I recently had a very last minute print job of 30 bound booklets that needed on a Friday to be turned around immediately so that I could ship them out of state for a conference. The file needed to be sized down, printed front to back, full bleed, trimmed and bound. Phil stayed WELL over an hour after they closed (which is at 11 pm) and worked on them until 12:30 in the morning (on a Friday!) to get them finished for me.
