They eventually closed and never gave us a call back. Extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend to anyone, the communication amongst the staff has to be almost 0.

Made my worry very serious and they cared about my guide dog…read more Even tho there was nothing there anymore after they looked but none the less better safe than sorry. They informed me about the flea guard I was on that that might cause my guide dog to get his skin irritated. Very clean and nice place to take your dog. I love his new vet! The price for a visit (to me) it was not bad at all. $45 dollars to be checked out in a moments noticed. I called at 4:30 and they were able to see him at 5. EVEN BETTER! Other vet places that I have had the horrible pleasure of meeting sometimes could not see me for a week or two! Not here. If I could not do same day the next was two days away. That is still better then my previous vet office.

I've been coming here for five years. I have three dogs that are all patients since they were…read morebabies. I brought my dog in the morning when they opened she was breathing rapidly and her stomach was swollen. They wouldn't even look at her. I begged please just come outside and tell me if she's dying on me. Do I need to take her to OSO. I'm not rich and everyone knows OSO is insanely expensive. The lady in the front went to ask the vet and I could see them talking. The look on her face was just annoyed and I could see her say no. The lady referred me to the urgent care down the street but they didn't open until 11am. I went and waited in the parking lot for them to open. She died right there next to me about an hour later. If she would have looked at her I'm sure could have at least been able to tell me she's dying and saved her the pain of choking on her own fluids for the next hour. I obviously will be taking my other two elsewhere for now on.
