Jasmine gave me one of the best massages I've had! Scheduling was easy using her online scheduling calendar. You get lots of appointment reminders via email. She even texted to confirm. She's located on the corner of Kapiolani Blvd (above TJ's)- lots of free parking. Her room is very relaxing- aroma therapy and soothing music, temperature was perfect and lighting was dim but not too dark. She asks what areas you want to focus on and makes sure to address your problem areas. This was my first time trying cupping and I'd do it again. She checks in with you to make sure the pressure is okay. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the experience because the pressure was just right. She really takes the time to get to know your body and tailors the massage to your needs. She has a membership program that is a great deal if you plan to do monthly massages. Amazing massage! Jasmine was able to work on my shoulders which were currently residing almost directly across from my ears due to the high level of stress I have been carrying around for the last two months. Basically I looked like Quasimodo and she was nice enough not to scream when she saw me and run the other way! Probably because she is so nice. Or she is just that good that she knew she could help me and take care of me! She was able to loosen up my neck and shoulders and upper back to the point that I wasn't in so much pain anymore. I actually felt human again that afternoon and my husband even said that he hadn't noticed how much I was "squinching up" my shoulders until he was looking at me the next day. I also had some cupping done. At first I said no thanks but then she explained that it helps with circulation for hours after so I said I would try. There were a few that hurt a little and I told her and she moved them right away to another position. It felt really good. and the elbow that she did it on has no pain in it STILL! I am going to have her do the other elbow next time I go. Between Jasmine at Inhalexhale Massage and my psychotherapist, I may actually be able to function normally.
