My experience with Ngoc and her two students have been so good. I've NEVER gotten my brows done before, as far as micro blading or brow tattoo. I have only gotten my brows threaded or shaved down to help clean them up. I'm not the one to do makeup on a daily so since I have started to do self-care more recently, I figured why not do brows if I already do my nails and lashes.
