says this pass has an expiration. I was unable to post a picture of the pass because they refused to give it back but I have another $50 pass that clearly states 5 jumps that they won't allow me to use as well which was purchased at the end of June last year. It closes the end of august. None have been used yet. Also I tried to get a hold of someone about this but the number on the card rings and rings and when voicemail comes on it says the mailbox is full. Don't get ripped off by this mediocre bounce place.

I purchased the ticket back in March but can't show up because my daughter was sick. The staff allowed my daughter to use it later on and that's just amazing for their understanding and accommodating my little 4 years old who can't stop talking about this fun, amazing inflatable world. I work for a hotel in downtown and will definitely recommend this place to my colleagues and our guests. Thank you again.

I can't thank enough for excellent customer service and attention given from the staff , to celebrate Luna's three years old birthday . :-) Our closed friends came from OC and I wanted to be sure they will have a pleasant fun time with their little ones . My friends were impressed for the wonderful customer service, plus the fun part . We are all had a blast sliding with our kiddos and laughing so much. Such a fun place! We are definitely coming back for more play dates and birthdays . As a single mom doing this alone can be stressful and I am so grateful for your wonderful, friendly service. Ps : Special thanks to Cece and Mike ! (-:

After parking, completing registration, and waiting in line (10+ mins), I was finally informed--after a long delay--that my son wouldn't be able to ride for at least "a couple of hours." At no point was there signage or staff to communicate the wait time, leaving us standing in line with no information. This lack of transparency and service made for a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I lost a good 30 minutes of my day, and on top of that, I had to tell my 7 year old that we could not ride a go kart today and left extremely disappointed your location. Which by the way, is not easy to get to and it is definitely not in the friendliest part of town. A long drive, a long wait, indifferent customer service and no go kart riding made for a forgettable experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure future visitors receive clear communication and better service. I'd appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns.

As soon as we booked a Pacific Coast cruise with a port stop in San Diego literally the first words out of my mouth were "And we're going to the San Diego Zoo, right?!?!?!" Fast forward to a port stop in San Diego and a quick 15 minute Lyft and we were standing at the gates. The San Diego Zoo is enormous. One of the docents advised us to take the bus tour, (it's included in your admission fee). It lasts roughly 35-40 minutes and gives you a good overview of the Zoo. Then he told us as an aside "for the best tour sit on the upper level, right side for the best view", and he was right. Since we'd never been here before it only made sense, and the tour was fantastic. It showed us many of highlights of the Zoo, quite a few from vantage points that you don't get while walking. Our tour guide was funny and personable and knew his commentary well. After the bus tour we were pedestrians again. As a group (there were four of us) we each decided what the main thing we wanted to see was. My 'must see' animal was the Red Panda, which I did get to see, albeit a slightly obstructed view. And he was napping. While the San Diego Zoo is known for its Panda exhibit and it's something we wanted, there was roughly a 90 minute to 2 hour wait to see them because of their popularity and, let's face it, it's one of the Zoo's main attractions. We visited a number of the habitats as we walked around (side note: be prepared to do some walking. A LOT of walking). As well as the outdoor habitats there are a number of indoor exhibits everywhere you go. The elephant and the giraffe habitats are ENORMOUS and sprawling, providing plenty of space for exercise and exploration. They're also frequently groomed and modified to keep the animals engaged. If you find yourself in need of souvenirs (or, like, me, a hat because I forgot to bring one) there are shops everywhere. Sun Screen? Bottled water? Battery operated fan? A hat because you may have forgotten one? There's a place nearby. When it comes time for lunch, be prepared to get a little sticker shock. For us (Chicken strips, nachos, and two drinks) it came to $55. While I expect it (we're at a Zoo in San Diego, after all) it's just surprising how it adds up. There are also a number of local artisans who do custom paintings while you visit the Zoo. My wife got her name painted by one very talented young lady with each letter having a different flower or butterfly highlighted. She was amazingly talented. There's a very scenic elevated walkway that connects one part of the park with another. It's a delightful walk that affords some amazing views of the Zoo. Likewise, there's a sky tram to take you from where you are to where you need to be. San Diego Zoo doesn't do reciprocal pricing if you're a member of another Zoo. Since this zoo is funded very largely by admission it can be hard to get a price break. The current daily admission is about $78 per person. If you buy in advance you can save about $5 per person. Given that, I'd recommend buying online in advance. I've been to a lot of Zoos. Each zoo has its own unique personality. San Diego Zoo is, in my opinion, one of the most remarkable. The grounds are well groomed, the park is clean and constantly being cleaned, the habitats are well-maintained, and the signage is helpful and in good repair. I hope to visit again when I have time to explore more. Feet be damned, I could walk this zoo all day.

