My injury was 3 herniated discs and a torn glute muscle. I was looking for holistic treatments and remembered that floating had helped me in the past. I booked and paid for a session immediately after I found this place. The following morning I had reached out to Melissa to cancel and refund my appointment because I was in so much pain that driving alone was impossible and she never replied to my emails. Eventually she texted me (I know longer have these texts) stating I cannot get a refund and can only keep the credit. Melissa is a thief! I don't appreciate thieves. Had she refunded my money she would have had a returning customer once I was okay to drive and walk. I was out of work for 3 months due to my injury and it's unfortunate to have someone offer these services and rob you of your money when you need it most! Proceed with caution and find an honest business instead.

I came to Salt Me Halotherapy with some of my friends as part of an open event they had a while…read moreback. Along with salt caves, they have rooms dedicated toward other wellness services that are salt-treated like a sauna, lymphatic massager, red light therapy, and jade massage bed. Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us out and introduced us to the different rooms and told us more about the health benefits of salt therapy which include anti-inflammatory and anti-respiratory effects. We then got to try out the different rooms: -The lymphatic massager was overall everyone's favorite. There's a small learning curve on how you can lean your body on the machine while it moves so that you can let it massage whichever body part you want. If you have any tense areas it's really good and it's easy to feel its effectiveness. -Jade massage bed is relaxing and passive. It has salt next to it and a salt lamp in the room and there were eye masks. You essentially lie down and let the massage bed work itself on you. -There are two red light rooms. One of them fits one person and you lie down on it but the other you can sit/stand and fit three people. We used the larger one. Even though you can fit three people, you'll all be sitting next to each other in a narrow area. The unique thing about this is that it's also salt-infused and we could taste the salt as it came ino the room. I'd bring a book, meditate or you can put on some music while you're in there. -Sauna has salt on walls. This is one of the nicest rooms visually and cleanliness wise. The room got really warm and hot and they had towels for you to dry off. They also provided water so you can stay hydrated -Lastly, the salt caves - these are the main highlight of Salt Me Halotherapy. The rooms are dark, but the design make you feel like you're at a beach. It's cool inside and salt is all over the floors and wall. We were told they change out the salt on the floor often (not sure about the walls) so hygiene doesn't seem to be an issue. There are a few salt rooms of different sizes so multiple people can be using them at once. It does feel therapeutic to sit inside and relax for a while. My friend said she felt some slight health benefits, but the next day she also said she felt really dehydrated and thinks it might be from the salt rooms. I had no issues myself. Lots of toys and entertainment for kids so it's great for working adults who need a day to treat themselves and there are monthly membership options for regulars. There are lockers in the back to put your stuff away. The customer service is really caring and nice which makes it feel like a premium experience. It's a small building with limited rooms. During the open event we also got to chat with some customers who were regulars and they were very passionate about the benefits that salt therapy has done for them (one person even mentioned that they keep a salt block in their car!). Honestly I'm still a little skeptical of salt therapy as I'm not sure if it's for everyone but it's worth trying out if you're not sure yourself! The idea makes sense, but it's hard to commit to going frequently unless you're local to the area or are going every day and want to have the supplementary wellness. I do like the other services like the sauna, lymphatic massager, and red light therapy. I kind of wonder if there would one day be a sort of day-pass experience where you can do all of the services in one day vs. booking individual services one-by-one because that might make for a nice spa day with a group.

I love Soma. They have a membership option which allows you to book an open pole, or a rental option where you can rent out the entire pole space! The prices are very reasonable and so worth it for the amenities that you get. I love doing the rental option with friends and once you split the cost, it's a great deal! The studio is always clean and put together. Clean towels are plentiful and the floor, bathroom, etc. are always clean too. One of my favorite features of the studio is the lighting. There is a huge skylight so natural lighting is perfect during the day. However there is also a huge panel and two other standing lights to supplement. They are controlled by the iPad and you can customize them to literally any color/brightness you desire! So much fun to play around with! You can really create your own vibe here. This makes it a great space for creating content, whether it be on your phone, or a professional photo/video shoot! Having the iPad is also really nice because you can play the music off of it. They have a Spotify account that is already logged in and it's so fun to browse around the playlists they have in there! They also have some fun accessories like a pole strap, and a phone mount you can put on the pole and get a POV shot. They of course also have crash mats because safety first!! Once you are done dancing your heart out, you can rent the recovery space that has an amazing sauna and cold plunge! There is also a tv in there so you can put in your fave show, and just unwind! This is such a luxury feature that I think makes this studio really stand apart from others! Even if you skip the recovery room, the lobby is still amazing pleasant to hang out in. There are some stretching accessories you can use before/after your session which is another great added touch. The couch is soooo comfy, but most of the time my friends and I opt to roll around on the floor and little poufs as we debrief from our pole sesh, lol! Overall, I am so impressed by this studio and so thankful for the owner for working so hard to make and maintaining such an amazing space. This studio is really a game changer!! He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit.
