So I call and asked were they taking walk ins she said yes . I live like 15 mins away. I pulled up around 6:45-7pm and wasn't nobody there . So I assumed it was a lunch . Even tho it was no sign up saying "lunch" or something. My friend and I waited 1 hour for someone to come back. They don't close until 10pm. That sh*t so unprofessional. Okay so I been going to ink addiction since I was 16 (I'm 21 now) anyways I gotten tatted by 3 artists (3 different times) and I just wanna say today I went and they had hired a girl named Tati (I've never seen her before she said she was new) and I was nervous at first because I have never been tatted by her. But when I sat in the chair and she spoke to me I just want to say she is so friendly so polite so sweet her customer service is AMAZING. She kept asking for consent and made sure I was comfortable she also gave me ideas and comments about my tattoo that was very professional and helpful she's so talented and another thing she will keep u very distracted from the fact ur sitting in a chair for hours trying to get multiple tattoos done. Her vibe is amazing and she made time pass by quick that's how good the sesh went. I just want to say that ink addiction owner made an amazing choice hiring that amazing artist and I will continue to go to ink addiction for her amazing work. read more

I recently went and got my nose pierced, the lady was nice and all but the piercing is horrible. It's not where it should be, especially on the inside, she pierced it straight down instead of straight through, you can't change it and I had a hard time even getting it out. What I thought would be a simple name tattoo turned out to be more difficult. The tattoo turned out horrible. While I was trying to explain to the artist what was wrong she was just not getting it. She continued to go over and over the tattoo, just making me bleed (which has never happened with my others). Some lines were extremely thick, all of them looked blurry. She made two letters touch so they looked like 1 continuous letter. The lines were not sharp at all, it looked like her hand was shaking the entire time. She kept telling me the ink wasn't taking to my skin because I'm light skinned....I've never had that issue with my skin before. I actually tattoo very easily, no bleeding or anything. I expcted more bleeding with this tat however because it was on my wrist but this was ridiculous. All in all the tattoo looked nothing like the font we had chosen or the picture she used for reference. She told me I could come back to get it touched up. I didn't feel comfortable going back to her since she wasn't understanding my frustrations with the tattoo initially. I called and the owner said I could come have him fix it. He was very nice. He completely understood that I didn't feel comfortable going back to the original artist. I went in and he was extremely nice, quick and apologetic. He told me that he really hoped this experience hadn't ruined tattoos for me altogether. He did the best he could to fix the tattoo. It looked like a whole new tattoo when he was done. There was just one letter he couldn't fix much because the original artist had made it much thicker than the rest. Although I was disappointed with the tattoo the owners quality of work was much higher. I can't even remember the name of my original artist but I would not recommend to the young, female artist there. She said she had been doing tattoos for 4 or 5 years. Even though he was able to clean it up fairly well it still is nowhere near the quality of work I want on my body for life. Im looking to get it covered up at this point or consult with another artist to see what else I can do to clean it up. read more

Best piercing I've ever gotten was from the Taylor location. I got my cartilage done here, and I've had it done several times before. The holes had always grown over because I lost the balls that go in the end of the ring. Kayla, the piercer, was very calm and polite, and gentle throughout the entire process. I felt no pain and there was very minimal bleeding. I'll be sure to return for more piercings and tattoos!! read more

My friends and I decided to choose this place to get our piercings done at... and that was a horrible idea. First of all, they closed at 9 and we got there at about 8 and the one lady there was extremely rude and short telling us that they were closing in 20 minutes... when we obviously still had an hour. My one friend had asked the woman if we should just go then but insisted on still doing us. She was still very rude while doing each of our piercings and told us hoops were only allowed, when I have NEVER heard that in my life. A day later getting the piercing the ball of my earring fell out as well as the earring itself and I had to push it back in myself. I ended up going to another piercing place for them to replace the earring with a stud instead. Very rude service. Won't go back again read more

Today's Friday the 13th deal was a disaster. People waiting since 8am (which the doors opened at 11am) never got their tattoos by come 6pm. The system plan was atrocious. The counter lady was extremely rude and got mad at everyone asking questions who had been there so early before opening. There was only 2 artists and a piercer when there was suppose to be 5 artists. No information was given to customers about their estimated time of getting tatted which was causing a lot of irritation and it smelled horrible inside. Granted there were 50+ people inside but there was no clear organization. The biggest problem was their "no limits" opportunity so people were getting 9 tattoos making everyone getting only one tattoo wait for extremely long periods of time and had to leave. My boyfriend and I were told we could sell our spot in line in order to get out money back since there was no refunds even though we never got what we payed for, and got yelled at by the lady at the front desk whom then shouted out "NO MORE SELLING YOUR SPOTS" again after we were told that we could do that in order to get our money back for what we payed for and DIDN'T GET. This was extremely poor planning, poor customer service and poor day. Word of advice to the owner of this sorry shop, try making the limit to one tattoo per person, open earlier and be more organized! That way everyone is happy, you make more money, your artists get better tips and people won't give you one star. read more

I went here on Friday the 13th for a couple piercings considering the deal. Obviously getting anything like this for $13 isn't a good idea, but I figured since it was an event and such that it wouldn't be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. The initial piercing placement was fine, but the jewelry was absolutely incorrect. Way too big of a diameter for the rings, and way too thick. I had to go somewhere else, because I didn't trust here anymore to get the jewelry changed. I kept up with aftercare on these piercings diligently, and while the jewelry was being changed I was told my tragus was on the verge of an infection. I could only be led to believe that was because of cheap and/or improper jewelry. They also developed bumps which made the jewelry change out the most painful thing I've had done. I would never recommend this place. While at the event the workers there were also incredibly unfriendly, and even cursing at a few customers. It was not well planned out at all, and they refused to do anything about people cutting in line. If I could give this place zero stars I would. read more

I had Nipple percings done here and they've healed up great (and a tattoo), most people scream and cry when they get one done but I have a very high pain tolerance so I was fine. If you can handle an IV going through your nipples your fine. It will defintly hurt like hell after for the next 2 days the most and make sure you clean them twice a day minimum. I actually went camping week 2 after and cleaned them with saline spray. They squeezed me in last minute to change them out the first time and the lady was wonderful. As long as you follow after care and do your research you'll be fine. Though Friday the 13th gets very crazy so don't judge the place off of that alone. read more