The way most of the animal habitats are set up, make it very easy to see all of the animals. We must of went on the right day as all the animals were out for full display. I would definitely suggest the double decker bus, ride on top and choose the inside (right side as looking forward). It goes around the edges of the zoo and we got to see a lot of animals from the comfort of our seat and without the walking haha. The driver and host was very informative with a bunch of funny dad type jokes to keep us entertained. If you are hungry, I would definitely have a good breakfast before you come. Haha as can be expected food prices are not kind to the wallet. Next time we are in SD, we'll definitely be stopping by again to check in on our wild life friends.

He's been dead, but his memory is still alive here. New orcas, dolphins, sea otters etc. existed. My friend and I came here since his father owns a timeshare 5 minutes away from Seaworld and we both had vacation time. We were at the Marriott hotel in downtown San Diego where the parking structure was on the top floor, unusual for sure, but necessary in order to park there due to the poor surrounding environment. A lot of places nearby including the boat museum maritime. Seaworld, changed! In the most interesting and good way possible. New rides, more things to do. Last time I went to Seaworld there were only shows involving orcas swimming in a pool of water splashing guests as the highlight, it still is there as usual, which I loved by the way and was enjoyable to witness. Rides: 1. Emperor - 5/5 amazing 90 degree drop dive coaster, with ejector air time and intense g forces, my favorite ride due to having a fresh breeze of the ocean air at the top and a beautiful view of the park. 2. Electric Eel - 5/5 bizarre coaster with a launch and a positive g roll at the top. Not that intense unfortunately, fun and intimidating, but enjoyable to go on with a friend. I enjoyed it. 3. Atlantis - 5/5 intense hybrid water ride and coaster. Two drops, the water drop was meh, but the coaster drop after was taller and more intense g forces on the drop and swivel loop below. My personal favorite tier with emperor 4. Manta - 5/5 most intense coaster there, super fun, launch coaster with strong g forces throughout. Shockingly the most intense ride at the park with the intense factor of the launches and ejector air time and speed. 5. Arctic Rescue - 5/5 super cool ice ride, it's near the penguins in the back and has a bike you sit on that has great launches and strong positive g forces on the launch, not as good as manta, but super fun, went on it more than once and enjoyed it the most. Theming of the ocean from the start before the launch was cool. 6. Skytower/skyride - admission fee rides, very relaxing, $6 per person, the skyride was fun, you sit in a carriage and observe the scenery of the ocean with a slight breeze. The skytower is a tall swiveling cylindrical seated container that overlooks sea world. 7. Closed attractions - dolphin show was closed, looks promising but was not open during spring for whatever reason, roaring rapids ride was closed in spring reopens in summer, the sea otter show closed due to renovation. Food was very nice, I enjoyed it, I got a vegetarian salad wrap at the cafeteria near the orca show. They had pretzels, fried foods, pizza and sandwiches, burgers that looked and smelled good. I saw some people with turkey leg and they had other foods at the food court. My friend liked touching the small fishies that eat dead skin near the entrance. Place is good for older kids and young adults who have children. Not as family friendly as Disneyland and Legoland due to the intensity of the attractions, especially that emperor and manta. Those two rides are more intense than any of the rides at Disneyland, better off comparing those to magic mountain and knotts berry farm level of intense. Outside of the top 2 mentioned (manta and emperor) the other three were relatively good rides with strong intensity (electric eel, Atlantis and arctic rescue) that Atlantis ride was closed for like 6 hours which was annoying and the wait time was long too maybe 2 hours, so rode that ride last just before going home. We were there right when it opened and left before the place closed. I bought a dolphin souvenir t shirt at the shop and I love it. Overall a solid 5/5 for entertainment, ambiance and overall experience. It had great themes and a beautiful environment similar to universal studios but sea based. The orca show was nice, cute host for the show and the little kids sea lion show was relatively meh. I would come back again. I enjoyed it but it is so far Southern California. Unless you live in San Diego, this place is a treat.
