After seeing the many positive reviews that Dr. Grundy received, I thought I'd give him a try. Wow, finally I've found a Vet who not only introduces himself to me but also to my dog. This is the first time I've seen a Vet sit down on the floor to get to my dog's level instead of hoisting him onto an exam table. Dr. Grundy conducts himself very similar to Dr. Pol (TV Series: The Incredible Dr. Pol). You can tell right away that he loves his work with animals and cares about them deeply. Plus his office called a couple days after my dog's office visit to check on how he was doing (no one else does that). Dr. Grundy is fantastic. He doesn't overbook so his waiting area isn't overcrowded. Everyone on his staff is courteous and professional.

I brought my dog in the morning when they opened she was breathing rapidly and her stomach was swollen. They wouldn't even look at her. I begged please just come outside and tell me if she's dying on me. Do I need to take her to OSO. I'm not rich and everyone knows OSO is insanely expensive. The lady in the front went to ask the vet and I could see them talking. The look on her face was just annoyed and I could see her say no. The lady referred me to the urgent care down the street but they didn't open until 11am. I went and waited in the parking lot for them to open. She died right there next to me about an hour later. If she would have looked at her I'm sure could have at least been able to tell me she's dying and saved her the pain of choking on her own fluids for the next hour. I obviously will be taking my other two elsewhere for now on.
