Her professionalism was way above my expectations, handling my order with genuine care. Courtney had a very confident demeanor, which helped in my own confidence in making a selection for my sisters special day. I could tell she wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for and was not just another order of the day for her. In the end my sister was very satisfied with her arrangement - I wouldn't hesitate on asking Courtney for a suggestion (ask her about the gourmet Belgian chocolate pop!). The delivery was right on time (which was crucial as my sister had a very busy day and a small window for the delivery to be made). The arrangement looked great, but the superb customer service is what really made the whole experience for me. Thanks again to Courtney - you've got a very satisfied customer who will certainly be returning!

My wife was charged extra for delivery to me at work on Valentines Day but I never got it. She contacted them the following day to see what happened and got absolutely no response. They finally delivered it at the end of the day the following day with no explanation. We have tried to contact them to see what happened but no response at all. So if you are counting on a delivery on a special occasion I would not consider them to be reliable and would not expect them to care.

The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for in a local coffee shop--loved the aesthetic, the crowd was friendly, and having the lounge area next door is a fantastic touch. The drinks themselves? Delicious. The person at the register clearly knows how to pull a great shot and make a beautiful beverage. However, we had a really odd interaction while ordering. Without any prompting from us, the barista launched into a strange, unsolicited lecture about whether a Café Mocha is Italian or American, speaking to us as if we had never had coffee outside of the U.S. It was especially baffling given that we've visited Italy numerous times. We didn't ask for the history lesson, and being talked down to for no reason definitely left a sour note on an otherwise lovely visit. The bottom line: Absolutely come here for the cozy space and the high-quality drinks. Just hope the person at the register decides to skip the coffee trivia and just make the amazing drinks they clearly know how to make.

The fried rice cake that accompanied the fish was a tasty addition. The asparagus was nicely cooked. There is an upscale ambiance to the restaurant. If you fly in to go to the coast or mountains this would be a nice place to stop for dinner. It's nice without being fussy (though you will not experience fussy in Bangor anywhere).
