Stopped by to see if they could help me with my laptop. I didn't get the name of the person but he…read morewas helpful in talking through to troubleshoot on what my next steps would be. It turns out as of April this year, they only fix computers that were purchased there previously, so I was provided some options on where I could go next. Looking around real quick, they look to offer a good range of products if you're interested!

I seriously love these guys... My office is right around the corner and anytime I need something…read morefor my set up, I can just pop over there and they always help out and do it at a very reasonable price. Most recently, I lost the USB dongle to my keyboard and they replaced it for me without me having to buy a whole new keyboard... Then, I picked up a WebCam from them because the quality of my laptop camera was terrible for meetings... The first one I brought back to my office wouldn't connect at all to my laptop for some reason, though when they tested it at the store it was fine. They still let me swap it out, and the second one was completely glitchy and was throwing wild colors all over my computer screen so I took that one back (and showed them a video of what it was doing on my screen) and they let me swap it out again with no hesitation... Third time was a charm and now I have a great 1080p WebCam for $20! They also have 720p for $10. They have awesome computer equipment, both new and used! It all comes with a 30-day warranty, so no need to hesitate about buying used. I'll keep coming back and will bring my electronics to be recycled here, in addition to purchasing from them to keep stuff out of landfills!

Their rep came out. He was courteous and although a little jittery, knew what he was doing (hence the 2 stars/the job *did* get done). However I ended up paying $90 extra for - I'm not sure what? ..He said he didn't have a long enough cord to connect behind the wall, but my outlets aren't that far away? They're literally on the same wall - how long is the cord they bring? 3 feet? And then they charge extra for the service that I already chose/paid for. A plate is like $2. Another vent - I was home alone and there was no way this one guy could lift a TV and mount/dismount it. I had to use all of my *one* muscle and hold it while he worked on the wall. I literally broke a sweat. I mean... what if I had been clumsy and dropped it? What if I was pregnant and couldn't risk it? Shouldn't they send 2 guys out? Otherwise why not pay ME a portion of that job? I tried to email and get the $90 portion refunded, but nope. That's bad customer service. So: I do NOT recommend paying $450+ to get a TV mounted from Hello Tech.
