There are some points that were mentioned by Jared Jarvi (the owner) on the intial exploratory phone call that he did not live up to. When asked about price, I was told that he charges $75 an hour and the jobs are usually 4 hours long so the cost would be $300 total. I was also told he would arrive around noon. When he didn't arrive, I called and he said between 3-4 (each time I left work awaiting his arrival). I finally got a call at 4:15pm that he was on his way. The job was completed by 6pm. Less than 2 hours. Once the job was completed (which he did an adequate job - I think the TV is not quite level) he gave me an invoice for $496. He charged for 4 hours, and he did not mention that the mounting equipment was extra (otherwise I could have bought the mount myself and saved money). Thus I was charged $300 for labor instead of $150 and $196 for the TV mount. So the moral of the story is to get clarity around his hourly rate, ensure TV is level, and get clarity on the cost of the TV mount before you agree to service. I have a projector and another TV to mount, but will use another service.

Steve came up with the idea of a Samsung Frame TV, using the existing long unused ceiling speakers, and adding a Sonos 5 for music streaming. Within 10 days from start to finish, the project was completed. The installers were efficient, respectful of my space, and tidy. The entire experience was very positive and I love the end result. We wanted to install a 70 inch tv on a moveable mount in the only place it would fit (above a weird, fake fireplace that came with the house). Friends suggested going with one of those cheap $70/hour places but we wanted it done right and safe. When we found this place, it first seemed a little too fancy and I worried they wouldn't do a small job like this, but Rob was great about explaining the cost and process and everything worked out. Very happy with the end result and we can sleep comfortable knowing it won't fall on one of our pets. Highly recommend.
